We are told that the first NXT of 2021 will be titled New Year's Evil.

Match Number Five:  Men’s War Games Match: Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish) versus Kings of NXT (Pat McAfee, Danny Burch, Oney Lorcan, and Pete Dunne)

Kyle O'Reilly will start for the Undisputed Era while Pete Dunne will start for the Kings of NXT.

Kyle with kicks to the leg before they lock up in a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock.  Dunne goes for the leg and Kyle with a take down.  Dunne with a front face lock and Kyle gets to the ropes while Dunne goes after the knee.  They lock up and Dunne backs Kyle into the ropes and takes Kyle to the mat.  Kyle goes for a triangle but Dunne escapes.  Kyle with a take down but Dunne with a wrist lock and he works on the fingers.  Kyle with a cross arm breaker but Dunne escapes and he tries to stomp on the hand.  Kyle misses a kick and Dunne with a triangle between the rings.  

Kyle with a take down into a double wrist lock.  Dunne lands on his feet on a German suplex attempt and then Dunne with a kick to the back of the head.  Dunne with a hammer lock and he works on the other arm and pulls at the fingers.  Dunne with a kick to the arm.  Kyle with a forearm and Dunne with a forearm.  They continue the exchange.  Dunne goes to the turnbuckles and he puts Kyle's hand in the cage.  Kyle with an Irish whip and Dunne flips over and Dunne with a stomp to the hands followed by a round kick.  Dunne goes for a power bomb but Kyle with a front face lock.  Dunne with a kick to the chest.  Dunne with a cross arm breaker on Kyle.

Kyle with a heel hook on Dunne and Dunne goes for the heel. 

The next entrant is Oney Lorcan.  

Kyle with forearms but Lorcan with chops.  Kyle with kicks and knees followed by a leg sweep but Dunne with a clothesline to Kyle.  Lorcan with an elbow to the ribs and Lorcan avoids a kick and Lorcan hits a half and half suplex.  Dunne with a kick to the arm.  Lorcan with chops and Kyle is sent face first into the mat.  Kyle with a dragon screw leg whip to Dunne in the ropes.  Kyles goes up top and he kicks Dunne and then hits a knee drop to Lorcan while Lorcan is in the ropes.  Dunne with a missile drop kick to the knee.Lorcan with a single leg crab on Kyle while Dunne has an arm bar applied.

The next entrant is Bobby Fish.

Fish with a punch to Dunne and a kick to Lorcan.  Fish with forearms and kicks to Dunne.  Fish with a knee to Lorcan and then he sends Dunne into Lorcan with an exploder.  Fish with knees to Lorcan and a spinebuster.  Kyle with a knee to Dunne between the rings.  Lorcan is sent into the air by Fish and Kyle with a kick.  They hit an elevated DDT into a wheelbarrow suplex.  Dunne with a kimura on Kyle but Fish with a sleeper on Dunne.  Kyle and Bobby with kicks to the chest and back.  Fish with a knee and forearm to Dunne.  Lorcan kicks Kyle.  Fish with a dragon screw to Lorcan.  Dunne with a forearm to Kyle and Fish with a forearm to Dunne.  Dunne kicks Fish and has him in an arm bar against the ropes and cage.  Kyle with a cross arm breaker on Lorcan.

The next entrant is Danny Burch.

Burch goes under the ring and brings a bag into the ring.  Burch punches Fish and Kyle and then Burch with a European uppercut to Kyle.  Burch gets a cricket bat and he misses Kyle.  Burch with a clothesline and kick followed by a German suplex. Dunne gets the cricket bat and Burch pulls out a second cricket bat.  Burch hits Kyle in the ribs with the bat.  Dunne continues to work on Fish's arm.  Burch and Kyle go into the second ring and Kyle with a leg pick and he goes for a heel hook and Burch taps out but it does not matter.

Dunne with a boot off the turnbuckles to get Kyle to release the hold.  Burch hits Kyle in the back with the cricket bat.  Dunne puts the bat under the knee and he pulls on the leg while Burch works over Kyle.   Fish works over Burch, Lorcan, and Dunne, but he cannot fight them off by himself.

Roderick Strong is the next entrant.

Lorcan and Burch stop Strong as he enters the cage.  Strong with a double flying clothesline and then he punches and chops Burch and does the same to Lorcan.  Strong with a drop kick to Lorcan.  Strong with a half nelson back breaker to Dunne.  Strong with an Olympic Slam to Burch.  Lorcan sends Strong between the rings.  Strong kicks Dunne and he hits forearms on all three men.  Strong with a knee to Dunne and he sends Dunne face first into the mat.

Lorcan sends Strong into the cage.  Kyle is sent into the cage by Dunne.  Lorcan punches Strong while Dunne sends Fish into the cage.  Burch with a forearm to Kyle's back.  Lorcan and Burch with a double back elbow to Kyle.  Lorcan chops Strong.  Dunne stomps on Bobby's elbow.  Burch rakes Kyle's eyes and Dunne sends Strong into the cage.  Lorcan with a back breaker to Strong.

McAfee is the final entrant for his team and he goes under the ring for tables.  The first has Fish's name on it.  He gets another table that has Kyle's name on it.  Pat gets a chair from under the ring before getting the third table that has Strong's name on it.  Pat gets a fourth table with Cole's name on it.  McAfee enters the cage.  They set up Strong's table in the ring and Pat goes to the turnbuckles.  Dunne sends Fish between the rings.  Burch punches Strong and then Lorcan with an uppercut.  Strong is put on the table and McAfee with a moonsault onto Strong through the table.

Adam Cole is the final entrant in the match.

Cole goes under the ring and he gets a chair and a fire extinguisher.  Cole sprays everyone and he enters the cage and he hits Lorcan and Burch with the chair.  Cole hits Lorcan again and then he throws the chair at Dunne but hits the cage.  Cole with a lungblower to Dunne followed by an enzuigiri to Lorcan.  Cole with an Ushigoroshi to Burch.  Cole sees McAfee in the other ring.  Cole heads to Pat but Dunne gets in the way.  Cole and Dunne exchange punches.  

Dunne stomps on Cole and goes for the Bitter End but Cole counters with a DDT.  Cole is grabbed by McAfee and Dunne with a kick to Cole.  Dunne grabs the hand and Kyle hits Dunne from behind with the chair.  Kyle tells Pat if he wants to be a wrestler, here is your chance to fight me.  Kyle puts the chair down and McAfee enters the ring.  Cole hits Pat from behind with the chair.  Cole punches McAfee.  Dunne hits Cole from behind and everyone pairs off.  Fish works over Lorcan while Strong punches Burch.  Kyle with knees and punches to McAfee.  Dunne stomps on Cole's hand in the table.  Strong kicks Burch and Dunne kicks Fish from behind.

Fish with a sleeper on Dunne while Strong punches Burch.  Lorcan with a blockbuster to Fish.  Strong with a jumping knee to Dunne and Kyle gets a near fall.  Lorcan sends Strong between the rings.  Lorcan and Burch with the elevated DDT to Kyle and Lorcan gets a near fall.  Fish is sent into the cage by Burch.  

McAfee clips Cole from behind and he sets for a figure four leg lock. Fish is stopped by Lorcan and Burch punches Strong while Dunne deals with Kyle. Cole reverses the figure four leg lock. Dunne breaks up the hold.  Burch and Lorcan set up the table for Adam Cole.  Fish with a kick to Burch and everyone is down.  Dunne with a triangle on Cole but Cole gets a near fall.  Dunne goes for a suplex but Cole with an Ushigoroshi for a near fall.  Cole sets up one of the tables and it is the one for Kyle.  Cole grabs Dunne and they go to the turnbuckles.  Cole sets for a superplex.  Kyle with forearms and he puts Burch on the table.  Fish and Strong choke slam Dunne onto Burch and then Strong with a frog splash through the table.  

McAfee goes for a superplex but Cole blocks it and he sends Pat through Kyle's table.  Oney is sent into the cage where Dunne and Burch are standing.  Kyle with a forearm to Dunne followed by an elbow from Fish.  Strong with a knee and Cole with a super kick.  The ydo the same to Oney and then to Burch.  McAfee stands between the rings and he tries to figure out what to do.  McAfee starts to climb the cage and he is pulled down.  He is surrounded by the Undisputed Era and they attack Pat and sends him into the cage many times.  Burch goes after Kyle while Dunne works over Strong.  

Burch gets Fish on his shoulders and Lorcan goes up top .  Kyle makes the save and he punches Lorcan on the turnbuckles.  Burch sends Fish aside and Burch stops Kyle.  Strong and McAfee fight on the turnbuckles.  Burch drops Kyle and Cole and Dunne are on the top rope.  Cole with a neck breaker off the top rope to Dunne.  Strong with a superplex to McAfee and everyone is down again.  Burch, Lorcan, and Dunne stand on one side of the ring while the Undisputed Era is on the other side of the ring.  All seven men with forearms and McAfee is on the top of the cage and he hits a Swanton and everyone is down.  

Kyle and Dunne are in the far ring and Kyle with a forearm.  Dunne fires back.  They continue the exchange.  Kyle sends Dunne to the mat but Dunne grabs the fingers and Kyle works on the arm.  Kyle with an axe kick but Dunne with a foerarm.  Dunne pulls at the fingers and Dunne with the Bitter End for a near fall.  Dunne pulls Kyle between the rings.  Dunne goes for a power bomb but Kyle with a suplex between the rings and he gets a near fall.  Kyle gets a chair and he puts Dunne's head on top of the chair.  Kyle goes to the turnbuckles but McAfee hits Kyle in the leg with the chair and Kyle goes down.  Pat misses when he swings at Cole.  Cole with punches.  Cole gets the chair and he tries to hit McAfee but McAfee is able to go low and he hits Cole in the groinal region.

Cole avoids a kick from McAfee and Cole with a bicycle kick.  Cole goes to the turnbuckles but Burch stops Cole.  Cole with a super kick to Burch and Fish runs Burch through Bobby's table.  McAfee with a super kick and he comes off the turnbuckles.  Cole with a super kick and Cole goes to the turnbuckles for Panama Sunrise for a near fall.  Cole pulls down the knee pad and Lorcan pushes Cole out of the way on the Last Shot.  Dunne with a kick and Bitter End but Strong breaks up the cover.  Fish and Kyle with a high low combintion and Kyle with a knee drop off the top rope onto a chair on Lorcan's face for the three count.

Winners:  Undisputed Era
