WWE MONEY IN THE BANK PPV REPORT: TWO LADDER MATCHES, A RETURN YOU DIDN'T SEE COMING, TITLE CHANGES, AND MORE

Match Number Five:  Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Ricochet versus John Morrison versus Drew McIntyre versus Riddle versus Big E versus Seth Rollins versus Kevin Owens versus Shinsuke Nakamura

The match starts and everyone goes into a corner while Seth and Morrison go to the floor.  Riddle kicks Rollins and Ricochet does a dive onto Morrison (maybe).  Drew and Big E are in the ring.  Drew and Big E exchange forearms.

We move ahead to a normal feed and Morrison kicks Nakamura after setting up a ladder.  Morrison climbs the ladder and Morrison hits a kick off the ladder in the corner.  Morrison climbs the ladder and Nakamura stops him and climbs the ladder.  Rollins with a knee to Nakamura while he had Morrison in a triangle on the ladder.  Morrison and Rollins kick Nakamura.  They pick up a ladder and hit Nakamura with it and then they hit Big E and Drew to knock them off the apron.  Morrison and Rollins run the ladder into Riddle.  Morrison with a reverse Finlay slam onto the ladder.  Morrison and Rollins back drop Ricochet onto the ladder against the ropes.

Morrison and Rollins celebrate in the ring and Owens pulls Rollins out of the ring and Morrison stops a power bomb onto the apron.  Rollins takes the hood of the announce table and throws it into Ricochet.  Morrison with a sliding knee to Owens.  Rollins puts the ladder between the apron and announce table.  Owens sends Rollins and Morrison into the ringside barrier.  Rollins hits Owens from behind.  Morrison kicks Owens.  Owens with a moonsault onto the ladder that Rollins and Morrison were holding.  Owens puts a ladder on its edge.  Morrison hits Owens from behind.  Rollins with an assisted Falcon Arrow onto the edge of the ladder.

Drew with punches to Morrison.  Drew gets Morrison up and Rollins with a rolling elbow followed by a kick from Morrison.  Drew is put on top of a ladder and then they spin him around to put him in position.  Morrison goes up top with a twisting move off the turnbuckles and he might have come close to the ladder.  Rollins hits Morrison with the ladder and then Rollins climbs the ladder but Ricochet and Big E stop him.  Nakamura joins in on the attack on Rollins.  Riddle with an RKO on Rollins.

Ricochet and Big E climb the ladder but Nakamura and Riddle stop them.  Nakamura with forearms to Riddle but misses a kick.  Riddle with strikes.  Both men with round kicks that stagger each other.  Drew with a double Claymore and Big E is given a Future Shock.  . Drew gets Ricochet up and Drew with a reverse Alabama Slam into the ladder in the corner.  Drew with a flip dive onto everyone on the floor.  Drew with a Claymore to Rollins and then Drew climbs the ladder.  Veer and Shanky come to the ring and pull Rollins off the ladder.  Mahal comes to the ring and hits Drew in the midsection and back with a chair.  

Veer and Shanky drag Drew up the ramp.  

Riddle climbs the ladder and then Ricochet leaps from the ropes to the ladder.  Riddle is knocked off the ladder.  Ricochet is pushed off the ladder and he lands on the top rope and hits a springboard 450 onto everyone else on the floor.  Riddle climbs the ladder and Ricochet is back up and they fight on top.  Riddle goes for a Kimura but Ricochet blocks it and sets for a superplex off the ladder while Rollins sets up a ladder.

Rollins climbs the ladder like he was close to being a super hero but Big E watched the first ladder match and pulled Rollins off.  Riddle with an RKO to Big E and to Ricochet.  Rollins with a Stomp to Riddle.  Nakamura with a Go 2 Sleep to Rollins.  Nakamura climbs the ladder.  Morrison sprays Nakamura with the drip stick and Nkamaura is pushed off the ladder.  Owens pulls Morrison off and hits a stunner and Morrison falls to the floor.  Nakamura stops Owens on the ladder but Owens with a stunner to Nakamura.  Owens with a pop up power bomb to Ricochet.

Owens climbs the ladder and Rollins hits Owens in the leg and Rollins with a power bomb to Owens through the ladder hanging from the apron.  Rollins sets up the ladder in the ring and climbs it but Big E stops Rollins and Rollins goes to ladder two.  Big E with a forearm and a Big Ending off the ladder.  Big E gets to the ladder and he takes the briefcase to win.

Winner:  Big E

Seth Rollins is in the back and he is having trouble walking.  Kevin Patrick stops him and asks him about his effort.  Seth says it wasn't good enough.  It was his destiny to be the next champion.  I should have been put in the Universal Championship match and Edge stole that from me.  Seth says change.  He needs a new plan.  Seth says whoever wins the Universal Championship tonight, I am next in line.

Match Number Six:  Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) versus Edge

Roman has some words for Edge before they lock up.  They lock up and Roman with a clean break.  They lock up and Edge backs Roman into the corner and Edge with a pie face to Roman in the corner.  They lock up and Edge with a waist lock and Edge takes Roman to the mat and he slaps Roman in the head before getting off Roman.  They lock up and Edge with a waist lock into a side head lock.  Roman with a shoulder tackle and Edge goes to the floor.  

Edge breaks the count but then goes back to the floor.  They lock up and Edge works on the arm.  Edge drops down to hyper-extend the shoulder.  Roman with a punch.  Roman with a head butt in the corner and a double sledge to the back.  Roman with short clotheslines in the corner.  Edge blocks a clothesline and Edge wraps the arm in the ropes.  Edge sends Roman shoulder first into the ring post.  Edge sends Roman into the opposite ring post and then he takes Roman to the mat but Roman gets to the floor.  

Roman punches Edge and Edge with a forearm.  They exchange forearms.  Edge kicks the injured arm and Edge with a knee to the back and Roman goes to the floor.  Roman with a Samoan drop on the floor.  Roman gets back into the ring and then Roman breaks the count and sends Edge into the ring post.  Edge gets back into the ring before the ten count.  Roman kicks Edge.  Roman kicks Edge in the corner.  The referee warns Roman before checking on Edge.  Roman tosses Edge to the floor.  Roman sends Edge into the ring steps.  They return to the ring and Roman gets a near fall.

Roman with punches and he starts to talk to Edge.  Roman sends Edge shoulder first into the ring post.  Roman sends Edge into a different ring post shoulder first.  Roman with a suplex and he gets a near fall.  Roman with a cravate.  Edge escapes the hold and Roman with a reverse chin lock.  Roman has a conversation with the people in the front row.  Edge with elbows and Roman with an uppercut.  Roman leaves the ring and he sets for a Drive By and hits it.  Roman gets a near fall.  Roman goes to the corner as he waits for Edge to get up.  Roman sets up for the Superman punch.

Edge turns around and he catches Roman and gets a near fall with a back slide.  Both men go down when they both go for kicks.  Edge with a forearm and Roman fires back.  Edge with a forearm and they go back and forth.  Roman misses an uppercut and Edge with an Edge-O-Matic.  Edge gets to his feet first and he clotheslines Roman.  Roman with a boot to Edge and Edge with a flapjack and Impaler DDT for a near fall.  Edge with punches to Roman.  Edge puts Roman on the turnbuckles and Roman with a back elbow and Edge falls to the apron.  Edge drops Roman on the ring post and Roman is in the tree of woe.  Edge kicks Roman in the turnbuckles.  Edge with an STF.  Roman tries to power out of the hold and Edge is able to reapply the hold.

Roman tries to get to the ropes and Edge turns it into a crossface.  Roman gets to the rope to force a break of the hold.  Edge backs into the corner.  Edge with a spear attempt but Roman counters with a guillotine.  Edge backs Roman into the corner but Roman reapplies the guillotine.  Edge goes to the floor and forces Roman to release the hold.  Roman rolls into the ring to break the count.  Roman sets for a spear and he misses and goes through the ringside barrier.  Edge gets back into the ring and he stops the referee's count.  Edge goes to the floor and spears Roman through another part of the ringside barrier.

Edge picks up Roman with a fireman's carry and brings him back into the ring.  Edge gets a near fall.  Edge sets for the Impaler DDT but Roman with a punch.  Roman with a Superman punch and Edge falls into the referee and he goes down and holds his knee.  Roman looks around and goes to the floor.  Roman sees a chair and tells someone to get out of it.  Roman stomps on the chair to break apart a piece of it.  The referee falls to the floor.  

Edge blocks the crossface using the piece of the chair while the referee is checked on by the medical staff.  Edge with elbows and head butts to escape.  Edge holds on to the piece of the chair and he puts Roman in the crossface.

Jimmy Uso and Jey Uos make their way to the ring and they are pulled out of the ring by Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio.  Dominik and Rey take care of Jimmy and Jey as they fight to the back.  Rollins with a thrust kick to Edge and Rollins goes to the back.  Roman looks around and he sets for the spear but Edge with a spear.  Another referee finally comes to the ring and Roman kicks out at two.  Edge looks around.  Seth Rollins gets back on the apron and Edge kicks Seth off the apron.  Roman with a spear for the three count.

Winner:  Roman Reigns (retains championship)

After the match, Seth Rollins looks at Roman Reigns and he says he is the next opponent for Roman.  Edge with a forearm to Rollins. Edge and Rollins fight through the crowd.

Roman Reigns takes the mic from Paul Heyman.

Roman says the whole world can now acknowledge him.

John Cena's music plays and he appears on the stage and makes his way to the ring.

Cena walks up to Roman and shows Roman that he cannot see him.

We go to credits.
