LUCHA UNDERGROUND UPDATE

Lucha Underground began filming the final episodes of their second season last night in Boyle Height, Los Angeles. The second season will feature an episode count in the high twenties, down from 39 in the first season. The final episode of season two will be filmed today.

Backstage at the taping, the wrestlers were informed that a third season is a go and will likely go into production very, very soon. The third season is expected to feature an episode count in the high twenties as well.

So, if you are enjoying the series, which is very much a fantasy/science fiction hybrid based around a pro wrestling "world", you are in luck.
