By Mike Johnson on 2026-10-26 00:21:00

Emmy Award winning Voice actor Eric Bauza, best known for being the modern day voice for a number of Looney Toons characters, including Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck passed away yesterday, his family announced via social media.  Bauza was only 46 years old.

His family's statement: "Eric Bauza, Emmy Award-winning voice actor and the modern voice of iconic Looney Tunes characters Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, along with dozens of other beloved cartoon characters, has passed away suddenly. More details to come."

Bauza's talents were heard across the board in the John Cena film Coyote vs. Acme, where he voiced a ton of animated characters, including Tweety Bird during a great scene with Cena.

Bauza also lent his talents to a number of the WWE-Hanna Barbera crossover animated films, voicing Dino and Bam Bam in The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown!, Rolf Rodriquez in The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! and Big Earl in Scooby-Doo! and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon.

Bauza was supremely talented and his loss will be a massive one especially for the world of animation.

PWInsider.com sends our deepest condolences to Bauza's family, friends and fans.
