WWE RAW REPORT: HANDICAP MATCHES, CHAMPION VERSUS CHAMPION, LOTS OF TALKING, A LITTLE HAIR CARE, PROPOSALS, AND MORE

We are back and we see Reggie and Dana Brooke walking in the back.  Reggie says he has something to ask Dana but something always keeps interrupting them.  Reggie gets on his knees and asks Dana . . . Dana says it is so sudden.  They don't have to wait until Wrestlemania to have their Wrestlemania moment.  Reggie gives Dana a ring and Dana says yes.

Tamina attacks Dana and Reggie breaks up the cover.  Tozawa shows up and he is in a suit.  Tamina wants to know why Tozawa is in a suit.  Tozawa says he heard that Reggie was going to propose to Dana so Tozawa gets on his knees and says that Tamina is his Earth, Wind, and Fire.  Tamina grabs Tozawa and she asks him what does he think.  Tozawa gives her a ring and Tamina says yes.

The ring is too big for Tamina's finger.

R Truth is watching with a referee and he says that gives him an idea.

Universal Champion Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring with the Usos and Paul Heyman.

Roman puts his hand out for the mic from Paul and Paul obliges.

Roman tells Pittsburgh to acknowledge him.  He says he was going to come out and shine on you and being the last needle mover and how he is on God mode and how he ran Raw until Fox came to get him to save Smackdown.  Roman says that is all true.  Roman has done all that he can do in this business, except one thing.  Roman threatens everyone if they continue to 'What', like he would smash Steve Austin and like he is going to smash Brock Lesnar.

Roman says he has done everything, except beat the Beast at Wrestlemania.  Roman says that pisses him off.  

If you want to talk about Brock, let's do it.  What bothers him about Brock is just a couple weeks ago, he was out for blood.  He has already spilled Roman's blood.  In 2018, Brock busted his head wide open and I bled all over New Orleans.  It got to the point my children didn't recognize me and my wife wanted me out of the business.  My family was disappointed in me.  Now it is a game for him.  Roman says he changed the game.  We are going to take everything from him.  We took his advocate and made him a wise man.  I took his title reign.  I took his blood at Madison Square Garden.  On Sunday, I take his title.  Then you are going to know what it is like to make it personal.  I will make it personal.  It has always been personal to me.

We see the ruse that Carmella and Zelina played on the other three teams they will be competing with at Wrestlemania on last week's Raw.

Carmella and Zelina are at a photo shoot and Zelina says that they are on the same page going into Wrestlemania.  Carmella says they will look stunning when they leave Wrestlemania with the titles.  Zelina talks about taking out all three teams last week.

Shayna and Natalya show up and Natalya says they won't get away with that again.  Shayna tells them to stand behind them tonight.  Natalya says they are going to win the titles.  Shayna says maybe they will let Carmella and Zelina live long enough to see Wrestlemania.

We are told that Bron Breakker's father and uncle, Rick and Scott Steiner will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Match Number Three:  Sasha Banks, Naomi, Rhea Ripley, and Liv Morgan versus Zelina Vega, Carmella, Natalya, and Shayna Baszler

Natalya tries for a Sharpshooter but Liv escapes.  Liv with a head scissors and a running back elbow into the corner.  Liv with a snap mare and Rhea tags in and hits a drop kick.  Naomi tags herself in and Natalya with a forearm and punch.  Shayna tags in and she punches Naomi in the ribs.  Zelina tags in and kicks and chokes Naomi.  Zelina does her faux wave and Naomi with a jaw breaker and bulldog into the corner.  Sasha tags in and they hit stereo kicks in the corner for a near fall.  Carmella tags in and she kicks Naomi and SHayna sends her to the floor.  Rhea head butts Natalya and Carmella with a super kick to Rhea.  Zelina pulls Sasha to the floor and sends her into teh ringside barrier and connects with a knee to the head.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Carmella with a reverse chin lock on Sasha.  Carmella with an Irish whip and Sasha fights her way out of the corner.  Sasha with a lungblower and both women are down.   Shayna, Natalya, and Zelina pull Liv and Rhea off the apron.  Shayna tags in and she keeps Sasha from making the tag and she knocks Naomi off the apron..  Sasha with kicks to Shayna but Shana with a stretch muffler and Natalya tags in.  They hit the Hart Attack but Zelina throws Natalya out of the ring for the cover and Shayna pulls Zelina off Sasha.  Shayna pulls Carmella down.  Sasha blocks a kick and tags in Naomi.  Naomi with a round kick and Liv tags in and he sends Zelina into Rhea who tags in and hits RipTide for the three count.

Winners:  Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, Naomi, and Sasha Banks

After the match, Corey tries to console Carmella.

We see what Kevin Owens did last week at the start of Raw.

We have a video package for Steve Austin.

Kevin Owens is in the ring and he has something to say.

Kevin says that was an incredible tribute to Steve Austin.  No one does it better than the WWE production team.  That was great, but nothing compared to his tribute to Steve Austin last week.  Kevin says he heard people say he was mocking Stone Cold, but those were lies and Owens gets ahead of the WHATing.  He was paying homage to the Stone Cold we all loved.  Everyone is ecstatic that Steve Austin is his guest in the main event of Wrestlemania Saturday.

Last week was him doing everyone a favor because him dressed as Steve Austin is the closest we will get to the old Stone Cole we used to admire.  That Stone Cold, he's been gone for 19 years.  On the KO Show, it will not be Stone Cold, it will be STEVE.  That is cool.  The same STEVE that has been drinking himself into oblivion for 19 years.  The STEVE who is so bored that he asks everyone to come on his podcast to talk about the old days and make him feel relevant.  

Kevin says Steve still looks and sounds like Stone Cold.  He talks a big game like Stone Cold.  STEVE is not coming to the KO Show to pick a fight with Kevin Owens.  He is coming to the KO Show to have a nice conversation about his career.  Kevin says he is so honored that STEVE accepted his conversation.  He will give STEVE the greatest platform of his career.  We can talk about you, make you feel good, and give you the send off you deserve.

Kevin says he will do something for STEVE.  Kevin says he hates beer and he will drink one with STEVE.  We will toast, to you Steve Austin, passing the torch to me.  Not only as the new Stone Cold, but the one true master of the stunner.  Owens 3:16 says my stunner is better than yours.  Doesn't that sound perfect?

Kevin tells STEVE that if he tries to get funny with him, there will be a stunner, but you will be on the receiving end of it.  He says he will poor a beer on your lifeless carcass, and that is the bottom line.

The match between Bobby Lashley and Omos is now official for Sunday.
