COMPLETE STAND ALONE WRESTLING IN LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ COVERAGE

By Mike Johnson on 2021-10-09 19:00:00

The Old School vs. New School Rumble.

There were a TON of competitors in this, including Slayer with Father Ozzy.  Slayer won.  I'm sorry, but this was impossible to do a play by play for!

Lacey Township Street Fight: Brandon Kirk with Kasey Catal vs. Homicide.

KIrk took the mic and said they are in New Jersey, so why don't they give people something special tonight, a Street Fight?  Homicide asked if the fans wanted one.  The crowd popped.  He agreed but then told the kids not to do this at home.

They started fighting.  Kirk nailed a clothesline.  The crowd chanted for tables immediately.  They went to the floor, where Kirk nailed Homicide with a Kendo Stick.  Homicide gained control of the stick and used it.    They fought around ringside.  Kirk bridged a guard rail from the ring to the barricade.  He smashed Homicide into it and placed him atop of the barricade.  Kirk went for a tope con hilo to put Homicide through the railing but Homicide moved and Kirk crashed and burned, PAINFULLY.

Homicide brought him into the ring and nailed a series of exploders but Kirk kicked up at two.  The crowd again chanted for tables.  Kirk came back with a powerslam for a two count.  Kirk pulled a door sized piece of wood in the ring but discarded it to get booed.  Homicide made a comeback with several suplexes, turning it into the Three Amigos.  The crowd chanted for Eddy Guerrero.

Homicide went to the top but Catal grabbed his leg.  Kirk went for a superplex and nailed it.  They battled again to the outside.    He set up a piece of wood outside on the floor.  He smashed it into Homicide.  Kirk brought a chair into the ring.  The crowd chanted they wanted chairs as he set up multiple chairs.  he put the wood across the chairs.  Catal attacked Homicide on the floor as all this was going on.

Kirk was going to come off the top but Homicide caught him and powerslammed him through the wood and chair structure, but only scored a two count.  Catal attacked Homicide and he tried to give her the Gringo Killer but Kirk stopped it.  Kirk nailed a DDT for a two count.  Homicide kicked up and nailed a clothesline.  Homicide went for the Gringo Killer on Kirk but Catal broke it up.  He nailed an Ace Cutter on Catal, then one on Kirk, scoring the pin.  The place came unglued for the stunners.

Your winner, Homicide!

SAW Heavyweight Champion Shawn Donavan vs. TJ Marconi.

They locked up but neither got the advantage.  Marconi backed off and Donavan told him to stop being a b**ch.  Marconi told the kids at ringside to cover their ears.  They tried to test each other's strength with shoulderblocks but neither man moved.  They then each went for hiptosses.  Same story.  They are vesry much playing a big man's match.  Marconi finally went down after a discus punch.  Donavan nailed an elbow for a two count, then drilled Marconi with a big shoulderblock into the corner.

Marconi cartwheeled away from Donavan's offense and kicked him in the face, then choked him and drove him into the ropes.  He cinched on a bear hug as the crowd tried to rally the champ.  Marconi continued to work over the champ but Donavan came back with a sunset flip attempt.  Marconi was railed with a series of punches.  Marconi nailed a big splash for a two count.  Marconi picked him up for a big over the knee backbreaker.

Marconi called for a chokeslam.  Donavan climbed the ropes and began pounding away with right hands, staggering the challenger.  The champ nailed a lariat off the ropes but was too spent to capitalize.  The champ makes a big comeback and hit a big suplex for a two count.   Marconi cut him off and again went for the chokeslam off the ropes.   He nailed it but Donavan kicked out at the last second.

Donavan made a comeback and scored a two count with a big spinebuster.  He rallied the crowd and went for a charge but Marconi sidestepped him.    The challenger went to the floor and pulled out a table.   He set it up in the corner and argued with the referee about it.  He went to powerbomb Donavan through the table but the referee pulled the champ down and called for a DQ.  Marconi nailed the referee.  The other referees came out and were laid out as well.  Marconi speared Donavan through the table in the corner.

Anthony Greene's music hit and he charged the ring like he was Hulk Hogan in 1986 and cleared the ring.  The place popped for this big-time.

Your winner and still SAW Champion, Shawn Donavan!

They all played their roles to the fullest here but unless they are coming back here with a rematch or Greene vs. Marconi, I didn't care for the DQ.

Winner Takes All: The BWO, Nova & The Blue Meanie & Powerchild vs. The CCA with Marc Coralluzzo.

Ratchet came out to Space Mountain.

It's the ownership of the BWO vs. the ownership of the Coralluzzo Collection Agency.

Powerchild is a local talent from area who had retired some time back who was coming back for one more match here.  He got a big pop coming out carrying the American flag.  Meanie and Nova got a nice pop coming out as well.

Titus and Nova started out.  Nova got the better of him early on.  Titus used an arm wringer but Nova reversed it.  Tracks tagged in and faced off with Nova, then shoulderblocked him off the ropes, sending him to the ground.  Nova tagged Powerchild in and they locked up, unable to move the other.   The crowd began chanting "USA" as apparently the Coralluzzo family are a foreign menace.  They went into a test of strength that ended with Powerchild hitting a clothesline.

Ratchet tagged in and did his entire old Flair routine, calling for The Blue Meanie to tag in.  I'm smelling a dance off.  They locked up and went into thumb wrestling!  Yep.  This even got a BWO chant.  Rhett got involved and Meanie hit a double noggin knocker on he and Ratchet.  Meanie powerbombed Ratchet for a two count.  Wildchild tagged in and worked over Ratcher but Tracks interfered and the CCA were now in control, working him over.  The BWO rallied the crowd as Powerchild was worked over by Titus.

Powerchild was beaten down as the CCA tagged in and out.    Titus covered him for a two count.  Powerchild made a comeback with an overhead belly to belly suplex on Rhett.  He finally made the hot tag to Meanie, who cleaned house on the CCA.  Meanie was overwhelmed by the numbers game and Nova tried to help but was held back by the referee. Ratchet locked on a figure four leglock because we know wooo 'trained him.'  The crowd chanted for the BWO.  Ratchet argued with referee Kevin Keenan, who responded with a series of chops.

Nova made the got tag and cleaned house.  Rhett naied him but Nova nailed he and Tracks with a double clothesline.  He nailed the old neckbreaker/DDT combination but was overwhelmed in the corner.  Everyone brawled.  The heels were all whipped into each other in the middle of the ring.  Ratchet nailed Nova with a foreign object and pinned him.

Your winners, the Coralluzzo Collection Agency!

Nope.  Not tonight.  Mark Henry came out and told Keenan what Ratchet had done and told Keenan to check him.  Henry demanded he restart the match and Keenan, after finding the knucks, did.  Titus went to hit Nova with a pumpkin but hit Ratchet with it instead.  With thge pumpkin on his head, Ratchet was nailed and pinned.

Your winners, the BWO & American Powerchild!

A number of wrestlers and others came into the ring.  All the old Mike Sharpe school crew and the babyfaces all celebrated to end the night.
