COMPLETE WWE HELL IN A CELL PPV REPORT: THREE CELL MATCHES, FIVE TITLE MATCHES, WHO HAS THE BRIEFCASE?, AND MORE

Match Number One:  Universal Championship I Quit Match: Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) versus Jey Uso inside Hell in a Cel

Jey tells Roman he is the one who is changing and Roman says he is changing because he has to. 

They lock up and Jey with a side head lock and Roman with a shoulder tackle.  Roman with a punch and suplex.  Roman sends Jey into the turnbuckles.  Roman with a clothesline in the corner.  Roman with another clothesline in the corner.  Roman asks Jey why is he wasting his time.  Jey with boots to Roman and a jumping round kic.  Jey wtih a kick and uppercut that sends Roman to the floor.  Jey with a sucide dive that sends Roman into the cell wall.  Jey clotheslines Roman over the top rope to the floor and Jey with another suicide dive into the cell wall.

Jey sends Roman into the cell.  They return to the ring and Jey runs into a spear from Roman.  Roman with a kick to the head.  Roman goes under the ring and he has a chair.  Jey with a baseball slide through the ropes that sends Roman into the cell.  Jey runs into a forearm.  Roman with a spear.  Roman tells Jey to quit.  Jey gets up and does not say that he quits.  Roman runs into a boot and Jey with a super kick.  Jey goes up top and hits a frog splash.  Roman is asked by the referee but he will not say those magic words.  Jey goes up top again and hits a frog splash.

Roman says the head of the table never quits and the match continues.  Jey goes under the ring and he gets a leather strap and brings it into the ring.  Paul asks Jey not to do it and Jey does not listen to Paul and he whips Roman with the strap many times but Roman with a spear.  Roman grabs the strap and he whips Jey with the strap.  He tells Jey that he does the whipping around here.  Roman whips him a few more times.  Roman puts the strap around Jey's wrist and whips Jey in the chest.  

Roman pulls Jey to him but Jey holds on to the rope and Jey with a forearm.  Roman with a forearm.  Jey with another forearm and Roman with another forearm of his own.  Jey with a super kick and Roman misses a Superman punch and Jey wraps the strap around Roman's head and throat.  Roman passes out and Jey releases the strap but Roman gets his second wind and is not out.  Roman is close to passing out and the referee asks if Roman wants to quit.  The referee says that Roman did not quit so the match continues.

Jey grabs the chair in the corner and helps himself up.  Jey gets ready to swing the chair but Roman with a Superman punch and a Guillotine and body scissors.  Roman says he will take Jey's last breath and Jey is down and is out but he does not say that he quits.  Roman wants Jey to wake up and say those words.  Roman says they have come this far.  Roman says he cannot be held responsible and he tells Jey to quit.  Roman picks up Jey and throws the chair out of the ring.  Roman hangs Jey's head over the apron and he hits a drive by.  The referee asks Jey if he wants to quit.  

Roman puts the steps on the apron against Jey's head.  Roman thinks about it and he hits a drive by into the ring steps against Jey's head.  Roman says this is not his fault and the referee points out that Jey is his cousin.  The referee is going to call the match but Roman stops him.  The referee says that Roman's cousin is out and then Roman says you are out and Roman throws the referee over the top rope to the floor.  A second referee comes into the ring and some more referees and agents come to the ring.

Roman asks if that is what you want to do and Roman closes the cell door and he tries to throw the ring steps into the ring and he succeeds on the second attempt.  The agents try to pull Jey to safety.  Roman puts the gap of the steps over Jey.  Roman says you are still testing him.  He says that he is the man and the tribal chief.  All you had to do was acknoweldge me.  This is how serious it is at the top.  There ain't not going back.  You don't understand who the tribal chief is.

Roman picks up the ring steps and Jimmy Uso comes into the ring to cover his brother and tell Roman to stop.  Jimmy wants to know if Jey is okay and he wants to know what is wrong with Roman.  Jimmy says we can fix this.  Jimmy tells Roman that this is Josh laying in the ring.  Jimmy wants Roman to look at him.  He tells Roman he knows they got him.  Jimmy tells Roman it is about family.  He offers his hand to Roman.  Roman shakes it and then Roman puts Jimmy in a guillotine.  Jimmy grabs Jey's hand and Jey recovers and Jey says he quits.

Winner:  Roman Reigns (retains Championship)
