After the match, Sonya and Adam discuss the next challengers for the tag champs.

We are back with a look back at what happened last week when Billie Kay tried to support both sides of the women's tag match.
Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan are in the back and Billie Kay shows up. Billie says it is time to turn the Riott Duo into a Squad.
Ruby tells Billie Thanks but no thanks.
Billie starts to cry about how nobody wants her and how 2021 is just like 2020.

Sami Zayn wants to speak about the Gauntlet Match. He says he demanded that he be put in this match and to his surprise they did. Sami says he ends up being the number one entrant. The position with the least statistical probability of winning. There have been coincidence after coincidence to work against him but these are not coincidences, it is a huge CONSPIRACY against him. Match Number Four: Gauntlet Match to Determine the Number One Contender for the Universal Title at the Royal Rumble (featuring Daniel Bryan, Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn, Rey Mysterio, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Adam Pearce)
Segment One: Rey Mysterio (with Dominik Mysterio) versus Sami Zayn
Rey with a drop kick and 619 followed by a frog splash for the three count.

Segment Two: Rey Mysteiro versus Shinsuke Nakamura
They lock up and Nakamura with a side head lock. Nakamura with a shoulder tackle. Nakamura tries for a slam but Rey gets to his feet. Nakamura holds on to the ropes on an O'Connor Roll attempt. Nakamura with a sunset flip and Rey rolls through because you do not give Rey a sunset flip. Rey with a kick. Nakamura with knees. Rey with a head scissors that sends Nakamura to the floor. Rey is caught by Nakamura on a baseball slide. Nakamura with a knee from the floor but misses a knee off the apron. Rey goes for a sunset flip on the floor but Nakamura rolls through and hits a knee. Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura chokes Rey in the corner.
Nakamura with a running side kick into the corner for a near fall. Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura with kicks to the chest. Nakamura puts Rey on the turnbuckles and connects with a forearm. Nakamura goes for a superplex but Rey blocks it. Rey with a head butt and sends Nakamura to the floor. Rey with a seated splash and another one. Rey with a victory roll for a near fall. Nakamura sends Rey to the apron and Nakamura with a kick to the chest. Nakamura tries to send Rey into the ring post but Rey blocks it. Rey with a head butt. Nakamura catches Rey on a slingshot match. Rey wtih a rana that sends Nakamura into the ropes and Rey with a 619.
Rey goes up top and goes for a frog splash but Nakamura gets his knees up. Nakamura applies a cross arm breaker and Rey taps.
Shinsuke Nakamura advances
After the segment, Baron Corbin attacks Dominik on the floor and sends him into the ring steps. Corbin sends Nakamura into the ring post and then choke slams Rey.

Segment Three: Baron Corbin versus Shinsuke Nakamura
Corbin with a knee to the midsection and an elbow to the collarbone. Nakamura with punches and Corbin with a clothesline for a near fall. Corbin with punches to the ribs in the corner. Corbin sends Nakamura into the turnbuckles and Corbin with more punches to the midsection. Corbin misses a shoulder in the corner when Nakamura moves and Corbin hits the ring post. Nakamura with a heel kick and he comes off the apron but Corbin catches Nakamura and runs Shinsuke into the ring post.
Corbin gets a near fall. Corbin with punches and a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Corbin goes for a suplex and Nakamura lands on his feet and Nakamura with a jumping side kick. Nakamura with kicks to the ribs. Corbin blocks a kick and Nakamura with an enzuigiri. Corbin with an Irish whip but he misses a splash into the corner. Nakamura with a kick and he goes to the turnbuckles for a jumping side kick and he gets a near fall.
Corbin with Deep Six for a near fall. Nakamura with a triangle on Corbin. Corbin picks up Nakamura for a one arm power bomb. Corbin with a wacky slide around the post and Nakamura with a thrust kick for the three count.
Shinsuke Nakamura Advances
Segment Four: Shinsuke Nakamura versus Daniel Bryan
Bryan with a running drop kick as the bell rings and Bryan with European uppercuts and kicks. Nakamura with a kick and then he goes to the floor when Bryan moves. Bryan with a suicide dive to send Nakamura into the announce table. Bryan goes up top but Nakamura with a kick as Bryan comes off. Nakamura with a reverse exploder. Nakamura goes for Kinshasa but Bryan blocks it and applies a single leg crab. Bryan with an ankle lock and then Bryan with a German suplex for a near fall.
Bryan with kicks. Bryan with more kicks to Nakamura and then he misses the round kick. Nakamura with a kick and a float over into a cross arm breaker but Bryan blocks it and Bryan with a cross arm breaker of his own. Nakamura blocks it and Bryan turns it into the LeBell Lock. Bryan turns it into a cross face and then Nakamura gets to the ropes. Bryan works on the shoulder. Bryan with kicks in the corner and he puts Nakamura on the turnbuckles. Bryan sets for a Frankensteiner but Nakamura holds on to the ropes and Nakamura with a jumping side kick.
Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura with knees to the ribs. Nakamura misses a round kick but Bryan kicks Nakamura in the leg. Bryan misses a kick and Nakamura goes for the arm bar submission but Bryan with a rollup for a near fall. Bryan and Nakamura with kicks to the leg and ribs. Bryan wiht punches and he sends Nakamura into the corner. Bryan with kicks in the corner. Bryan with a round kick to the temple. Bryan with a running drop kick into the corner and he htis a second one.
Bryan goes for a third one and Nakamura with a running knee for the three count.
Shinsuke Nakamura advances
Bryan shakes Nakamura's hand after the segment.
Roman Reigns' music plays as the table and chairs make their way to the stage.
We go to commercial.
Adam Pearce comes to the ring and Roman, Paul, and Jey follow him down the ramp.
Roman nods to Jey and Jey goes into the ring.
Jey with a forearm to Nakamura and then Roman punches Nakamura. Roman and Jey kick Nakamura. Uso with a super kick and Roman with a Superman punch. Jey wtih a Superfly Splash.
Roman tells Adam this is his show and he employs Adam. Jey with a super kick to Pearce
Segment Number Five: Shinsuke Nakamura versus Adam Pearce
Roman and Jey stand over Nakamura and Pearce and Jey puts Pearce on top of Nakamura and Roman tells the referee to count.
Winner: Adam Pearce
