We start off with a look back at last week's Raw when Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder had another match against Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley. Tonight will be the rubber match.
We are in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and your announcers are Michael Cole, Corey Graves, and Jonathan Coachman.
Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.
Roman says they are extremely talented and they have a bright future, but never did he think he would have said that he lost to the Revival. He did have the worst tag team partner of all time, Bobby Lashley. For whatever reason, Kurt Angle thought it would be a good idea to be a team again. Roman says he does not want to team with Bob, he wants to fight with him. If they cannot fight at Extreme Rules, then he wants to fight now. Bob has an ego because Bob thinks he is the guy but he wasn't the guy ten years ago. He won't be the guy ten years from now. Roman says he is the man around here and he is the Big Dog.
Dolph Ziggler's music interrupts and he makes his way to the stage with Drew McIntyre.
Dolph says that Roman is calling someone else an egomaniac. You make everything about you. You call the ring, Your Yard. Everything has to go through you.
Drew says you can't help yourself and try to play the hero. Just like you did last week with your buddy Seth Rollins. Dolph corrects Drew by reminding him that Seth is the former Intercontinental Champion.
Dolph says if you want everything to go through you and be about you . . . that's fine by them.
Drew says since you stuck your nose in their business last week, they will return the favor now.
Roman punches Drew and then Dolph but Dolph hits Roman from behind and it is a two on one attack.
Seth Rollins comes to the ring and he punches Drew and Dolph. Seth with an enzuigiri to Drew and then he takes Dolph to the mat and punches him.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Seth and Roman are walking in the back. Seth tells Kurt that enough is enough and they want Dolph and Drew. Kurt says the match will take place next week. Roman wants the match tonight. Kurt reminds Roman that he has a match with Bob against The Revival.
Kurt says if they want the match, they've got it.
Coach gives us his word of the hour and it is 'momentum'
Curtis Axel appears on the TitanTron mocking Matt and he talks about Matt and Curtis' match from last week. Due to a galactical glitch, we must reboot the clash of titans and expect a new twist of fate. Bo shows up and he says his woken wizard friend must face the B Team all by your lonesome.
Curtis tells Bo to sing the song and Bo sings "He's Got the Whole World in his Hands"
Match Number One: Matt Hardy versus Curtis Axel (with Bo Dallas)
They lock up and Hardy with a rollup for a near fall. They lock up again and Axel with a side head lock and drop toe hold into a front face lock. Matt with a wrist lock and he works on the shoulder. Matt with a back elbow and elbow drop for a near fall. Hardy with punches but Axel with a back elbow. Axel sends Hardy into the turnbuckles and kicks him. Axel runs his forearm across Hardy's face. Hardy with a kick and side head lock. Hardy with a back elbow and he kicks Axel and goes for the Twist of Fate but Axel escapes and goes to the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Axel with an arm bar. Hardy with punches but Axel with a knee and drop kick. Axel kicks and punches Hardy. Hardy with a kick and forearms. Axel with a kick and back breaker for a near fall. Axel with a snap mare and leap frog neck snap for a near fall. Matt hits a Side Effect on the apron. Hardy with forearms and then he sends Axel into the turnbuckles for deletion. Hardy with a running clothesline into the corner and he hits a Side Effect for a near fall.
Hardy goes to the turnbuckles for an elbow to the back of the neck and then he returns to the turnbuckles for an elbow drop and he gets a near fall. Hardy sets for the Twist of Fate and he kicks Axel but Dallas distracts Hardy and Hardy with an Irish whip but Axel sends Hardy into the ring post and Axel with a snap mare driver for the three count.
Winner: Curtis Axel
After the match, Bo and Curtis celebrate on the stage and Axel does something resembling dancing.
We are back and Seth and Roman are in the locker room and Seth is talking about the Iron Man match against Dolph Ziggler at Extreme Rules. Bob Lashley shows up and Seth leaves.
Bob says Roman has some huge brass ones to call him an egomaniac when Roman has two matches tonight. Is he bulletproof? No, he is a heat magnet and troublestarter. Other than your brother Seth, no one likes you. Bobby says he would rather face Roman at Extreme Rules, but he wants Roman to put his ego aside.
Roman tells Bob that he will start the match and finish the match while Bob stands on the apron with his phony smile as he wins. Bob tells Roman to calm down and Roman asks if that is a threat.
They stare down and Bob leaves.
We take a look at what happened last week between Bayley and Sasha Banks and the announcement that Bayley had to go to counseling.
We go to Bayley's first counseling session and she is in the waiting room. Sasha is shocked that Bayley is there and they both have a counseling session at 10:00 in the same room. Bayley and Sasha argue and Dr. Shelby comes out of the room to calm them down. He says he will be guiding them through their friendship counseling together. We go into 'The Friend Zone'.
Dr. Shelby tells them this is a safe space. The tenets of friendship are relevant and he runs through them.
Match Number Two: Titus O'Neil and Apollo Crews (with Dana Brooke) versus Akam and Rezar
Rezar and TItus start things off and they lock up. Titus with a side head lock and shoulder tackle but Rezar stays on his feet. Crews tags in and hits a splash into the corner. Rezar backs Crews into the corner and Akam tags in and he takes Crews down with a fireman's carry. Crews floats over and he leap frogs Akam and hits a drop kick. Rezar makes the blind tag and Rezar with a Dominator. Rezar with shoulders to the lower back of Crews and then he tosses Crews out of the corner. Rezar with a biel across the ring and Crews gets his hand on the rope to stop the referee's count.
Rezar works on the neck and runs Crews into the corner. Akam tags in and they get Crew up for a neck breaker and sit out power bomb combination. Akam and Rezar send Titus shoulder first into the ring post. Crews with a rollup for a near fall. Akam with a tilt-a-whirl side slam and Rezar tags in for The Last Chapter and the three count.
Winners: Akam and Rezar
Seth and Roman are in the back and Seth asks how things went with Bob and Roman says he wasn't listening. They walk to commercial.
