Pre-Show Notes from Mike Johnson:

*NWA President Billy Corgan, who was not present physically at the last set of tapings, is there at the building.

*Former WWE star Mickie James is backstage, which should not be a surprise as she is married to NWA Champion Nick Aldis.

*Homicide and Pat Kenney are there working as producers.

*There must have been some sort of technical issue as the pre-show on YouTube never streamed as planned.  PWInsider.com has confirmed the results.

*Former CZW star Blk Jeez is in Atlanta and has started with the promotion as of this weekend's TV tapings.

Onto Anthony Pires' coverage!

Welcome one and all, we are LIVE from the GBP Studios in Hotlanta for the NWA's When Our Shadows Fall.  Joe Galli is our lead announcer and he is joined by former NWA World's Champion Tim Storm and Velvet Sky. Should be an outstanding night of wrestling.  

Very macabre-esque video opening.  Sadly, the intro of "Into the Fire" does not greet us.  We got a CROWD at the GPB Studios.  So great to see fans again

Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match: Lucha Rules: Slice Boogie and Marche Rockett vs The End (Mike Parrow & Odinson) vs. Bestia 666 & MechaWolf vs Sal Rinauro & Rudo

Great to see some AAA representation in the NWA.  Rudo and Wold kick us off and Rudo with a headlock and they exchange standing switches.  Headscissors by Wolf, the two excahneg arm drags.  Sal Rinaro tags himself in as does Bestia 666.  Headlock takedown by Sal.  Sal with an armdrag and a hurancanrana.  Sal wants a handshake but the AAA reps double team him.  Missle dropkick by 666 but Boogie knocks him out of the ring, making himself the legal man.  German for 2 by Slice, followed by a kneelift for 2.  Odinson throws Wolf out, making himself the legal man.  Boogie throws chops at both members of the End.  He misses a moonsault.  Hel on Earth by the end, save made by MechaWolf.  Wolf and Odinson slug it out.  The End applies torture racks to 666 and Wolf and drive them both into the top turnbuckles.  A mass if humanity ends up on the floor. Sal assists Rudo in a big top tope moonsault.  Slice with a leg lariat on Sal.  Boogie follws up with a tope suicida on everyone on the floor.  Sal goes for one but Parrow gets in his face.  Parrow powerslams Sal on to the group.  Marshe Rockett squares off with Parrow.

A masked man has shown up at ringside.  Rockett with a cutter on Parrow for 2, saved by Bestia.  Total Rebellion by Bestria & Wolf for the pin on Rockett.

WINNERS: Bestia 666 and MechaWolf

The End get in the winners faces.

Non Title Grudge Match: Da Pope vs. Tyrus with Austin Idol

Pope joins Kyle Davis (dressed as a circus ringmaster) and cuts a little promo on Tyrus.

Tyrus comes out and calls Davis "fake news".  He's mad about Pope eliminating him from the #1 contenders battle royal.

Tyrus is dedicating tonight to The Love Alive Charity, which was a charity Pope was involved in.  Apparently there was some chicanery with said charity.  Storm informs us that it's a legit charity and Tyrus is trying to get under Pope's skin. We're told, obviously, this will not count towards the Lucky 7 rules.  It's made crystal clear that the charity is legit and Pope fires away. Tyrus rolls out. 

Pope attacks and nails a 10 count of punches in the corner.  Pope goes into boxing mode and a big forearm by the TV champ.  Tyrus slumps to the canvas.  Dropkick by Pope for 2. Shoulder block and a cross body by Tyrus.  Neck wrench by Tyrus, he rains forearms down.  Tyrus then steps on Pope.  Desperation sunset flip by Pope, Tyrus crashes down and scores a 2.  Tyrus smothers him in the corner.  Tyrus with punches to the gut and an avalanche.

Joe Galli points out that they've gone 6:05 but the time isn't going to save Pope.

The former Brodus Clay nails a fallaway slam and stands on him again. Pope fires back as best he can but it doesn't register.  Bodyslam by Tyrus, he misses an elbow, he misses another.  Pope with an eye rake and he fores away.  DDT by Pope, he's too spent to cover.  Pope loses balance but recovers to connect with an elbow off the top.  Pope goes for the running knee but Tyrus with the Tongan Death Grip for 2.  Pope tries another sunset flip but Tyrus blocks it.  He goes for a Banzai Drop but Pope get the knees up.  Running knees strike by Pope, Idol hands Tyrus a foreign object.  Heart Punch by Tyrus and he scores the pin.

WINNER: Tyrus 

Thunder Rosa & Melina vs Kylie Ray and Tarryn Terrell

They announced Kylie has signed with the National Wrestling Alliance.

Glad to see Kylie smiling and happy. Melina starts off with Terrell. Terrell avoids the charge. Go behind by Terrell, Melina with an arm twist.  Terrell takes a powder.  She tags in Kylie.  Headlock by Melina, Kylie reverses it and applies an arm twist, Melina counters it.  Kylie flips out of it and scores a takedown.  Melina applies a hammerlock and here comes Thunder Rosa.  She nails an arm drag into an armbar.  Kylie with a rollup for 1.  Kylie with a headlock takedown but Rosa with a headscissors.  Kylie counters an armdrag but Rosa rolls her up for 2. Dropkick to the chest by Rosa.  Terrell wants no part of this.  Melina tags in and runs off the ropes, Terrell with a knee.  Kylie with a slam for 1. 

Modified surfboard by Kylie, she rocks back.  Melina with a boot to the face and gets the tag.  Terrell tries to interfere but Rosa nails a set of double knee strikes to both.  Double underhook for 2 by Rosa.  Chops by Rosa.  Kylie fires back but Rosa immediately responds. Melina tags in and they hit a flap jack for 2, save by Terrel.  Melina throws her away.  Rosa drops Terrell face first on the floor and drags her to the back.  Inside the ring, Kylie rolls up Melina with a handful of tights for the pin.

WINNERS: Tarryn Terrell and Kylie Ray

JTG vs Fred Rosser

Code of Honor adhered to.   Props to the NWA for hanging the Morgrovian Flag amongst all the other countries in the studio.  Headlock takedown by Mr. No Days Off, he tries to tie the arm up and JTG punches out.  Lockup, arm twist by Rosser, JTG reverses it. JTG with a headlock and they reverse standing switches. Elbow by JTG, rollup by Rosser followed by an armdrag.  Leg sweep by Rosser, JTG with one of his own and gets a headlock takedown.  Big dropkick by JTG but Rosser drops him on the top turnbuckle.  Knee lift by Rosser, he follows up with a bodyslam and a sit down splash.  Rosser with a read chinlock.  JTG elbows out and nails a kneelift but a German suplex by Rosser.  Rosser with a legdrop, he mocks him a little bit.  JTG blocks a suplex and hits some forearms.  JTG with a running clothesline. End of Days by JTG for 2, he definiately didn't get all of it.  JTG with forearms to the back, Rosser blocks the Razor's Edge.  They're jockeying for a backslide until JTG nails a small pachage for the pin.

WINNER: JTG

Both men shake hands afterwards.
