HE'S BACK FOR SUMMERSLAM, REIGNS VS. EDGE, THE COCK FIXED THEIR ISSUE, THE MEN ARE IN MITB BUT PEACOCK IS CRASHING AND WHO KNOWS IF I WILL SEE IT, CHARLOTTE AND RHEA ARE TEARING DOWN THE HOUSE, LASHLEY IS THE MAN, RAW TAG TITLE TIME, THE WOMEN'S MITB MATCH IS OPENING THE SHOW, MYSTERIOS DEFEND THEIR TITLES AGAINST THE USOS - FULL WWE MONEY IN THE BANK PPV BLOG

Drew Mac did a promo and put over the fans.  He talked about how great it is to be back in Texas.  He speaks for all of us when he says that if we ever don’t have to say Thunderdome again we will all be happy.  Big pop.  Tonight’s story is this.  He is coming in, kicking ass and winning MITB.

Lashley defends against Kofi Kingston next.

The crowd is way behind Kofi.  WWE needs to do the right thing and break their hearts by having Lashley pretty much destroy him.  You don’t have Lashley snap like he did on Monday and then have him not be dominant here.  Crowd is doing their New Day chants.  That’s cool.  But Kofi shouldn’t win.  Or even come close.

They opened with MVP grabbing Kofi’s leg but Kofi got a way and tried for some offense.  It didn’t last.  Bobby is angry.

The fans are booing Lashley.  That is what they should do.  Me?  I am cheering the violence.  Looks like Bobby is bleeding from the mouth a bit.  No matter, he’s still destroying Kofi.  The crowd is chanting for Kofi.  Lashley is not.  He is throwing him around the same way that he did Woods on Monday.  He had better not lose focus again.

He didn’t.  Hurt Lock into a suplex.  He may have been stopping Kofi from submitting.  Fans are chanting for Kofi.  You better give him Big E, Little E and the rest of the alphabet.  Bobby is killing Kofi.  This is great from a character building standpoint.  Props to Kofi for playing rag doll.

Bobby put on the Hurt Lock and that was it.  This was EXACTLY what it should be.  Ticked off Lashley went into total dominance mode.  I loved it.  They took him to a new level and that makes the Title even stronger.  I loved it.

Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte is next.   Hey creative, you know how you just booked Lashley?  Let’s bring some of that to this insipid storyline.  Please?

The champ was out first.  They tried to sell us that it was so she could bask in the ring.  Come on, we know better.  If Charlotte was champ, she would still be out second.  The crowd is reacting big to her, which they should but Rhea should have gotten a similar reaction.

Something happened and Charlotte flipped off the crowd.  The screen went black for a second and when it came back she was still giving the finger.  The fans were chanting they wanted puppies so maybe there was flash I guess we will find out.  Anyway, the champ was in control early.  Well, for s second or too and then Charlotte went into Vince mode.

It got even and the crowd was split on how they were behind.

Mike Johnson just told me the finger from Charlotte was due to them chanting we want Becky.  I wish I could rewind on Peacock.

This is very good.  Rhea just showed some ridiculous power.  She is a strong lady.

Charlotte came back with a moonsault from the top onto Rhea on the floor.  Charlotte is soooo good and Rhea is right there with her tonight.  This is really good.  Charlotte hit a sweet DDT out of a Riptide attempt.  Good stuff.

This is stiff, in a good way.  It has “real fight” elements to it.  Charlotte did a pin attempt and had her feet on the ropes.  It have Rhea some time to come back.  Charlotte got a two with Natural Selection from the top.  Everyone is shocked, including Flair.  This is tremendous.  They are letting them wrestle and show how great they are.

Charlotte smashed Rhea’s head into the post, then nailed her leg into the post three times.  Back in the ring, Figure 8.  We have a new champion.  The match was fantastic.  I don’t love Rhea losing here, and I think they could have booked her way better coming in, but she looked great in the match too.  I figured Vince would want the Queen with the gold going into SummerSlam.  The question is against who?  Will Becky Lynch be on a different show than her hubby?  Because if she comes out on Raw tomorrow and says she wants a shot at the Title she never lost, you have a marquee match for SummerSlam.  I love Rhea, but her vs. Becky just isn’t the same.

It’s time for the men’s Money In The Bank match.  Peacock is all over the place for me on all devices.  I have gotten a ton of emails saying the same thing.  Way to go COCK, you are blowing it.
