Match 6: Nick Wayne vs “Big Breakfast” Jordan Oliver
Jordan gets the wrist but Wayne kips up and out of danger. Oliver whips him off into a failed shoulder tackle. Wayne tries one of his own but Jordan hits it and decks him down. Great fast back and forth dodge and reversal sequence here and the crowd gives that some love. Wayne gets a head scissor and arm drag gets Oliver in position to get his shoulder worked. Wayne dodges Oliver a bit but flies into a backbreaker for two. Oliver landing some loud chops. Wayne with a headbutt in the nose. Oliver is glazed over after that shot and Wayne able to drop him with several shots. Oliver throws him to the mat, kip up and enziguri. Oliver eats a corner dropkick and fisherman’s suplex. PK for two! Wayne to the top! Atticus Cogar is out here and throws Wayne off the top. Cogar throws Oliver on the second rope and goes for the skewers. Oliver fights back but Cogar low blows him and grabs a barbed wire chair. Headlock driver into the chair. Oliver’s hair is trapped in the wire. Cogar surveys his handiwork and gets the mic. Cogar is furious that he gets lumped in with Oliver and Wayne due to his age. They are the pillars of GCW? GCW was built on deathmatch wrestling and Cogar is calling his shot at the Nick Gage Invitational in Chicago.

Match 7: Second Gear Crew (Matthew Justice & Mance Warner)(c) vs The Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) (for the GCW Tag Team Championships)
The two teams jawing in the center as the crowd is fired up for this clash. Mark and Mance kick this off, Mance scoring with a flurry of jabs. Mark reverses him and lands a bunch of chops. Jay in with a lariat in the corner and a running boot. Double shoulder block, Mark goes for some chairs. Jay wants a chair duel. Clash of steel. Justic gets Jay in the back. Mance sabu’s that chair into him. Mark with a chair dropkick off the top! Mark runs into a Justice DVD through a chair! Warner fakes a dive and pokes the Briscoes in the eyes. Classic. Justice misses a dive to the outside and wipes out on the floor. Briscoes have Warner busted open and double team him mercilessly, hitting Mancer with that chair repeatedly. Jay with a neckbreaker. Justice back in it to save Warner momentarily. He gets clotheslined out and Mark dives after him. Justice whipped face first into the steel chairs and he’s busted open too. Warner firing up, driving Mark into the corner and hits a running knee into a chair on Mark Briscoe. Warner holds the chair, Justice with a Van Terminator! SGC hits a total elimination variation. Jay eats a chair knee and Van Terminator as well. The champs try a double pin but the Briscoes aren’t done just yet. Everyone’s bloody now. Justice swinging the chair with abandon. Warner grabs a door. Justice and Warner throwing chairs and doors into their challengers. SGC set up the door on chairs. Warner takes Jay to the top. Suplex through the door. Justice with a splash! Mark Briscoe breaks up the pin! Crowd gets into “this is awesome” mode. The teams square up and get to brawling. Justice thrown out. Warner fighting two on one again. Briscoes with a Razor’s Edge cutter to Justice but he kicks out! Super close. Tables set up on the outside, Briscoes try too superplex Warner through it, Justice just spears them all and everyone crashes and burns. Justtice wipes out Mance with a chair. Jay spikes Justice into the mat and it’s a really close two. “Fight forever”. Warner up and swinging, Jay with another piledriver to Mance. Mark with an elbow drop off the top. Briscoes with the double pin on SGC. ONE TWO THREE! New Champs!!! This was a wild car crash of a match. Super hot crowd and these four went to war. Awesome stuff.

Match 8: Effy vs Psycho Clown
This crowd loves Effy but they go freakin’ bananas for Psycho Clown’s entrance. Effy driven to the corner quickly and he’s back jawing in the clown’s face. Clown shoulder blocks Effy down and boots him to the outside. Tope suicida sends Daddy to the floor. Psycho throws Effy into about the 5th row. Clown tries another dive but Effy with a pump kick. Clown stays on him but Effy stretches him in the ropes. Corner clothesline trades, Clown with a snap powerslam for two. Effy goes for the nips. Psycho wants a test of strength, Effy comes in with a northern lights. Sitout senton for another near fall. Psycho back up and staggers Effy with some knees. A chop to tenderize and Effy runs into a discus lariat. Psycho with a moonsault off the top. Kick out! Effy with a dragon sleeper and tries to unmask Psycho Clown. The crowd sure hates that. Effy launched into the ring post and out to the floor. Psycho dives through the post and buckles to launch Effy through the first several rows of chairs. Effy gets hit with an atomic drop into the ring post. La magistral attempt. Kick out! Effy with the rough Ryder! Up to the top, Psycho hits a Spanish fly! Two count! Psycho Clown has some kind of leather belt and whips Effy’s back and backside….and Effy likes it. Effy comes in for a smooch, Clown dodges and Effy kisses the ref. Clown is confused but Effy takes the chance to roll him up. The ref counts it out and the clown is down! Huge win for Effy here. Crazy back and forth towards the end that the crowd loved.

Main Event: “The King” Minoru Suzuki vs “The King” Nick Gage
Nick Gage’s fight through the crowd at a GCW event is almost like a first match for the king. Suzuki looks so amused by the crowd’s love for Gage. The intros are epic. The crowd is super pumped. Gage and Suzuki staring down. Gage grabs the pizza cutter and Suzuki charges in with strikes and kicks, sending Gage to the floor. This is Gage’s home and he invites the legend out into the crowd. Of course, Minoru obliges. Brawl in the audience. Suzuki lands several gut punches and Gage throws him into the chairs. Suzuki eats a chop but waits for the right moment and sends Gage through a row of chairs. Trading shots back and forth in the crowd. They trade shots with a metal bucket of beers. Suzuki is loving the chaos and smiling ear to ear. they disappear into the crowd briefly. Gage pops out of the crowd to grab some chairs. A fan holds the chair and Gage runs Suzuki into it. He tries again but Suzuki reverses and sends Gage into his people. Minoru brings Gage back in and hits a big boot to the chest before applying a knee bar. Gage refuses to give it up and almost passes out. He gets his hand up on the third try. Gage makes the slow painful crawl and gets the rope. Suzuki fired up and has a chair and smiling. Suzuki throws the chair, Gage ducks, the ref is wiped out. Suzuki tries to revive the ref. Gage sabu’s the chair into Suzuki, hits a choke breaker and gets a visual…20-count on the pin…until a new ref show up and Suzuki kicks out at two. Gage with the running boot wash. Gage asks the crow for a door and they get one for their king. Gage sets up the door on chairs while keeping Suzuki grounded in the corner. Gage biting the forehead and goes to put Suzuki through the hardware. Gage throwing forearms but Suzuki loves it and fires back. Gage throws the chair again but Suzuki catches it and smashes it into Nick’s head. Trading punches in the center, Suzuki doesn’t back down and transitions to the sleeper. It’s deep and Gage is down to his knees but refuses to go out. Suzuki breaks the choke to drag Gage onto the door. Suzuki with the Gotch piledriver through the door and chairs! Gage is stiff and Suzuki covers him for the three! Gage looking up in groggy awe as a wild-eyed Suzuki stares him down. Gage uses a chair to help him stand up. The crowd chants for “one more time!” And Suzuki seems to challenge Gage to a rematch. Gage appears to accept so we’ll see how and when that gets booked down the road!
