SURVIVOR SERIES ELIMINATION TAG, THE FORMER MAGNO DEBUTS & MORE: WWE NXT IN ORLANDO, FL RESULTS

By Andrew Twiss on 2015-11-13 22:57:30

Here are full results from NXT Live in Orlando on 11/13/15

- Before the show began, the meet and greet was at ringside with the Vaudevillains and Apollo Crews. During the signing, Baron Corbin ran out to ringside and jumped Crews. Baron threw him in the ring. The Vaudevillains came to help, but they were soon outnumbered when Scott Dawson, Dash Wilder, Blake, and Murphy came out. They brawled until Jason Jordan and Chad Gable entered the fray to even things up. Various NXT talents came out to separate the two. They all slowly left and we were on to the first match.

- Mojo Rawley def Angelo Dawkins - Pretty fun opener. Not a technical classic by any means, but it accomplished the goal of firing up the crowd.

- Eva Marie and Nia Jax def. Gionna Daddio and Aliyah - Decent match. Definitely a lot better than the Eva/Aliyah match from the night before (which was a trainwreck). While the match was a little clunky at times, it was ok considering who was involved.

- Elias Samson def. Riddick Moss - Kind of a meh match that went on a little too long considering who was involved. Nothing really of note.

- Levis Valenzuela comes out for a promo about how NXT planted a seed that is growing with all of the talents from around the world. He plans to bring the fiesta to NXT and be the first Dominican NXT Champion. Emma comes out and tells Levis to stop and that dancing never got her anywhere. She complains that she never gets credit for the Divas Revolution. Levis tells her he'll never stop dancing. She goes to slap him, but Levis grabs her arm and spins her like a ballroom dancer would. His music plays and a conga line of various NXT talent comes out and chases Emma away.

- Hugo Knox and Tucker Knight def. Sawyer Fulton and Marcus Louis - Decent stuff. Hugo and Tucker were doing the gimmick of two guys dancing and partying. Knight looked good. He was in for most of the match and held his own. I don't know if NXT plans to keep them as a team, but they could be a fun babyface tandem for a while.

- Enzo Amore def. Tye Dillinger - Probably the match of the night. The crowd was into both guys. This was probably the best singles match of Enzo's career in NXT. Enzo worked as the underdog, fighting from underneath, trying to overcome the punishment from Tye, who was taunting him the whole way. Really good stuff.

- Bull Dempsey def. Oscar - Interesting to see Oscar in the ring. He's a luchador who's about as tall as Bull. He has some decent high flying stuff, but Bull would use his size to get the win. Match was a little too short to get a lot out of it.

- Cameron def. Adrienne Reese - OK match. I give Cameron credit. She has been making progress in the ring. This match may have been a little too long, but Cameron held her own. She works good as a heel, constantly taunting the crowd and Adrienne.

- Main Event: 5 on 5 Survivor Series Style match: Team Crews (Apollo Crews, Jason Jordan, Chad Gable, and The Vaudevillains) def. Team Corbin (Baron Corbin, Blake and Murphy, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder)

Of course this was a fun match. The best work came from the heels, who would use dirty tactics to steal falls. Spot of the night, though, went to Aiden English. English had "EG" written on his wrist tape and did the Three Amigos suplexes at one point. It eventually came down to a 3 on 1 with Apollo eventually making the comeback and winning for his team.

Order of elimination:
- Chad Gable by Scott Dawson
- Dash Wilder by Aiden English
- Simon Gotch by Buddy Murphy
- Buddy Murphy by Jason Jordan
- Jason Jordan by Wesley Blake
- Aiden English by Scott Dawson
- Scott Dawson by Apollo Crews
- Wesley Blake by Apollo Crews
- Baron Corbin by Apollo Crews

Notes

- The show was a complete sellout and a lot of standing room tickets were sold.

- Former Tough Enough competitor Gabi Castrovinci was in the audience for tonight's show.

- Oscar is Lucha performer Oscar Vasquez, professionally known as Magno. He has competed in numerous promotions and had even done some matches in TNA and ROH. I believe this was his first match as a member of NXT.

- NXT returns to the Orlando Armory on  December 3rd.
