WWE NXT REPORT: KAI VERSUS MARTINEZ, GRIMES HAS A MILLION DOLLAR EXPERIENCE, COLE AT A POOL, SO MANY GIFTS, A DROUGHT FOR STORM?, AND MORE

We are back and Theory with a knee to the midsection and he stomps on the hand.  Theory with a rear chin lock.  Reed gets back to his feet and he punches Theory.  Reed goes for an arm drag but Theory holds on to the ropes and Reed goes down.  Theory misses a knee drop when Reed moves.  Theory goes to the apron and he goes for a sllingshot rolling drop kick but Reed with a press slam and forearms.  Reed with a running body block.  Reed with a splash into the corner followed by a choke slam.  Reed with a back senton for a near fall.   Theory with a blockbuster for a near fall.

Theory tries to get Reed on his shoulders and he cannot get him up.  Reed with a Samoan drop for a near fall.  Reed goes for a suplex and Theory lands on his feet and Theory with a super kick but Reed stays on his feet.  Theory goes for a suplex but Reed counters with a suplex of his own.  

Dexter Lumis shows up on the ramp and Indi does not realize that her man is on his way to the ring.  Johnny pulls Candice out of the way when he sees Dexter.  Indi walks away and Dexter follows.  Indi goes into the ring and Dexter gets on the apron, while the MATCH CONTINUES.  Indi tells Dexter he talks too much.  Theory knocks Lumis off the apron when he pulls Indi aside.  Reed punches Gargano off the apron and Reed with a clothesline to Theory.  Reed goes up top and hits a Tsunami for the three count.

Winner:  Bronson Reed

MSK and KUSHIDA are in the back with McKenzie.  She asks them how do they feel. Nash says they are excited to be working together.  Wes says he appreciates KUSHIDA taking them under his wing.  Nash says that is why they came out last week.  KUSHIDA says they will show them that they are champions.   KUSHIDA says they are MSKUSHIDA.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Johnny Gargano is not happy.  He says Austin had his number.  Austin says it was the wrong number.  Johnny blames it on Dexter Lumis.  Candice says Indi has to deal with Shotzi and Ember since they got flowers from Dexter.  Candice and Johnny tell her to take care of business.

We see photos of Finn Balor on vacation and he says he will be back next week.

Match Number Four;  Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel (with Alexander Wolfe) versus Killian Dain and Drake Maverick

Dain and Aichner start things off and they lock up.  Aichner with a waist lock but Dain sends Aichner to the mat.  Aichner with a waist lock and shot to the back of the head.  Aichner with a kick and Dain tries for a slam but Aichner escapes.  Dain blocks a slam attempt and Dain with a cross body on Aichner.  Dain gets Aichner on his shoulders but Aichner gets to his feet.  Barthel tags in and he applies a sleeper and Aichner with a kick.  Dain with a snap mare and he clotheslines Barthel over the top rope to the floor.

Dain with a European uppercut and a slam.  Dain tags Drake in and then Dain hip tosses Drake onto Barthel.  Drake with a punch but Barthel blocks an Irish whip.  Drake floats over in the corner but Barthel catches him.  Drake with a drop kick to the knee and then to the side of the head.  Barthel with a kick and forearm.  Barthel goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Drake lands on his feet.  Drake gets on Barthel's shoulders and he hits a rana.  Barthel with an arm wringer off the turnbuckles.  Aichner tags in and Aichner with a running drop kick and Barthel with a knee.  Barthel and Aichner go to the floor when Dain tries to get involved.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Drake struggles to get back up and he is sent back to the mat with an uppercut from Barthel.  Barthel sends Drake into his corner and he misses an elbow when Drake goes down.  Drake avoids Aichner and Drake with a shoulder.  Aichner tags in and he stops Drake from getting to the corner but Drake wit a kick.  Barthel kicks Dain off the apron and Aichner with kicks to Drake.  Aichner with elbow drops for a near fall.  Aichner tosses Drake around the ring.  Drake with punches.  Drake with a kick to Aichner but Fabian blocks the tag attempt and Aichner slams Drake to the mat and it forces Drake's belt to come off.  Dain back drops Barthel when Marcel tries to interfere.  Aichner misses an elbow.  Drake crawls to the corner but Barthel pulls Dain off the apron when Drake does not see it.

Aichner with a running knee to the back of the head.  Aichner and Barthel double team Drake.  Dain with clotheslines to Aichner and Barthel.  Dain with a splash to Aichner and then he sends Barthel over the top rope to the floor.  Dain goes after Barthel on the floor and Barthel with a boot to Dain's head.  Barthel says something to Wolfe in German and Wolfe has a chair but he cannot hit Dain with it.  Barthel yells at Wolfe and Maverick with a suicide dive onto Barthel.  

Aichner runs into Dain and Dain tosses Drake onto Aichner.  Barthel escapes from Dain and Dain is sent into the steps.  Aichner runs into boots from Maverick.  Drake with a cross body but Aichner rolls through and tney hit the European Bomb for the three count.

Winners:  Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel

Pete Dunne is in the back and he says everyone is talking about new opportunities but no one is mentioning me.  KUSHIDA stepped to him and he put him out.  That title is his when he wants.  Maybe he will go to the UK and take back the title he made famous.  He tells Johnny that if he steps to him, we know the way it ends.  Bitter End.  I won't need smoke and mirrors to take care of Karrion Kross.  I am the baddest man in NXT.  Prove me wrong.

We go to commercial.

We are back at the jewelry store with Cameron Grimes.  

He wants to know if the watch is working because it isn't going tick tock so Karrion Kross won't like it.  Grimes says he will wear it out.  

Someone shows up and says that is a nice watch but it isn't a Million Dollar Watch.  Ted DiBiase laughs and he leaves.

Match Number Five:  Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon versus Jessi Kamea and Aliyah (with Robert Stone) in a Non Title Match

Before the match, Shotzi and Ember are given chocolates and more flowers.

Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae attack Ember and Shotzi.  Indi breaks a glass vase over Shotzi's head.

Stone, Aliyah, and Kamea celebrate with the title belts but the referee tells them it was a non title match that never started.

We go to Adam Cole with Aresh Markazi.

Cole is on the phone and he wants to know if they are going to get this show on the road.  Cole is told they are waiting for him.

Cole is asked about his recovery.  He says he has been better and he has been worse.  When you look at his 403 day reign as champion, the War Games matches he went through, or the broken wrist during his title reign.  He says he is the best.

Adam is asked if it was a mistake to turn on his brothers.  Cole says he does not make mistakes.  He has been carrying them and NXT on his back for four years.  He delivered the first shot, but they lost focus on the Undisputed Era.  They turned their backs on him.

Cole is asked if Kyle is now the face of NXT.   Cole says everyone is excited to see the new face of NXT.  Cole says Kyle was lucky to beat him.  Kyle is not ready for the main event spot.  There is a reason why Kyle has been here for four years and now they are considering him part of the main event.  Kyle is not sure if he is in the main event and he is not ready for the title.  As long as I am in NXT, Kyle is not taking my spot.

Cole is asked about Karrion Kross.  Cole says this is one of the most competitive divisions in wrestling.  Kross is good, but is he great?  I am not sure.  Look at the first time he won the title.  Was that a freak injury or was he not ready.  When I decide to go after the NXT Titlte, the clock is ticking.

Cole is asked what is next.  He says that only he knows what is next.  You will see the best damn Adam Cole you are going to see.

Cole complains about sitting in the sun and having to wait.  

We see Kyle watching the interview.

We see a video for the Diamond Mine.

We go to commercial.

We are back and next week's Women's Tag Title match will be a street fight.  That joins the Leon Ruff versus Isaiah Scott Falls Count Anywhere Match.

Match Number Five:  Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza versus KUSHIDA, Wes Lee, and Nash Carter

KUSHIDA starts off against Wilde and they both go for the legs but miss.  KUSHIDA with a body scissors and then he grabs a wrist lock.  Wilde with a reversal and he pulls KUSHIDA to the mat.  KUSHIDA with a wrist lock and Carter tags in and he hits a slingshot senton.  Lee with a hesitation senton on Wilde.  Wilde with a jaw breaker and punch to the midsection.  Mendoza tags in and they hit a double wheelbarrow slam and then they hit a double drop kick to the head for a near fall.  Wilde tags back in and he connects with a knee to the midsection.  Lee with a drop kick that sends Wilde to the floor.  Carter tags in and they kick Mendoza and Carter with a double stomp to the back.  Carter drop kicks Escobar to the floor.  KUSHIDA tags in and hits a drop kick on Wilde.  KUSHIDA with a handspring kick to send Wilde off the apron onto Mendoza and Escobar.

Carter with a waist lock on Escobar and Escobar with an elbow and wrist lock.  Carter with a wrist lock take down but he misses a drop kick.  Escobar with a kick to the back and shoulder.  Escobar with a Fujiwara arm bar.  Escobar with a chin lock and arm bar.  Escobar with chops to Carter and a drop kick to Carter against the ropes.  Carter is sent to the floor.  Escobar misses Carter and is sent into the announce table.  Escobar kicks Carter.  Escobar with a face buster and he returns to the arm bar.

Escobar tries to hyper-extend the arm and Mendoza tags in.  Mendoza kicks Carter in the shoulder.  Mendoza with an arm wringer and a hammer lock and he sends Carter shoulder first into the turnbuckles.  Wilde tags in and Carter with an inside cradle for a near fall.  Wilde with an arm wringer.  Mendoza tags in and he kicks and chokes Carter in the corner.  Carter with punches to Mendoza but Mendoza with a kick.  Wilde tags in and he slaps Carter.  Wilde with a suplex and he gets a near fall.  Carter is sent into the turnbuckles and Escobar tags in and he kicks Carter.  Escobar with a gutbuster and then he applies a double wrist lock.

We are told that Mercedes Martinez will face Raquel Gonzalez for the title in two weeks.

Carter escapes a suplex attempt.  KUSHIDA and Mendoza tag in.  KUSHIDA with a reverse atomic drop.  KUSHIDA with a hip toss and cartwheel followed by a drop kick to Wilde.  KUSHIDA with a divorce court on Escobar.  KUSHIDA with a drop kick to WIlde.  Carter with a splash onto Wilde.  KUSHIDA holds the ropes open and Lee and Carter with stereo suicide dives.  Escobar pulls KUSHIDA off the apron and then Escobar power bombs KUSHIDA through the announce table.  Mendoza kicks Carter and sends him into the ring steps.  Wilde and Lee are the legal men.

Wilde misses a clothesline and Lee with forearms and punches.  WIlde with a drop kick to stop a Pele kick from Lee.  Wilde with punches and he sends Lee face first into the turnbuckles.  Wilde with a clothesline into the corner and Mendoza tags in and hits a clothesline.  Escobar tags in and he hits a running clothesline into the corner.  Wilde with a clothesline and then Mendoza follows.  Escobar with a running double knee strike into the corner.  Meanwhile, KUSHIDA is checked out of the floor.

Escobar with a suplex and then Wilde tags in and Mendoza with a slingshot slam of Wilde onto Lee for a near fall.  Lee sends Wilde to the apron and then Lee kicks Mendoza.  Mendoza is sent to the floor.  Escobar misses a frog splash.  Lee with a back first to Wilde followed by a super kick to Mendoza and then a kick to Escobar.  Carter gets on the apron and he calls for Lee to make the tag.  Carter tags in and he super kicks Wilde and then drop kicks Escboar.  Mendoza with a kick.  KUSHIDA refuses medical care and Escobar kicks KUSHIDA back in the ring.  Escobar with a Phantom Driver to KUSHIDA.  Wilde and Mendoza with the Side Russian leg sweep and flying boot combination on Carter for the three count.

Winners:  Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza
