We are live from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and your announcers are Michael ‘Is Matt Cooke available to be my bodyguard tonight’ Cole, Jerry ‘Next time close up the air holes on Cole’s Skinner Box’ Lawler, and Josh ‘I never had my Wrestlemania match, so do I have to challenge Todd Grisham’ Mathews. They announce ‘Good Ole JR’ but it is Michael Cole in a fat suit with a neck brace on his ankle while he limps to the ring with a bottle of JR’s Barbecue Sauce. Josh cannot believe that Cole is doing this while Lawler is silent. Security keeps Lawler away from Cole until he enters the Cone of Silence, that is still on the blink from its days at Control.

Ending that streak will be a career defining moment.
Before they go to the ring and tear each other apart and put each other through hell. He tells the Dead Man to come to Raw next week and stand in the ring. When the streak dies, so does the Undertaker. Hunter says that if cannot do it, he will die trying. Hunter says that he wants that one last opportunity to stand face to face. Just like Taker’s music says: Ain’t no grave that can hold this body down. When he ends the streak, that’s it. It’s done.

There is a red carpet in the ring and Alex Riley is back on Miz’s payroll. He says that he was fired three weeks ago as the Miz’s apprentice. Riley says that he was rehired as the vice president of corporate communication. Riley introduces The Miz.
Miz says that in the 1970s, people would travel great distances to gather so they could say that they saw Muhammad Ali box in person. In the 1980s, people would pay big money to see an in his prime Michael Jordan play basketball. Now these people are blessed with the honor of seeing him.
Miz says that when he first started, people didn’t take him seriously. People said that he was annoying. Now look at how far we have come. Now John Cena, like the Rock and everyone else hang on every single word that he says.
Last week, he imitated the Rock and he says that it was good and he got everyone. It is ironic because there have been a lot of wannabe Rock clones, the one who imitated him correctly and amazingly is someone who is one of a kind. An original. Miz says that he has rewritten history. Miz says that he has more charisma than Shawn Michaels. More physically imposing that Andre The Giant. More intelligent than The Rock and John Cena combined. Miz says that he is the greatest WWE Champion in history.
In the process, he has become greater than the WWE Universe and everyone in it. Miz says that he has flipped the WWE since day one. Miz says that he is going to reveal what symbolizes and celebrates the iconic WWE logo. Miz says that he has flipped it in the form of an ‘M’. Miz says that ‘M’ stands for Miz.
The time has now come. Miz says that it is time to rewrite Miz-tory. We have a drum roll as the curtain is lifted and we see the new WWE title belt with the ‘W’ flipped.
Miz holds the belt over his head and then he puts the belt around his waist with help from his gofer. Miz says that this is what the belt will look like from now on. It will not spin like a toy. It will be the most coveted title in the world. Miz says that he will not be a multi-time champion because he does not plan on losing this title because he’s the Miz . . . and he’s . . .
AWESOME!
John Cena appears ‘via satellite’ and he says that was moving and epic. He hasn’t seen anything that dramatic since the season finale of Flip that House. Cena gets the reason why Miz flipped the logo over. Cena says that the WWE Universe knows that he is not invincible. The WWE Universe will learn that you don’t make him angry. Cena says that in thirteen days, he will make history.
People move the furniture behind him and it turns out that John is outside the Penguins locker room in the arena. Cena says WWE has been his home for nine years and they are in the middle of his living room and he is going to take out the trash.
Miz and Riley get ready for Cena to attack them by taking off their ties.
Cena’s music plays and he comes out. Miz throws the table at Cena but he moves. Cena fights off Miz and Riley and then Riley tries to choke Cena but Cena gets free. Cena throws Riley to the floor and then Cena goes after Miz but Miz is on the floor. Riley returns to the ring and that is mistake number one. Cena puts Riley in the STF and Riley is tapping. A referee comes to the ring to tell Riley that it doesn’t matter if he taps and he also tries to get Cena to release the hold.
Miz returns into the arena and Cena lets go of the hold. Cena and Miz stare each other down from a distance and then Cena puts Riley back in the STF. Miz cannot believe what is going on with Riley, but he is smart enough not to get to the ring. More referees come to the ring to try to get Cena off Riley and eventually Cena lets go.
We go to credits.

2013 - WWE released their 2012 "Annual Business Report" in advance of welcoming stockholders to their annual meeting in Stamford, CT next month.
The report includes a letter from Vince McMahon outlining that the company believes the time is right to invest in the creation of a Network and that work and investment will likely lead to 2013's business remaining flat in comparison to 2012, due to all the initial expenditures needed. The letter did not list a timeline for the Network's launch. The Network would eventually launch on 2/24/14.
McMahon also stressed that the company was working on getting big money deals for existing TV agreements that are about to expire, are working on ways to monetize their social media and digital growth and are expanding their creative and production "capacities" to go with all of their planned growth over the next year.
As you can imagine, it was a very positive spin from Vince for the company's outlook.
You can read the PDF of the report by clicking here. The show opens with an awesome promo video where Bully Ray gloats about the nine months it took for his plan to come together, and how Plan A (winning the Bound For Glory Series) didn't work out, so Brooke became Plan B and it worked out better than even he thought he could manage. He won the title, he destroyed the Hogan family, he drove a wedge between Hulk and Sting, and tonight he's going to walk us through every step of how the most hated man in TNA (him) became the TNA World Champion.
Hulk Hogan comes out to the ring and says that he's been around for a long time, but he's never seen anyone pull the wool over his eyes, Sting's, and the entire roster like Aces & Eights did. He watches Aces & Eights take out his entire roster last week, and now he realizes that this isn't a battle, it's a war for survival. He says that four men led the charge and they're the guys he loves and respects and are at the head of the pack, so now he introduces them: Samoa Joe, Brutus Magnus, Kurt Angle, and Jeff Hardy. You know, the guy Hulk said was a good enough guy to carry the belt until Bully Ray, the guy Hogan REALLY wanted to be champion, beat him for the title. Taz points out that Hulk's bringing them all out here to celebrate how they got their asses kicked, and Hardy proves what a dumbass he is by shaking Hulk's hand as he enters the ring. Hulk says he asked them out here because he needs them to take Aces & Eights out, and that starts by regaining the TNA World Title from Aces & Eights. Hulk asks Hardy if he's up for the rematch after taking the shot from the hammer, Hardy says he's in pretty bad shape, but Bubba stole the title and THE CREATURES NEED IT BACK. Hardy suggests a four way match tonight with the winner getting a title shot, but Hogan says the last time he picked a #1 contender, he made the worst mistake of his life. So because of that, he loves what Hardy came up with and he approves his four guys fighting each other for a title shot. Hey, sounds like a great team-building exercise to me!
We go to the first part of Bully Ray's rise to power, as he describes Plan A: winning the Bound For Glory Series. Coincidentally, Aces & Eights first appeared and attacked Sting on the first night of the tournament, and then all he needed to do was let the rumor of James Storm leading the group slip to Bobby Roode to point suspicion his way so he'd be distracted and Bubba could rack up the points. Storm played right into his hands by choosing to face him at Bound For Glory, and he called Roode again to fill his head with ideas about Storm being in the group so he'd attack Storm and prevent him from winning the tournament. Hulk locked down the building after that and he wound up losing to Jeff Hardy, but then he came up with Plan B...and we'll find out more about that later.
TNA World Tag Team Title Match: Bobby Roode & Austin Aries vs Chavo Guerrero, Jr & Hernandez
Roode and Chavo do a feeling out process to start as they trade wristlocks and then some kicks and punches. Chavo catches Roode with a flying headscissors and Hernandez takes a cheapshot from the outside while Chavo distracts the referee. Wait, who are supposed to be the babyfaces here? Hernandez with a second rope splash on Roode for 2, but Roode goes to the eyes and rams Hernandez into Aries' boot. Now Aries distracts the referee while Roode gouges at Hernandez' face, they go for a double suplex, but they've obviously never seen a Hernandez match before because they would have known that he would double suplex them instead, and that's exactly what happens. Chavo tags in and dropkicks the champs to the floor, and we're at commercial.
We're back, and now the champions are beating Chavo up on the floor. They head back inside and use heel double team tactics until Chavo boots a charging Roode in the face and takes him out with a tornado DDT. Chavo makes the tag and Hernandez comes running in and plows through both champions easily. Hernandez gets backdropped to the entry ramp, so he gets a running start and dives over the ropes with a double shoulderblock that takes out both Roode and Aries. Roode stops Hernandez from giving Aries the Border Toss, so Hernandez pounces Roode into next week. Hernandez picks Aries up for a powerbomb, and Aries snaps off a Frankensteiner that looks like it nearly kills both guys as they go over the ropes. Aries gets back in and goes for the brainbuster on Chavo, but Chavo reverses to the Three Amigos. He goes for the frogsplash, but Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian run out and shove Chavo off the top rope, allowing Aries to roll him up for 3.
Winners: Austin Aries & Bobby Roode
Daniels and Kazarian attack Aries and Roode after the match and stand over them holding the title belts and yelling that the titles belong to them.
Kenny King is backstage talking about how he was always told growing up that he had to play with bigger kids because he hits too hard. Now TNA is throwing him in there with two opponents tonight, but they're setting up two funerals because he's using 5 Hour Energy. No really, that's what he said in the promo.
X Division Title Match: Kenny King vs Zema Ion vs Sonjay Dutt
Hey, Sonjay's back! Sonjay and Zema have an accident early on that results in Zema running face first into Dutt's ass, but Zema gets revenge by pulling Dutt out to the floor and ramming him into the barricade. King takes him out with a twisting dive off the apron before Zema has a chance to celebrate, then starts working him over inside the ring. King snap suplexes Zema and bashes his head into the mat repeatedly, Zema gets a couple of shots in but King takes him out again with a leg lariat. Dutt suddenly reminds everyone he's there with a springboard dropkick to King, but King dumps him right back out of the ring and then drills Zema with a cartwheel kick that echoed through the building. Zema comes right back in with a tornado DDT through the ropes, Dutt hits a flying headscissors to Zema that sends him out to the floor where Dutt takes Zema and King out with a springboard moonsault. Dutt slams Zema and goes for the Hindu Press, King stops him by grabbing the ankle and Dutt fights him off, then fights Zema off and absolutely drills him with a moonsault into a double stomp, but King immediately springboards into the ring with a Blockbuster for the win.
Winner: Kenny King
A little messy at some points, but very action packed.
Dumbass Cameraman catches up to Brooke earlier as she arrives at the building to ask if she's talked to Bubba and what her dad thinks, but she says she's here to do her job as the VP of the Knockouts division and not to talk about Bubba.
Time for the second part of Bully Ray's story, as he describes how Jeff Hardy won the TNA World Title after they got locked out of the Impact Zone. He used Joseph Park as the bait, taking him hostage until Hogan agreed to the match at Bound For Glory where they won full access to the Impact Zone. He suckered Sting into endorsing him, he knew Hogan had signed TNA's death warrant when he agreed to let him team with Sting at Bound For Glory and then he "lost" the match to get Aces & Eights back in. After that, he used Brooke to drive Hogan crazy and the more he said no, the more she said yes, and that's when he knew that he was in. More later.
Speaking of Sucker...I mean, Sting, he's headed into Hulk Hogan's office, and we'll find out what happens...NEXT!
Sting comes into Hulk's office again and demands to get his hands on Bully Ray, but Hogan says that things haven't changed after all these years, so Hogan suggests that he do what he always does and go hide out in the rafters for a year. Nothing good happens whenever Sting's around, and he tells Sting to go ahead and get outta here. Sting says this is about revenge and he wants to get his hands on Bubba, then he storms out. Hogan stares after Sting and says that he's not the only one.
We look back at the recent history between Gail Kim & Taryn Terrell, then Terrell ocmes out to the ring and says that she knows her job as a referee, but when Gail put her hands on her not once, but twice, she knew she had to retaliate, and now she's ready to accept the consequences. Gail comes out and says that she's glad that Taryn learned the lesson every other Knockout has learned: you don't mess with Gail Kim. She's the greatest Knockout of all time, she created the division, and there would be no Taryn Terrell without her. She's going to do what she should have done a long time ago: call Brooke Hogan out here to fire Taryn. Brooke says she thought hard about this, and she loves Taryn Terrell, but she's the VP of the division and she has to fire her as the referee for the Knockouts. Brooke asks Gail if she's happy, and says she has more good news that will make everyone happy: she's resigned Taryn Terrell as a wrestler, so she can get physical with whoever she wants, whenever she wants. Terrell spears Gail out of her shoes and they roll out of the ring, but suddenly Bully Ray comes out of the crowd and sneaks up behind Brooke. Brooke turns around and sees him, and Bubba holds up his ring and says "till death do us part." Brooke says she hates him and storms off, and Bubba says "I love you honey."
Back to Bubba's story, as he talks about his soldiers: Doc and Knux were the muscle, Devon and Garett came to Hogan and offered to help him, and Garett even helped him when Hogan was trying to get rid of his old man, but he was brushed aside. Hogan refused to give Garett a shot when he needed to pick someone to get a TV Title shot, he made Wes Brisco beg after his dad and uncle trained Hogan, Hogan didn't even care when Anderson got laid out, and D-Lo has been on the inside the whole time and has access to all the secrets. They used Angle to get Wes into TNA by getting him into the Gut Check where he was the first person to win the Gut Check, coincidentally against Garett Bischoff, and then D-Lo just happened to be substituting as a Gut Check judge that month and voted Wes in. Once his title match was signed, he made sure everyone in the gang was revealed...except for one. Hogan never saw it coming.
Kurt Angle says it's been a year and a half since he got a shot at the TNA World Title, he wants to bring down Aces & Eights and the first step is taking back the World Title.
Matt Morgan vs Joseph Park
They lock up and Morgan powers Park off into the corner. Morgan is taking Park lightly, dodging his weak punches and nailing him as he stumbles by. Morgan feints a punch and Park covers up, making Morgan laugh out loud. Morgan shoves Park, but Park finally toughens up and shoves him back and puts up his dukes. Morgan uppercuts Park in the breadbasket and sends Park to his knees, then unloads with a kick to the gut and a few forearms. Morgan is calling out his moves before he nails Park, whipping him face first into the corner and clotheslining him in the back of the head. Morgan charges Park in the corner, but Park moves and lays in some punches. Morgan takes Park right back down with a discus clothesline and asks Park "you wanna get serious, boy?" before gouging at Park's face and then surfboards him in the ropes. The referee forces a break and Morgan sets up for the Carbon Footprint, but Park dodges and Morgan lands on his junk on the top rope. Park repeatedly yanks the rope upwards into his nuts (guess it's a good thing he already had his DNA shot into space) and lays him out with a clothesline, but Morgan rolls out of the way of the second rope splash and Park hits the mat. Morgan hits the Carbon Footprint so hard he knocks himself down as well, but he covers and gets the win.
Winner: Matt Morgan
We look back at last week when AJ Styles returned to Impact, laying out Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and James Storm. We'll get some words from AJ...NEXT!
Jeff Hardy is backstage saying that regaining the title means everything to him, and that's why he proposed the match tonight: so that if he's not ready, then Angle, Joe, or Magnus can step up and take that title back.
Mike Tenay says it's time for some answers, and he asks AJ Styles to come out to the ring to talk to him. He tells AJ that he's known him for ten years, he's called every match he's had in TNA, but his actions lately have raised a lot of questions. AJ doesn't say anything, so Mike asks about the rumors of drug and alcohol abuse. Taz gets a microphone as well and says that Mike doesn't know how to do an interview and says he'll handle this. Taz has an entry-level Aces & Eights vest and tells AJ he'll have to start at the bottom, but he hears that AJ has been dabbling in alcohol and says he can give up his little moped and get a real bike and work his way up in Aces & Eights. James Storm comes out to the ring and AJ doesn't even turn around to look at him, and Storm asks if this is the new AJ Styles with his new little hood. Storm says that's fine because the old AJ Styles would tell him to his face what he thought and didn't give a damn what anyone thought, and he can be the new AJ Styles, but he's the same old James Storm. Storm gets right in AJ's face and says that he can think about suckerpunching him again, but when he thinks about it, he'll knock AJ's damn teeth out and say he's sorry about AJ's damn luck. AJ stares Storm down as Storm takes his hat off to prepare for a fight, but AJ backs off and heads back up the ramp. Storm asks AJ what he's running for because everyone wants answers, but AJ doesn't say a word and walks off.
We're back for the fourth and final part of Bully Ray's rise to power, and he says that Hogan didn't trust Bubba after he saved him, and definitely didn't trust him after he caught him with Hogan's daughter. He suspended Bubba, but he knew Hogan wouldn't want to disappoint his daughter and he used Sting to get him back in again. He proposed to Brooke to get Hogan where he wanted him, and he knew people wondered why he didn't reveal himself right then and there. Everyone saw Devon hit him with a cement pillar, but people only thought Devon hit him with a cement pillar, and anyone who saw Goodfellas knew that sometimes you gotta take a few good licks for the good of the team. He got hurt, but he used it to manipulate the situation and get Brooke to convince Hogan to choose him for the title shot at Lockdown. He played to Hogan's biggest weakness: his ego. He asked Hogan to team with him and Sting, but Hogan got laid out and he had to run off to protect his family and left Sting to get beat down. He spent nine months pulling off the biggest con in the history of the business, he's the President of Aces & Eights, and nobody's ever taking the TNA World Title away from him.
It's main event time!
#1 Contender Match: Samoa Joe vs Brutus Magnus vs Kurt Angle vs Jeff Hardy
All four men go at it as soon as Hardy gets in the ring, and they pair off with Joe and Angle going at it in one corner while Magnus and Hardy duke it out in another. Joe lays his former partner Magnus out (Stu is sad again), then Joe takes Angle out with a leaping enziguiri. Hardy and Magnus go out to the floor while Joe hits the CombJoe on Angle for 2. Joe sidesteps Angle and he sails out to the floor, then Joe takes out all three opponents with a dive through the ropes as we go to commercial.
We're back as Joe and Magnus are working Angle over (Stu is happy again) before turning on each other (sad Stu). Hardy comes off the top rope with a crossbody, but Magnus catches him and hits a fallaway slam. Magnus gets a pair of elbowdrops and locks Hardy in a chinlock while Joe and Angle brawl out on the floor, then slumps him on the ropes and hits a diving back elbow. The crowd is going nuts chanting for Joe and Angle as Joe gets in the ring and flattens Magnus with a back elbow, but Magnus hits the MDD on Joe out of nowhere. That was impressive. Hardy gets Magnus with a flying headscissors, double legdrops his nuts, and hits the Twist of Fate on Angle, then Joe, then Magnus. Hardy takes his shirt off and goes to the top, Angle tries to suplex Hardy off, but Hardy fights him off and then gets knocked to the floor by Magnus. Angle German suplexes Magnus and then Joe, then he gets Joe in the anklelock. Joe nearly taps, but Joe kicks Angle off into Magnus, but he doesn't have time to get to his feet before Hardy comes off the top with the Swanton and pins Joe for the win.
Winner: Jeff Hardy
Hardy has now earned his rematch with Bubba, and everyone else looks really disappointed at coming up short. Joe shakes Hardy's hand, then points at him and tells him to go win the World Title from Bubba.
Thanks for following tonight's Impact Wrestling Report, I'll be back tomorrow to discuss Impact and more with Dave Scherer on the Stu & Pid Show!Michael talks about the Number One Contender match for the Tag Titles later tonight as well as the match between John Cena and Luke Harper.
Kane makes his way to the ring.
Kane says that this past Monday was a glorious night for the WWE. Kane provides us with footage of the end of the Yes Movement. We see what happened at the end of Raw.
Kane says Daniel Bryan had this coming. He is an insufferable egomaniac who lives for the constant adulation that the ignorant members of the WWE Universe feed to him. If you want to blame anyone for what happened to Daniel Bryan on Monday, look in the mirror because it is your fault.
He began to believe that he was bigger than WWE and bigger than The Authority. On Monday, Daniel Bryan and all of you learned an important lesson. No one is bigger than the Authority. What Triple H did to Daniel Bryan was something that should have happened a long time ago and was something that Daniel Bryan deserved.
Let that be a lesson to all of you whose delusions of grandeur made you believe that you were bigger than yourselves and thought that was the case. Some people are just better than others. The Authority is better than Daniel Bryan. The Authority is much better than all of you.
What happened to your precious Yes Movement on Monday is what you all deserved.
Kane takes out a letter from Triple H that Kane is going to read on his behalf.
It is with deep regret that I have had to take matters into my own hands as it relates to the lack of discipline and respect that Daniel Bryan has shown The Authority. I regret that Daniel pushed my wife and me into an untenable position having to use our discretionary powers. It is not often that we have to resort to force. When the circumstances call for it, we will strike with great vengeance. We hope the WWE Universe understands that there must be respect for authority. Thank you and welcome to Smackdown.
Kane leaves the ring and walks past the participants in the opening match of the night.
