Is Wardlow over? Like, finished over? Will he ever live up to his potential? Dude seems like a great kid but it's been years and he's not a kid anymore?
I can’t say that he’s done, but I do agree that a lot of potential has been wasted with him. I wonder what his career would have been like if he had come up in WWE, where big men are booked much better than they are in AEW.
My question is not that Busted Open is now WWE Radio and has been for a few weeks now, do you feel that the exclusivity "if you are not down with WWE (AAA, TNA, NXT) then you will not be covered or discussed (AEW) harms the industry more than help.
I think that is exactly what WWE was going for when they took over the channel. They want it to be all about WWE and anyone that they are associated with. It doesn’t help the overall business when the number two company is persona non-grata.
Also will Busted Open have backlash when WWE gets tired of their new toy or ratings are not up to their standards and drops radio?
I think it’s up to Dave LaGreca and crew to keep WWE happy if they want to keep their spot. That’s just the fact of life.
Does Braun Strowman still have some kind of WWE connection with Everything On The Menu? He's had some WWE folks on, and, still uses his ring name, but, as I recall got let go from WWE.
Yep, he does. His show aires on USA as does Smackdown. The crossover makes perfect sense.
I wanted to reach out and get your thoughts on whether you expect WWE to debut a new stage design later this year. I've noticed that a lot of the arena setups currently look quite dark on broadcast, and I was wondering if a revamp might be in the works.
I haven’t heard of any. Remember, when WWE was selling out everything they actually cut the staging back to sell more tickets. TKO is about making money much more than aesthetics.
