Savannah was the ring announcer, since it was an ECW match.  Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker are the announce team, and will be calling all the matches. Jackson was accompanied by William Regal.

Winner: Christian.

Backstage, Teddy Long and Tiffany were chatting, when Cryme Tyme entered.  Cryme Tyme complained that there were two of them, and only one Rumble spot for them.  They wanted Long to try and get them both in.  Long said it wasn't possible.  Cryme Tyme said they worked out a deal, and brought in Great Khali.  Cryme Tyme said Khali would give his spot for a kiss from Tiffany.  Tiffany was not thrilled about it.   Ranjin Singh entered to say there would not be a deal between them.  Teddy Long then made a "Pants On The Ground" joke about Cryme Tyme.  The Miz entered and said no one would remember that joke five years from now, but they would remember him winning the Royal Rumble.  Teddy Long informed the Miz that since this was a PPV, there were no Raw guest hosts, and he was in charge. Long told Miz in addition to being in the Rumble, he would finally defend the U.S. Title against MVP tonight.

Cody Rhodes approached Randy Orton backstage, and said he would be there for Orton in his title match with Sheamus.  Rhodes then told Orton that Ted DiBiase hadn't been the same since his movie came out.  Rhodes said that DiBiase had been talking about winning the Rumble and beating Orton for the WWE Championship. Rhodes told Orton he could count on him though, and left.

United States Champion The Miz vs. MVP.

Miz went on the attack at the bell with punches and kicks, but MVP came back with a clothesline for a one count.  MVP hit some knees to the midsection and a vertical suplex for another quick cover.  Miz kicked a charging MVP, but MVP responded with a backdrop.  Miz tried to run out of the ring, but MVP hit a back suplex.  Miz rolled to the floor, but MVP went after him and dropped him throat first across the security wall.  MVP rolled Miz into the ring, but Miz kicked MVP on the apron, then knocked him into the announce table on the floor.

MVP went for a running kick, but Miz ducked it and went for a Skull Crushing Finale, but MVP blocked it and turned it into a Victory Roll for two.  MVP got more two counts with a jackknife and a backslide. Miz rolled to the floor.  MVP went after him and threw him back into the ring.  As MVP got back in, Miz grabbed him and rolled him into a small package for a three count at the seven minute mark.

Winner: The Miz.

The Miz jumped up and started trash talking MVP, face to face.  MVP grabbed Miz and gave him a Playmaker before leaving.

Backstage, Chris Jericho approached Big Show.  Show said Jericho is jealous that he and Miz have more chemistry than he and Jericho had.  Jericho said he wasn't jealous, and Miz was only using him for his own purposes.  Show said Jericho did the same thing.  Jericho said he and Show were the best tag team ever.  Jericho said he knew Show would be on his side tonight.  Show said if he had to, he would throw Jericho and Miz out of the ring.  R-Truth entered, saying if Show didn't eliminate Jericho, he would.  Jericho said if R-Truth wanted to get a piece of him, he had to go through Big Show.  Jericho looked behind him, and Show was gone.  Truth told Jericho he had to go solo tonight.

Backstage, Ted DiBiase approached Randy Orton and said he was there for him tonight.  Orton asked where Cody was, and DiBiase said he didn't know, and that all Cody has been talking about is winning the Rumble.  Orton said he was about to go beat Sheamus, and he doesn't need Cody or Ted to do it.

WWE Champion Sheamus vs. Randy Orton.

They reviewed the events leading to this match as Sheamus came to the ring.  Orton came out second, to a more positive reaction, while they showed how he laid out Sheamus on Raw last week.  Then they did the "big match" introductions for both men. Jerry Lawler pointed out the differences in skin color between the two Caucasians.  Seriously.

The two men had a staredown at the bell, with chants starting up for Orton.  They locked up and Orton grabbed a side headlock.  They collided on a shoulderblock as Sheamus shoved him off, then Orton blasted him with a standing dropkick.  They locked up again, and Orton backed Sheamus into the ropes.  Orton hit a forearm, but Sheamus came back with a double axhandle, then hit an armbreaker. Orton rolled to the floor, and Sheamus followed, laying him out on the floor with a forearm uppercut.  Sheamus slammed Orton's arm into the steel ringsteps.  Back in the ring, Sheamus applied an armbar on the injured arm.  Sheamus picked up Orton for a slam, but Orton floated out of it and hit a chopblock to the leg.

Orton went to work on Sheamus' leg, stomping it and dropping a knee on it.  Orton hit a kneedrop for a one count.  Orton stomped Sheamus in the side of the head, then applied a spinning toe hold.  Sheamus kicked off the move, and got to his feet limping.  Sheamus tossed Orton shoulder first into the ringpost, then did it a second time.  Sheamus rammed Orton into the corner with a shoulderblock, then hit a second.  Sheamus went for a third, but Orton kicked him in the head, then stomped his leg.  Orton went to the floor and slammed Sheamus' leg across the ring apron. Orton then whipped his leg against the ring post.  Sheamus fell to the floor, as Orton got back in.

Orton tossed Sheamus back into the ring, and kicked him in the ribs.  Sheamus fought back with a punch to the gut and a cross armbreaker for a two count.  Sheamus applied an armbar, and Orton tried to get out of it with body blows.  Sheamus switched to an overhead wristlock, and Orton punched out of it.  They traded punches, with the crowd cheering each shot.  Sheamus got the better of it, so Orton kicked him in the gut and hit a forearm uppercut.  Orton went for a whip, but Sheamus reversed it and hit a backbreaker for a two count.

Sheamus went for a Crucifix Bomb, but Orton slid out of it, kicked Sheamus in the knee, and then kicked him in the head, sending him to the floor.  Sheamus got on the apron, and Orton grabbed him for the elevated DDT.  Orton hit the move, but Sheamus grabbed the ropes at the two count.  Orton measured Sheamus for a punt, but Sheamus rolled out of the ring and to the floor.  Orton went after Sheamus and hit an uppercut, but Sheamus ran Orton into the ringpost twice and tossed him back in the ring.  Cody Rhodes came out and hit Sheamus on the floor.  The referee started arguing with Rhodes, while Sheamus got back in the ring.  Orton hit Sheamus with an RKO and covered him, but the referee disqualified Orton for Rhodes hitting Sheamus at the 14-minute mark.

Winner via disqualification: Sheamus.

Cody Rhodes got in the ring and was apologetic for costing Randy the match.  The fans were chanting for an RKO.  Rhodes kept apologizing.  Orton slugged Rhodes, and then started ramming his head into the mat, saying "You screwed everything up!" over and over.  Ted DiBiase came out to try and calm things down, and Orton slugged him as well.  Orton stomped both men, saying "You're both done".  DiBiase and Rhodes were still trying to apologize.  Sheamus was getting back up.  Orton stopped his attack, and turned as Sheamus blasted him with a pump kick.  Sheamus walked off, then Rhodes & DiBiase left together.  Orton was left laying in the ring.

We start off this week’s show with a look back at Raw and Daniel Bryan’s confrontation with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon and his ability to earn the WWE World Championship because he earned a spot into the title match with John Cena and Sheamus. What other two men will enter this match? We will find out tonight.

We are in Toledo, Ohio and your announcers are Michael ‘Halfwayish between Cleveland and Detroit’ Cole and John ‘What is a Mud Hen’ Layfield.

The Shield make their way to the ring and they are not taking any time going down the aisle.

Roman says something to Seth after they showed the video of Roman’s reign of terror at the Royal Rumble.

Dean says that the Elimination Chamber is a match custom made for the Shield so make no mistake about it, the stakes on Monday night could not have been any higher. The Universe, the Authority, and Randy Orton knows that if the Shield was unleashed in the chamber, one of them would be walking out as the WWE World Champion.

Dean asks Roman if he thinks it would be him. Roman says that he does not think so, he knows so.

Dean asks if Roman thinks that because he set a record for eliminations that he would be the champion. Dean does not think so. He says that he is not going to apologize to Roman for almost eliminating him on Sunday night.

Roman says that he is not going to apologize for eliminating him on Sunday because it was every man for himself. He tells Dean to stop complaining.

Dean says that he won’t sneak up from behind the next time, he will do it to his face.

Seth gets between Dean and Roman and he reminds them of who they are and that they are the most dominant unit. They have intruders. Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Bray Wyatt. They are the reason why they are not in the Elimination Chamber Match. He does not know why they did what they did on Monday and he does not care.

They need to be dealt with. Seth says that no one has the guts to challenge Dean Ambrose for the United States Title because he is so dominant as champion. Seth reminds Roman that he has been spearing people since day one. He pried John Cena’s hands apart before the Wyatts got involved.

Dean says that if the Wyatts want a new world, they will give it to them. If they cannot fight for the title, they will wipe the Wyatts of the face of the Earth. He tells them to consider that a challenge.

Vickie Guerrero comes out and she says that is a great idea because it is a match that no one thought would happen.

Vickie says that she is going to make history. She is . . .

going to be interrupted by Triple H, who makes his way to the stage and then he walks to the ring.

Hunter says that he understands where they are coming from. The Wyatts cost them a chance in the Elimination Chamber match. They cost them a chance for the WWE World Championship. He tells them to let it go. There is no profit and no benefit for continuing this.

It was wrong place at the wrong time. All that there is in this is loss. There are only more problems. He tells them to let it go.

Seth tells Hunter to look at it from their perspective.

Hunter says that with all due respect it is not a request. He is telling them to let it go.

Roman gets in Hunter’s face and he tells Hunter that he does not understand. He is not asking Hunter for his approval.

Hunter looks around and he says that there is no talking them out of this. If they are going to have the match, he might as well profit from it. Hunter wants to know if the people want to see The Wyatts and The Shield go at it.

At the Elimination Chamber, it will be the three members of the Shield against the three members of the Wyatt Family. Hunter says that he hopes they know what they are doing.

Titus O'Neil beat Curt Hawkins.

Adrian Neville beat Bo Dallas.

Intermission.

Sin Cara y Los Matadores beat 3MB.

2015 - TNA closed out their UK tour with an Impact Wrestling taping in London.  Ian Hamilton filed the following live report:

TNA wrapped up their Maximum Impact tour for 2015 with a double TV taping at Wembley's SSE Arena tonight.

Headlines - Angle, Spud win TNA gold in Wembley...

Announced ahead of time as an Ultimate X match to open the show, along with Spud vs. EC3 (hair vs hair), Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Lashley (for the TNA title) and Bobby Roode vs. Eric Young.

Before the show they had Grado and Mark Andrews (and most likely the rest of the British Bootcamp contestants) in the lobby doing photos and autographs. The ultimate x rig was set up with the tag team titles up, so I guess that's our opener! Just before show time they also brought out some plunder and stuffed it under the ring.

Crowd I would guess at 5,000 - a lot of the arena was curtained off, and there were a handful of empty seats from what was left. Crowd was loud pretty much all night though!

Impact Wrestling spoilers - airdate March 13, 2015

The Wolves (c)  vs DJ-Z and Jesse Godderz vs Manik and Sanada for the tag titles in ultimate x
- Wolves retained in a good opener. A few light "we want Velvet" chants, but nothing major.

Before the next match, they announced that Roode vs Young was a last man standing match, plus a three way knockouts title match between Taryn Terrell, Gail Kim and Awesome Kong.

Last man standing - Eric Young vs Bobby Roode
- good match, with not too much reliance on plunder. Roode won after hitting the Roode Bomb off the apron and through a table on the floor, before beating the count.

Drew Galloway came out for a promo, threatening to take back wrestling. Not many people remember him until he spoke. Out came the BDC, leading to Galloway vs MVP and his Manchester United bodysuit... And chants of "M V Penis". Match didn't go long, as Drew went for a double arm ddt, Kenny King and Low Ki hit the ring for the dq. Samoa Joe followed but didn't take part in the beat down, watching from the aisle. Possible turn (already?) Joe stopped Low Li from kicking Galloway's head, but instead gave Ki a pipe which was thrown in the general direction of Drew's head. The BDC held up a bloody Galloway to end the segment...

Magnus vs Bram
- crowd seemed confused as there was no clear face/heel (since both are British), mixture of silence and duelling chants. Mickie James came out during the match (people eventually recognised her) to lend support to Magnus. Does that mean she's turning on him? If Russo is back, it does! Bram hit a donkey kick low blow for an intentional DQ.... Post match, Bram attacks Magnus with a chair as Mickie distracts the referee. Bram gets some cable ties and ties Magnus to the ropes as Mickie comes in to act as a human shield. She slaps Bram, but he gets hold of her and cuts a promo on Magnus, threatening to take away everything he loves...Unless he kisses his boot. Magnus plants his lips on the boot and Bram leaves to boos.

Brooke vs. Robbie E
- DJ Z, Angelina Love and Jessie were out with a bucket and stool a la a boxing match. They actually worked a man vs woman match... Lots of interference, Brook won with a jacknife cradle after Jessie missed a dropkick and accidentally hit Robbie E.

Spud vs. EC3 - hair vs hair
- Spud led the crowd in singing "God save the Queen" during his intro... Tyrus came out to give Spud a powerbomb on the floor but EC3 only got a two from it. Ken Anderson came out to neutralise Tyrus with a horrible looking Mic Check. Spud was busted open in this. Borash gave EC3 a low blow but Spud only got a two from a stunner. EC3 repeatedly rammed Spud's bloody head into the mat, only for him to hulk up, but EC3 blocked a shiranui and hit a braced elbow shot for another two, before finally scoring the win with the 1%. Spud's getting shaved... And after a swerve baby-faced promo, EC3 attacked Spud, put him in the tree of woe and shaved some of his hair off.

Impact Wrestling spoilers - airdate March 20, 2015

After a change of mat, I guess we move into the second show (they didn't differentiate between shows here)

Awesome Kong vs. Gail Kim vs. Taryn Terell (c)
- decent match, Taryn retains after blocking the Eat Defeat from Gail and hitting a roll up. Kong dominated a lot of the match but was taken out by a Gail Kim dive.

Xplosion match - Dave Mastiff, Rampage Brown, Samuel Shaw and Madison Rayne vs. Noam Dar, Mark Andrews, Crazzy Steve and Kay Lee Ray
- "Mandrews" wins with a shooting star press in a fun eight man.

Borash announces that they'll be airing a documentary in the UK about the British Bootcamp finalists - "British Bootcamp On Tour". He then said that Challenge TV was their best TV partner in the world. Wonder how Destination America feels about that?

Magnus and Bram spilled out of the back, brawling into the ring. Magnus waffles Bram with a series of chair shots before refs break it up. Mickie James attacks Bram too, who tries to escape, only to get a powerbomb on the stage for his troubles.

Austin Aries out for a promo. Challenges BDC - namely Samoa Joe and Low Ki - to give him his feast or fired briefcase back. The pair come out with the briefcase, and Aries challenges Ki to a match for the briefcase and the X division title. Instead we get Joe vs Aries... The Crowd chant "briefcase wanker" at Low Ki (a nice reference to the Inbetweeners there!)

They were having a good match, but another disqualification finish - Aries hit a suicide dive to Joe, but got jumped by Low Ki as he tried to throw him back in.  Aries grabbed his briefcase after Ki accidentally hit Joe with it, and Aries took out Ki before going to the back.

In the aisle, Aries passed Rockstae Spud - with his own briefcase... Who cashed it in, hit a Shiranui and pinned Low Ki to become the new X Division champion!

James Storm (with the entire Revolution - Manik, Sanada, Abyss and Khoya) vs. Matt Hardy

A hardcore match, plenty of interference but this struggled after Spud's big win... Abyss brought out some thumb tacks, only for Hardy to block a superplex and shove Storm into them. A twist of fate followed up by a horribly botched ref count (so Abyss could pull him out) led to some more interference from the revolution, and a cow bell shot from Storm, plus a superkick for the win. It was what it was..

Post match, the Revolution threaten to take out Hardy, but he gets saved by Grado. I'm not a fan of Grado, but will admit that he got a good pop (possibly in the top three of the show), as the Wolves come out to help run off the heels. Grado and the Wolves danced a little, with Hardy returning to give Grado his Impact moment.

Main event - Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Kurt Angle
- the best match from the show, and definitely worth at least dvr'ing... plenty of rolling German suplexes in this one. A pretty good match, with Angle a slight crowd favourite. They kept this mostly on the mat, with plenty of near finishes, including a Lashley spinebuster and an Angle slam both getting near falls. Lashley ended up going to the top rope in frustration, and missed Angle off the top. Angle did connect with a flying cross body, but Lashley rolled through and applied an ankle lock. Kurt got the ropes, and scored another near fall with an angle slam. Lashley responded with a cross arm breaker, which was countered into another ankle lock, which eventually led to Lashley tapping out to give us a new TNA champion!
