This was the first time the November To Remember was on Pay-per-view, and this was also the first time ECW held their flagship event outside of the ECW Arena.
Here are the results from the show:
- In a dark match, Chris Chetti & Spike Dudley defeated Erin O'Grady & Paul Diamond when Dudley pinned O'Grady.
- Chris Candido vs. Tommy Rogers became a tag team match when Lance Storm and Jerry Lynn interfered.
- Chris Candido & Lance Storm defeated Tommy Rogers & Jerry Lynn when Candido pinned Rogers with a Northern Lights Suplex.
- Mikey Whipwreck defeated Justin Credible with a Whippersnapper off the ropes.
- Al Snow did a backstage interview, introducing the "Head" gimmick on PPV.
- ECW World Television Champion Taz defeated Pitbull #2 in under two minutes with the Tazmission. After the match, Brakkus came in to confront Taz, and as security held them apart, Taz knocked out a security guard.
- ECW World Tag Team Champions The FBI (Little Guido & Tracey Smothers) defeated The Dudleys (Buh Buh Ray & D-Von), Balls Mahoney & Axl Rotten, and New Jack & Kronus in a Four Way Dance.
* Buh Buh pinned Kronus.
* Rotten pinned D-Von.
* Guido pinned Mahoney.
- Tommy Dreamer vs. Rob Van Dam in a Flag match ended in a no-contest. Dreamer was representing ECW, while Van Dam was representing (in storyline) WWF. After interference from Doug Furnas, Phil LaFon, Bill Alfonso, Sabu and a returning Stevie Richards, Van Dam "pinned" Dreamer with Furnas counting the cover. All the referees had been knocked out.
- Sabu defeated The Sandman in a Table and Ladders match.
- Shane Douglas defeated Bam Bam Bigelow to win the ECW World Heavyweight Title with a belly to belly suplex through a broken table that was set up on a chair. Despite being the heel everywhere else, Douglas was cheered here, due to it being so close to his hometown of Pittsburgh. This win began Shane's fourth, and final ECW Title reign. Only The Sandman (five times) would end up holding the belt more often.
2001 - Mitsuharu Misawa & Yoshinari Ogawa defeat Vader & Scorpio to win the Pro Wrestling Noah Global Honored Crown Tag Team Title in Sapporo, Japan.
