WWE SMACKDOWN REPORT: GETTING CLOSER TO WRESTLEMANIA, ANDRE THE GIANT BATTLE ROYAL, IC TITLE MATCH, AND VIDEO PACKAGES

Your announcers are Michael Cole and Pat McAfee.

We have a video package for Andre the Giant before the match starts.

Dolph Ziggler comes to the ring with Robert Roode and both men are in the battle royal.

We see how Dolph Ziggler became NXT Men's Champion.

Finn Balor is the last man to enter the match.

Match Number One:  Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

They all pair off and Ziggler has to hold on to the ropes to stay in the match.  Tozawa is eliminated but Reggie stays on the apron.  Reggie avoids Tozawa and then Reggie is kicked off the apron by Priest.  Truth wants to work with Priest but Priest sends out the final member of the three headed 24/7 Title monster.  Balor tries to eliminate Moss.  Alexander gets back into the ring.  Erik and Ivar eliminate Jinder Mahal.  Shanky goes after T-Bar.  T-Bar holds on to the ropes as he hangs over the apron.  Benjamin with a jumping knee to knock T-Bar to the floor.  Priest sends Benjamin into the corner.  Ziggler is on the apron and he grabs Azeez.

Roode with a forearm to Azeez.  Moss and Drew exchange punches and Drew with a kick.  Moss clotheslines Gulak over the top rope to eliminate him.  Corbin comes to ringside to almost help Moss.  Ciampa sends Moss over the top rope to the apron and Corbin makes the save.  Ciampa with a chop to Moss and he gets him in the ropes until Moss rakes the eyes.  Alexander sends Ziggler into Ivar.  Alexander is sent to the apron and Crews with an enzuigiri to eliminate Alexander.  Benjamin sends Crews to the apron and Azeez eliminates Benjamin.  Ivar and Erik go after Crews and Azeez.  Ciampa with a head butt to Mansoor on the apron and a knee to eliminate him.  Crews is eliminated by Erik and Ivar.

Azeez eliminates Ivar and then Shanky helps Azeez eliminate Erik.  Azeez and Shanky square off and Shanky grabs Azeez by the throat and Azeez with a kick and punches.  Shanky with knees and punches.  Azeez tries to eliminate Shanky and then everyone helps Azeez and eliminates Azeez as well.  Priest tries to eliminate Balor but Balor gets back into the ring.  Balor avoids a choke slam and Priest boxes the ears and connects with a punch.  Balor with a Pele Kick and he eliminates Priest.  Ziggler stays in the match while Ciampa tries to eliminate him.  Roode sends Ciampa to the apron and Ziggler super kicks Ciampa off the apron.  Roode with a spinebuster to Moss.

Balor kicks Ziggler and hits a running forearm on Roode.  Balor with a double stomp to Ziggler.  balor with a double leg take down and double stomp to Roode.  Ziggler hangs on to the ropes when Roode stops Balor.  Roode and Ziggler have Balor over the top rope and then Moss eliminates Roode and Ziggler.  Balor with sling blade and Moss eliminates Balor.

Winner:  Riddick Moss

After the match, Moss says he did it all by himself.  He says this is incredible.  He says ever since he was a little kid, he looked up to Andre the Giant.  Andre was his hero.  He was beloved by everyone, just like him.  Moss says he wanted to follow in Andre's enormous footsteps.  

Moss tells a joke making fun of the people of Texas.

Match Number Two:  Angel Garza versus Humberto Carrillo versus Ricochet for the Intercontinental Championshipi

Garza tosses the pants at Ricochet and Ricochet ducks it but Garza and Humberto kick Ricochet.  Garza with a kick to Ricochet and then Carrillo chokes Ricochet.  Humberto holds Ricochet for a running knee from Garza.  Humberto and Garza show their wonder cousin powers and then they send Ricochet into the turnbuckles.  Ricochet punches Garza and Humberto.  Ricohet with a shoulder to Angel and then Ricochet with an elbow to Humberto.  Ricochet with a double rana. Ricochet with a shoulder to Humberto in the corner.  Angel with a forearm to Ricochet.  RIcochet with a shoulder to Humberto.  Garza grabs Ricochet on a springboard move and Humberto with a springboard arm drag.

Garza comes up behind Humberto and then he wants a hug because Humberto turns around to stop his attack.  They hug and Angel does not look sincere.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Humberto kicks Ricochet while Angel poses on the turnbuckles.  Ricochet punches Humberto and Angel and then he chops both men.  Ricochet with many chops to Angel and Humberto with a splash to the back and Angel with a splash.  Garza with a kick and clothesline to Ricochet.  Angel and Humberto with arm bars.  Ricochet with a kick to Humberto and Garza but Humberto with a springboard round kick for a near fall.  Angel is not happy that Humberto went for a cover.  Humberto goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault and Angel gets a near fall.  Angel and Humberto argue.

Ricochet with a rana to Humberto for a near fall when Angel kicks Ricochet.  Humberto blocks a Wing Clipper by Angel and gets a rollup on Angel.  Angel and Humberto argue with each other.  Ricochet with a cross body to both men followed by a forearm to Angel.  Ricochet with a rolling drop kick to Garza.  Ricochet with a standing moonsault for a near fall.  Angel runs into a boot and Ricochet sends Humberto to the floor.  Ricochet with an enzuigiri and Ricochet goes up top.  Angel grabs the leg and Ricochet with a kick to the head.  Ricochet sets for a 630 splash but Humberto with a forearm.  Humberto sets for a superplex but Ricochet blocks it.  

Ricochet with a forearm to Humberto's back and then he sends Humberto onto Angel with a gourdbuster.  Ricochet with a 630 splash  to Angel followed by Recoil to Humberto for the three count.

Winner:  Ricochet (retains championship)

We are back with a look at AT&T Stadium.

We have a video package for Steve Austin and Kevin Owens.

We have all four teams in the Women's Tag Title Match in the ring.  

Match Number Three:  Sasha Banks and Naomi versus Zelina Vega and Carmella in a Non Title Match

Carmella and Sasha start things off and Carmella with a forearm and she punches Sasha.  Carmella sends Sasha to the floor.  Zelina tags in and Sasha with a forearm to Zelina on the apron and Carmella with a forearm.  Zelina with a kick and she gets a near fall.  Carmella tags in and kicks Sasha in the corner.  Carmella with a head scissors in the ropes.  Zelina tags in and she hits a running double knee strike and she gets a near fall.  Carmella tags in and kicks Sasha and gets a near fall.  Carmella with a reverse chin lock.   Carmella sends Sasha to the mat and mocks Sasha.  Carmella pie faces Sasha and Sasha blocks a kick and connects with a knee to the head.

Zelina tags in and she knocks Naomi off the apron.  Zelina misses a splash into the corner and Sasha with a rollup and Naomi tags in and kicks Zelina and hits a Bubba Bomb but Carmella hits Naomi.  Naomi with a drop kick to Zelina and Carmella.  Sasha tags in and they hit a double running boot into the corner.  Naomi with a split legged moonsault for the three count.

Winners:  Sasha Banks and Naomi
