Amber Judith Flora, 34, who wrestles under the ring name Amber Nova, primarily on the Florida independent scene was arrested for DUI on Friday 10/23 by The Orlando Police Department.
Nova was charged with DUI and refusal to take a breathalyzer. She was arrested at 5:40 AM and released after posting bond that same morning. She is slated for a 11/2 court hearing.
TMZ, which picked up the story referred to Nova as both an AEW and NXT "wrestler." Nova worked several AEW TV matches in 2022 and twice for WWE NXT as an enhancement talent in 2018 and 2019. Nova was never, ever under contract to either promotion, so referring to her as related to either company is quite a stretch.
10/25 12:32 AM Update: TMZ has removed the AEW mention in the headline and story of their article, but still refers to Nova as a "former" NXT wrestler.
