Teddy Long is in the ring and he is bouncing around. Teddy talks about the Royal Rumble and he says that Smackdown will be participating in the Elimination Chamber pay per view. At this time, he wants to introduce the participants in the Elimination Chamber Match. First is the man who will be defending his title, Daniel Bryan. Next is Wade Barrett. The next person is the Big Show. Fourth is Cody Rhodes. The fifth participant is Mark Henry. The final entrant is Randy Orton.
Teddy says that he wants to explain the rules to the fans. The participants will draw numbers and the people who pick one and two will start the match. The others will enter at specific intervals and after five of those men are eliminated, the final person will be the winner of the match.
Mark Henry makes his way to the ring and he does not look happy.
Mark tells Teddy that he is not liking this. Teddy put him in the match with a six to one mathematical chance that he will win the match. The number could be worse depending on when he gets into the match.
Teddy tells Mark should be happy that he is even in the match at the Royal Rumble.
Mark says that he is the most dominant talent on this program and he is the big fish and Teddy’s meal ticket. He tells Teddy that he will have to take him out of the Elimination Chamber match and put him in a World Title Match tonight against Daniel Bryan.

Mark tells Teddy to give the fans what they want and give him what he wants and what he deserves.

Mark has some words for Sheamus. Teddy distracts Henry and Sheamus with a Brogue Kick to Mark that sends him to the floor.
Teddy tells Mark that security will escort him out of the door.
Sheamus points to the Wrestlemania sign and Teddy says that he has a question for Sheamus. He wants to know which title Sheamus is going to go after at Wrestlemania. Sheamus says that he has not thought about which champion he is going to face and he is going to wait until after the Elimination Chamber.
Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring and he tells the Great White to relax. He says that he is not here to fight him, he is here to warn him. Nobody is going to remember that Sheamus won the Royal Rumble match in 2012. People will remember that Cody eliminated the most people and lasted more than forty-five minutes. He is going to take that momentum into the Elimination Chamber and he is going to win the World Title and become the first dual champion since the Ultimate Warrior.
Cody says that both Sheamus and Teddy are like the Ultimate Warrior because half the time, he cannot understand what either of them are saying.
Teddy asks Cody if he understands him and then Teddy thanks Cody for coming because he is going to face Sheamus. The match is going to happen next.

Daniel Bryan is walking in the back as we go to commercial.
We are back and Michael Cole is in the ring to introduce the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan.
Cole says that him and everyone else have been extremely critical of Bryan. Cole says that he thought he was a nerd and at best and at worst, never thought Bryan would make it in the WWE. He proved himself on Sunday in the Triple Threat Match. Cole says that it wasn’t a dominant victory and some say he was lucky.
Cole says that he may have been wrong about Bryan and he is man enough to admit that he was wrong. Cole offers his hand to Bryan and Bryan takes the mic from Cole.
Bryan says that he appreciates the sentiment, but the interview is not about Cole. Everything is not about him. Bryan says that this is about him. Bryan tells Cole that he has something he needs to say.
This past Sunday, he succeeded in defeating two monsters inside a steel cage who combined weigh almost half a ton. He proved that not only is he a champion, but he is a great champion. Bryan says that he is a great role model. He tells everyone to follow in his footsteps by living a life like him and being a vegan.
Bryan tells people to stop eating meat. He says that by eating meat, he is poisoning his intestines. You are killing innocent animals. He says that if you went to a slaughterhouse to see the way that the cattle, chicken, and little innocent pigs are killed you would not eat meat again.
The people in this city are the worst offenders. He says that he is confident in saying that because he is a vegan, he is healthier than anyone else in this building. He does not have clogged arteries and he will not suffer from congenital heart failure. He wants everyone to be a vegan.
Daniel says that he realizes that there are many sacrifices that he has to take and many injustices that he will have to endure, but he will not stand for prejudice against him. He should not have to defend the World Title in the Elimination Chamber. He should not have to defend it against five men. He should not have to defend it against a man who he has faced time and time again. Against a man who held the record for the shortest title reign. A man he has defeated four times.
Big Show is a man who has failed consistently but has consistently been rewarded. A man who intentionally ran over his 95 pound girlfriend as if she was a piece of meat. He calls Big Show a failure as a competitor and as a human being. Show should not be in a championship match.
If Teddy Long does not change his mind and take Big Show out of the match, Bryan says that he will take his case to the Board of Directors and Teddy will join John Laurinaitis and many of the people in the crowd on the unemployment line.
Big Show comes out and he has something to say. Show apologizes for not coming out sooner but he was finishing off a big steak. Show is shocked that Bryan considers himself a role model. The key to being a role model is not telling people what to do, but the people want to act like you because you are an example for people to follow.
He calls Bryan a pompous, arrogant little ass and a very lucky one. After the Elimination Chamber, Bryan will be a pompous, arrogant little ass but he will not be the World Champion. He cannot escape and no one can save him.
Bryan says that he understands that the odds are stacked against him. There is a chance that he might lose the World Championship. It will not be to Big Show. Show will lose, just like he always does. He says that once a loser, always a loser. Bryan says that he has proven that he can defy the odds. Bryan pokes Show and Show with knees and forearms to Bryan. Show tosses Bryan by the shirt and he rips the shirt. Show gets Bryan up for a choke slam and he choke slams Bryan.
AJ comes to the ring and Show tries to apologize but AJ backs away from Show. Bryan tries to attack Show, but Show sees Bryan coming. Show wants to punch Bryan but AJ grabs Show’s hand and stops him. Bryan is able to escape the ring. AJ gingerly leaves the ring and she goes into the arms of her boyfriend.
Bryan tells AJ that he will never let Show hurt her again.
Natalya and Beth are doing dips in the back and Natalya says that she is so excited that they are teaming tonight and Natalya says that she can feel it in her gut and she knows that they are going to win. Natalya releases a little pressure and then Beth wonders what that was. She does it again and runs away.
Beth walks away and then Santino walks in the hallway and he has trouble breathing and runs away.
We go to commercial.
We are back with the Smack of the Night: Aksana joining the ‘Who can beat Natalya in a few seconds’ Club.
Match Number Three: Natalya and Beth Phoenix versus Aksana and Tamina
