We begin with a graphic In Memory of Kamala.
We are at the WWE Performance Center and your announcers are Tom Phillips, Samoa Joe, and Byron Saxton.
Samoa Joe is in the ring with the contract signing furniture. He says it is time to make this match official. Joe says that someone will be signing two contracts because one will make him a WWE Superstar.
Joe brings out Seth Rollins, who is joined by Buddy Murphy.
Joe brings out Crossfit's Cult Leader's Opponent, Dominik Mysterio and he has a kendo stick with him.
Seth says Joe said some nice things about Dominik, but you come out with a kendo stick. You don't look like a man, you look like a coward.
Joe says the kendo stick will be much safer with him.
Seth asks if Joe thinks this is a joke.
Joe says he thinks this is sad. He says it is what he is looking at now. He should be seeing Seth 'Freakin' Rollins, but instead he sees a man who had the WWE Universe boo him a few times and it hurt his feelings to make him think he could do whatever he wanted. It made him want to take Rey's eye and then have your man take Aleister Black's eye. What would have happened if Dominik didn't show up last week? Seth is giving a man with limited training a match.
Seth says Joe is wrong when he says he has not given Dominik a choice. Dominik has made the wrong choice each time. The same happened with Rey and Aleister Black. The person who had no choice in this thing is Seth Rollins. Seth says he is not one to play the victim card, but he had no choice. Seth says he got crapped on by everyone. I had no choice but to become the Monday Night Messiah and make sacrifices for the Greater Good. When is it going to be enough for you, for you, or for anyone?
Dominik says it will never be enough. You make excuses for all of the ungodly things you do. Aleister isn't the same. My father's confidence isn't the same. You turn good people bad. You use the greater good as an excuse, but the greater good you fight for is yourself.
Seth says that Dominik is ungrateful. He is on the cusp of becoming a WWE Superstar. That is all because of him. You should be on your knees thanking me.
Dominik says it was his dream, but now his dream is to kick your ass at SummerSlam.
Seth laughs and says we all know you wouldn't last 10 seconds in a regular, standard one on one match with me. I am the best wrestler of my generation. However, I am going to do you a little favor. You seem to be handy with that kendo stick. How about you bring that kendo stick or any tool in the toolbox at your disposal. That way you and your family have no excuse when I end your career before it begins.
Seth signs the contract.
Dominik signs the contract for the match and his WWE contract.
Seth wants to give everyone a big round of applause for the newest WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio. Seth tells Dominik to get out of the ring so he can have his match with Humberto Carrillo. Seth tells Dominik to watch from ringside and take some notes.
We go to commercial.
Match Number One: Humberto Carrillo (with Dominik Mysterio) versus Seth Rollins (with Buddy Murphy)
They lock up and go into the corner. Rollins with a punch on the break and then he connects with double sledges to the back. Carrillo with punches and a clothesline followed by a springboard round kick. Rollins goes to the floor and Carrillo chops Rollins and connects with a forearm. Rollins sends Carrillo into the ringside barrier. Murphy tries to use Rollins distracting the referee to attack Carrillo but Dominik and his friend Ken stop Murphy. Carrillo with a spinning round kick. Rollins puts Carrillo on the turnbuckles to stop the punches from Humberto. Rollins goes for a belly-to-back superplex but Carrillo with punches to stop Rollins and he knocks Rollins to the mat.
Carrillo goes up top and Murphy is on the apron but Dominik hits Murphy in the leg with the kendo stick. Rollins with a boot when Carrillo goes for a moonsault. Rollins with a super kick followed by a power bomb and Black Out for the three count.
Winner: Seth Rollins
After the match, Murphy attacks Mysterio and sends him into the ringside barrier and then sends Dominik into the ring. They work over Mysterio and then Seth tells Dominik he should have taken notes. Dominik with a double leg take down and forearms to Rollins and then to Murphy. Rollins with a knee to Dominik. Murphy and Rollins attack Dominik.
Murphy gets the kendo stick and gives it to Rollins. Seth hits Dominik with the kendo stick a number of times. Seth tells Buddy to remove Dominik's shirt and Seth resumes the attack with the kendo stick. Dominik is tied up in the ropes by Buddy and Seth and Seth hits Dominik while taunting Rey. Murphy goes under the ring while Seth hits Dominik and no one comes to Dominik's aid.
Buddy gives Seth many kendo sticks and Buddy is told to join in the assault.
Seth asks Dominik if he wants to be a man and he sets for Black Out but he decides to show some mercy.
We go to commercial.
We are back and the announcers talk about Dominik and the attack he endured from Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy.
We take a look back at what Retribution did last week on Raw and Smackdown.
Zelina Vega says that everyone is asking her how should could drug Montez Ford last week, but she says you forgot about innocent until proven guilty. She says she had nothing to do with Montez' poisoning. Why would she ruin her associates biggest opportunity? She says Bianca can learn a lot about keeping her men in line. The Street Profits might want the smoke, but they want the tag titles.
The lights go down as Angelo Dawkins makes his way.
Match Number Two: Andrade (with Zelina Vega and Angel Garza) versus Angelo Dawkins
They lock up and Dawkins with a leap frog. Andrade with a kick and punch. Dawkins with a drop kick. Andrade goes to the floor. Andrade with kicks and punches when they return to the ring. Andrade with a running kick to the head. Andrade with a reverse chin lock. Dawkins with elbows and forearms. Andrade and Dawkins go back and forth with Dawkins getting the advantage. Dawkins with punches and the referee warns Angelo. Dawkins with clotheslines and an elbow. Dawkins with an exploder. Dawkins misses the twisting splash into the corner and Andrade with forearms and then he hits the running double knee strike.
Andrade gets a near fall. Andrade goes up top and Dawkins with a forearm. Zelina gets on the apron to distract the referee and Bianca Belair pulls Vega off the apron. Dawkins with the Cash Out for the three count.
Winner: Angelo Dawkins
Bianca brings Zelina into the ring but Vega escapes and we go to commercial.
