We are back and Kevin Owens makes his way to the ring.
He says the only reason he does not have the Money in the Bank briefcase is because the other five men conspired against him because they knew he was the best man in the match. That was an injustice. He is in the ring tonight, unbroken, the New Face of America, and your United States Champion. Kevin says Shane McMahon loves to say that Smackdown is the land of opportunity. Kevin says the United States was the original land of opportunity. Kevin says it is his job to make Smackdown the Land of Opportunity. He will give someone from Dayton a chance at his title.
AJ Styles makes his way out. AJ says it is unfortunate for Kevin Owens. What is better than being United States Champion is beating you for the United States Championship.
Kevin says AJ is the typical rude American sticking his nose where he does not belong. This match is against someone from Dayton.
Chad Gable makes his way to the ring.
Kevin says Chad isn't from Dayton.
Chad says he is here to answer Kevin's challenge. He says he just moved to Dayton.
Kevin asks Chad for his address and AJ says he knows that place.
AJ wants the referee to ring the bell
Match Number Three: Kevin Owens versus Chad Gable for the United States Title in the Kevin Owens Face of America Open Challenge
Gable with waist locks and then he goes for an ankle lock as Owens goes to the floor.
We go to split screen and Owens returns to the ring. Gable with forearms and he goes for a monkey flip but Owens puts Gable on the turnbuckles. Gable with a triangle in the ropes. Owens sends Gable to the floor. Owens sends Gable into the ringside barrier. Gable gets back into the ring before the ten count. Owens with a punch and knee. He chokes Gable in the corner. Owens with a short arm clothesline followed by a back senton for a near fall. Owens with a reverse chin lock. Gable gets to his feet and he punches Owens but Owens punches back.
Gable misses a splash into the corner and he puts Gable on the turnbuckles. Owens with punches and he sets for a superplex. Gable with punches to Owens and head butts. Owens goes to the mat and Gable is pulled off the turnbuckles by Owens. Gable counters a pop up power bomb attempt into a rollup for a near fall. Owens with a kick for a near fall. Owens gets Gable on his shoulders but Gable counters with a DDT. Gable goes up top and he hits a moonsault for a near fall. Gable with a waist lock but Owens escapes and sends Gable shoulder first into the ring post. Owens misses a cannonball and Gable with Chaos Theory for a near fall.
Owens with the pop up power bomb for the three count.
Winner: Kevin Owens
We see Zack Ryder showing Daniel Bryan his knee injury. He says he deserves a tag title match. Mojo says they never had their title match and they deserve it because they earned it.
Daniel says that he will give them a chance to earn a title match. They need to beat the Usos next week.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Daniel Bryan makes his way to the ring.
Daniel says it is great to be back. They just had the first Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. They have been meeting for the last few days and he has been told to take his emotions out of it and he has to follow the WWE Rule Book.
Daniel brings out the five women who were part of the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Carmella comes to the ring with her bag and her personal luggage James Ellsworth.
Daniel says his decision involves all of them and he says Carmella has some valid points. It is a no disqualification match and the rules say that you can have someone else climb the ladder and unhook the briefcase. It says the first woman to hold the briefcase wins the match.
Daniel mentions interference in other Money in the Bank matches. There has never ever been someone who has climbed the ladder, unhooked the briefcase, and hand it to someone else.
James wants to know what got into Daniel. Being a daddy to a vegan hippie baby has gotten him soft.
Daniel tells James if he talks about his baby again, he will punch him in the face and fire him.
Everyone starts to talk but they all get cut off by someone else.
Daniel says everyone needs to calm down. On Sunday, you competed in the first Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Carmella is the first woman to have to turn over the Money in the Bank briefcase. Daniel will not let someone like Ellsworth interrupt one of the most important moment in Women's Wrestling. They will do the match again next week on Smackdown.
Becky with an exploder to Tamina and then Charlotte and Becky surround Carmella. Carmella begs for mercy and she turns her back to Charlotte who hits Natural Selection and Becky applies DisArmHer.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Four: Luke Harper versus Jinder Mahal in a Non Title Match
They lock up and Mahal with a forearm and punches. Jinder with an Irish whip but Harper with a clothesline and punch. Harper with a drop kick and Mahal goes to the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and the Singhs check on Mahal on the floor. Harper with a suicide dive and Mahal sends one of the Singhs in the way. Jinder with a Harley Race knee to Harper on the floor. Mahal gets a near fall. Mahal with a quarter nelson and chin lock and he sends Harper to the mat and connects with knees to the back. Mahal with knees to Harper. Mahal returns to the chin lock and quarter nelson. Mahal with elbows to Harper but Harper with a butterfly suplex.
Harper with a clothesline and elbow followed by a splash into the corner. Harper goes to the apron when Mahal moves in the corner. Harper with an elbow and then he hits a slingshot senton. Harper with a running boot for a near fall. Mahal with an elbow to stop the discus clothesline but Harper with a Bossman Slam for a near fall. Mahal escapes a suplex but Harper with an elbow. Harper goes up top but Mahal punches him and Mahal with head butts. Mahal sets for a superplex and he hits it.
Baron Corbin's music plays and he comes ot the ring with the briefcase, but he does not have a referee. Corbin circles the ring and goes up the ramp.
Mahal gets distracted and Harper gets a near fall with a rollup. Harper with a super kick and then he sets for the discus clothesline and he goes after a Singh. Mahal with a thrust kick and the Cobra Clutch Slam for the three count.
Winner: Jinder Mahal
After the match, Randy Orton's music plays and he makes his way to the ring. Mahal sics the Singhs after Orton and Orton takes care of them. Orton with a Thesz Press and then he hits a clothesline to Mahal on the floor. Orton sends Mahal into the announce table and then he hits a back drop driver onto the ringside barrier. Orton with an IEDDT off the ringside barrier. Orton turns around on the mat and the Singhs makes the save. Orton with a kick and an RKO to one of the Singhs. The other comes off the turnbuckles into an RKO.
Mahal watches from the crowd as we go to credits.
