TAMMY SYTCH DUI CASE UPDATE

By Mike Johnson on 2015-10-10 19:30:55
WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was back in court on 10/7 for a preliminary hearing in regard to two DUI-related arrests that took place on 6/1 and 6/20 in Towamensing Township, PA.

On 6/1, State Troopers pulled Sytch over for a vehicle code violation at 9:35 AM.   Sytch was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test.  In regard to that arrest, Sytch has been charged with DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense, Driving without a License, Operating a Vehicle without Required Financial Responsibility, Disregarding a Traffic Lane, Reckless Driving and Driving At A Safe Speed.

On 6/20, Sytch was arrested after she crashed her car. In regard to that arrest, she will be facing charges of DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, driving without a license, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane.

Sytch will be formally arraigned on Tuesday 11/10 at 8:30 AM.

It should be noted that after PWInsider.com reported on her charges, Sytch took to Twitter on 9/19 in regard to her 6/20 arrest case, stating, "I was not given a DUI when I crashed my car. I had a seizure at the wheel. Get it straight."  Obviously, the original report posted here was indeed correct.

These cases are separate from another DUI case against Sytch stemming from a 5/30 arrest where she faces charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.  Sytch is slated to stand trial on those charges on 12/7.

Sytch claimed she was traveling to London this weekend on social media.
