WWE RAW REPORT: US TITLE MATCH, EDGE HAS AN OPPONENT FOR MANIA, LOVE IS IN THE AIR, AND MORE

We take a look back at Naomi announcing that her and Sasha Banks will be the next Tag Team champions.

Carmella and Zelina Vega are in the back.  

Zelina tells Carmella that she watched the first episode of Carmella's YouTube Show with Corey.  Zelina says they accept the challenge.   Carmella says after they win at Wrestlemania, she is going to bring out her fiancee.  If you thought they talk about sex, wait until you see what they do.

Match Number Seven:  Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins versus Randy Orton and Riddle

Riddle and Dawkins start things off.  They lock up and Dawkins with a waist lock and take down.  Dawkins with a side head lock and corkscrew back elbow.  Ford tags in and Ford with a drop kick.  Dawkins flips Ford onto Riddle but Riddle moves and applies a triangle.  Ford gets a near fall.  Riddle with a gutwrench suplex and Orton tags in.  Orton with the Garvin Stomp.  Riddle tags in and Ford gets his knees up to block a flip by Riddle.  Dawkins tags in and hits an exploder for a near fall.  Dawkins with punches and kicks in the corner.  Riddle with punches and forearms.  Dawkins with a side head lock and Ford tags in.  Riddle clotheslines Dawkins over the top rope to the floor and hits an Asai Moonsault.  Ford knocks Orton off the apron and hits a swanton onto Riddle.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Riddle with punches and Dawkins keeps Riddle from making the tag.  Riddle with a jumping knee and both men are down.  Ford and Orton tag in and he connects with two clotheslines, avoids a clothesline and hits a power slam.  Ford rolls to the apron and Orton sets for the IEDDT and hits it.  Riddle misses a knee on Dawkins and they go over the top rope to the floor.  Orton punches the mat and sets for an RKO but Ford eacpes and hits a jumping enzuigiri.  Ford goes up top for the Seven Star Frog Splash and hits it.  Orton rolls towards the ropes but Orton cannot get his foot on the ropes and Ford gets the three count.

Winners:  Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins

Kevin Patrick is in the back with Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins.  Seth says they are going to ride all their momentum to win the tag titles.  Then they are going to Wrestlemania.  The options are limitless.  Maybe they can do a title versus title match.  Kevin says after they defend their titles, the best thing will be leaving the hell hole that is Dallas.  Kevin walks away.

We are back and we are told that the lion is a predator and it does not desire to obtain power because the lion is power.  Veer Mahaan is coming to Raw.

We have a video package for Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar from Smackdown.

We are back and Vince McMahon is with Austin Theory to talk about Vince's appearance on the Pat McAfee this week.  Austin runs through what he has achieved.  Austin mentions the last time Vince did an interview it was 20 years ago and he slapped the papers out of the interviewer's lap.  Austin asks what happens if Patt pisses Vince off.  What if Pat tries to jump Vince?  Austin says he could be right there.

Vince says it is not that type of show and Vince walks away.

Austin says it could be.

Match Number Eight:  Finn Balor versus Damian Priest for the United States Championship

They lock up and Priest pushes Balor into the corner.  They lock up and Priest goes for a slam but Balor escapes and applies a side head lock.  Priest picks up Balor and puts him against the ropes.  Priest with a shoulder tackle and Balor slaps Priest.  Priest with a knee and back elbow.  Priest with a head butt.  Balor tries for an arm bar and he gets Priest to the mat.  Priest with an Irish whip and punches in the corner.  Priest iwth an elbow into the corner.  Balor goes for a double leg but Priest blocks it and applies a rear chin lock.  Priest sends Balor to the mat and gets a near fall.  Priest goes for a power bomb but Balor blocks it and tries for a back drop but Priest holds on and goes for a sunset flip. 

Balor with a drop kick and more kicks from Balor.  Balor with a flip dive onto Priest on the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Priest with a back breaker for a near fall.  Priest with kicks to Balor and Balor with a chop and kick to the leg.  Priest boxes the ears and connects with a forearm.  Balor with a Pele Kick. Balor with a boot in the corner and punches.  Balor with a running forearm and then he blocks a kick and trips Priest and follows with a double stomp.  Balor with a chop and punches in the corner.  Balor with shoulders.  Priest gets Balor up on his shoulder for a back breaker but Balor lands on his feet.  Balor with a drop kick that sends Priest into the turnbuckles.  Balor goes up top and misses the Coup de Grace when Priest moves.  Priest with a clothesline and he tries for South of Heaven but Balor with a rollup for a near fall.  Priest with a spinning heel kick and South of Heaven for a near fall.

Priest sets for Reckoning but Balor with an elevated DDT and drop kick into the turnbuckles.  Balor with Coup de Grace for the three count.

Winner:  Finn Balor (new champion)

After the match, Priest takes the mic and he tells Finn these people carried you to win his title.  Did you hear all of that motivation and respect?  I never heard that.  My entire reign they never gave me that.  I busted my ass in spite of each and every one of them.  I am going to win that championship back.  That love and motivation ain't going to mean a damn thing.  

Priest punches Balor.  They go to the floor and Priest gets Balor up and sends him onto the announce table with Splash Mountain.

We take a look back at Edge's promo from last week.

Edge makes his way to the ring and we go to commercial.

We are back and Edge is in the ring.  

Edge says it is time for what he has been waiting for.  Someone can step up and take their place in history and face him at Wrestlemania.  

Edge waits for that person to make their way to the ring and no one comes out.

Edge wants to know what has happened to this place.

AJ Styles' music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

AJ tells Edge that he accepts.

Edge says he is happy that AJ accepts because both of them have wanted this match for a long time.  Edge says he wants the bulldog AJ, not the guy who has been playing tag team bitch to Omos for the last year.

Edge offers his hand and then he punches AJ.  Edge with punches in the corner.  AJ punches back and he hits an enzuigiri.  AJ goes to the apron for a Phenomenal Forearm.  Edge moves and Edge kicks AJ in the ding ding.  

Edge with forearms to AJ.  

Edge starts to leave the ring, but he goes to get a chair or two for a Conchairto.  Edge puts one chair under AJ's head and thinks about the other chair.  Edge hits AJ with the Conchairto.  Edge looks like he has some regret, but that is just to summon enough strength to hit a second conchairto.

We go to credits.
