It is time for a Smackdown Match so we go to our other announcers Mauro Ranallo, John Layfield, and David Otunga.
Match Number Three: WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Miz (with Maryse) versus Apollo Crews
Miz attacks Crews while Maryse tries to distract him. Miz chokes Apollo in the ropes and hits a running knee to the back. Miz with a running boot to the head and he gets a near fall. Miz with a snap mare and Crews with a rollup when he avoids a boot. Crews misses a drop kick and Miz with a DDT. Miz with a rear chin lock into a front face lock. Miz sends Crews to the apron and then Miz pulls Crews to the floor.
Miz goes up top and Crews hits a drop kick as Miz comes off the turnbuckles. Crews blocks a punch and connects with clotheslines and hits a splash and then a cross body. Crews with an Olympic Slam for a near fall. Miz escapes a belly-to-back suplex and Crews goes for a moonsault but Miz gets his knees up. Crews gets a near fall. Crews goes for a suplex and Miz escapes. Miz goes for the Awesome Clothesline but Crews catches Miz and then he hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Miz grabs the apron. Miz goes for the Skull Crushing Finale but Crews escapes and goes for the Toss Power Bomb.
Miz tries to escape but Crews pulls him back into the ring. Crews gets a near fall. Crews goes for a Stinger Splash but Miz moves and Crews hits the ring post. Miz with a Skull Crushing Finale for the three count.
Winner: Miz
Match Number Four: AJ Styles versus John Cena
They lock up and Styles with a waist lock. Styles with a side head lock. They lock up again and Cena with a side head lock. Styles with the phenomenal drop kick and he poses on the turnbuckles. Cena punches Styles as he comes off the turnbuckles and turns around. Cena with a hard Irish whip that sends Styles sternum first into the turnbuckles. Cena with another hard Irish whip. Cena punches Styles and Styles goes to the apron. Cena goes to the apron and pulls Styles up from the floor. Cena gets Styles on his shoulders but Styles with elbows and he hits a suplex on the apron.
They return to the ring and Styles punches Cena. Cena with a back body drop and he gets a near fall. Cena with a reverse chin lock. Styles with forearms and Cena with a drop kick for a near fall. Cena with a suplex. Cena with a punch and head butt. Styles with punches but Cena punches back. Styles with forearms and a back fist. Styles with a flying forearm and he misses a splash into the corner. Cena with two flying shoulder tackles followed by a Blue Thunder Bomb. Cena sets for the five knuckle shuffle and connects. Cena gets Styles up for the Attitude Adjustment but Styles lands on his feet and hits a Pele Kick. Styles with a Styles Clash but Cena kicks out.
Cena with an Attitude Adjustment for a near fall. Cena puts Styles on the turnbuckles and he sets for a Super Attitude Adjustment but Styles escapes and gets Cena in a Torture rack and turns it into a satellite power bomb and he gets a near fall. Cena with a catapult that sends Styles into the turnbuckles and then Cena hits a modified Dominator for a near fall. Cena tries for the Attitude Adjustment again but Styles with a rollup for a near fall. Styles goes for a forearm but Cena tries for the STF. Styles escapes and hits the Ushigoroshi for a near fall.
Styles with forearms and then he goes to the apron for a springboard 450 but Cena moves. Cena with Code Red for a near fall. Cena gets Styles up but Styles escapes and hits a German Suplex and rolls through into a face buster for a near fall. Styles goes for the Phenomenal Forearm but Cena moves and locks in the STF. Styles counters into a crossface but Cena gets to his feet and he gets Styles on his shoulders. Styles with a rollup into the Calf Crusher. Styles makes sure that Cena cannot get to the ropes. Cena rolls through and escapes and applies the STF.
Styles escapes and gets a rollup. Styles with an enzuigiri. Cena with an elbow and Cena with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Cena with the Rocker Dropper for a near fall. Cena puts Styles on the turnbuckles and sets for a Super Attitude Adjustment but Styles with elbows and punches from the apron. Styles with a springboard Frankensteiner. Styles with a Phenomenal Forearm and Styles can only get a near fall. Cena gets Styles on his shoulders but Styles with an elbow. Styles with a kick to the leg but Cena with a clothesline. Cena goes to the turnbuckles and hits a Super Attitude Adjustment and Styles kicks out.
Cena watches Styles struggle to get back to his feet and he is in shock that Styles is getting up. Cena tries for the Attitude Adjustment but Styles counters into a Styles Clash. Styles rolls to the apron and then he sets for the Phenomenal Forearm and he connects and gets the three count.
Winner: AJ Styles
After the match, John Cena is in the ring and he gets an ovation from the crowd.
We see Cricket Wireless contest winners arriving at Summerslam.
Jon Stewart makes his way and we are back to the Raw commentary team.
Jon says that match with John Cena and AJ Styles is magic. He says he is happy some idiot didn't interfere for no reason by hitting one of those two competitors with a chair. Jon says he learned his lesson. Jon says he learned something. If you are ever in a situation where you may be hit with an AA, tuck your shirt in because children are watching and no one needs to see old man belly.
He was asked to come out by the New Day and he says tonight, he will join the New Day. Jon puts on the horn and he does the introduction since Big E is not here.
Match Number Five: WWE Tag Team Title Match: The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) versus The Club (Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows)
Kofi and Anderson start things off and Anderson with a side head lock take down. Kofi with forearms but Anderson with a shoulder tackle. Kofi with a jumping back elbow. Anderson with an Irish whip and he tries for a monkey flip but Kofi lands on his feet and he stomps on Anderson. Woods tags in and they chop Anderson and double team Anderson to allow Woods to get a near fall. Woods with a side head lock and Gallows tags in. Gallows punches Woods and Woods with a drop kick to the knee and he kicks Gallows in the corner. Kofi tags in and he kicks Gallows. Woods tags in for more kicks. Kofi with even more kicks. Woods Irish whips Kofi for the drop kicks. Kofi with a twisting plancha onto Gallows.
Kofi rolls Gallows in and Anderson distracts Kofi on the turnbuckles and Gallows with a kick. Gallows kicks Kofi. Anderson tags in and he sends Kofi into the turnbuckles and wraps the arm in the ropes. Anderson with a boot to the shoulder and he gets a near fall. Anderson with an arm bar and he sends Kofi into the turnbuckles. Gallows tags in and punches Kofi and pie faces him. Kofi with punches but Gallows with an uppercut. Gallows misses a splash when Kofi moves. Anderson and Woods tag in and Woods with forearms. Woods with a forearm and then he puts Anderson in the ropes and hits a hesitation drop kick to the back for a near fall.
Woods misses a kick and Anderson sends Woods to the apron but Woods with an enzuigiri. Woods goes up top and he walks the ropes and hits a springboard elbow drop and gets a near fall. Anderson escapes a slam and Woods escapes a suplex attempt. Kofi tags in and Woods with a back breaker and Kofi with a boot to the head but Gallows breaks up the cover. Woods is sent to the floor. Anderson tags in and they set for Magic Killer and Stewart runs into the ring and he wants to Too Sweet.
Woods hits Gallows and Anderson but Anderson with a spinebuster. Stewart tucks in his shirt because he knows he is going to get hurt. Anderson and Gallows grab Stewart and they are going to need a bigger jar.. Before Jon can get posted, The New Day music plays and Big E comes to the ring and he takes care of both men and the referee calls for the bell.
Winners: The Club (by disqualification)
After the match, Big E sends Anderson and Gallows into the ringside barrier.
Big E drinks out of one of the jars.
