Now that Trick appears to be finally done with Corbin, who would you like to see him programmed with?
I don’t think they got as much out of him and Carmelo Hayes that they could have, so they could go down that road. I would prefer that he take on a heel though. It is hard to say right now though because I don’t know how he will do at Money In The Bank. If he wins that, he should move into taking on people higher up the card.
As much as I like Danhausen, I think Gunther handled him like top level heel should. He should not be buying into his schtick and should do exactly what did- choke the crap out of him. I do not want to see him having to do comedy with him. That said, was this a one time interaction, or do you think we get more?
I thought the same thing, Gunther should dismiss the silliness. I hope that was it for putting Danhausen in with the top guys. It doesn’t help either party. Let him do his comedy.
After the post interview footage of Cody/Cole and follow up interview with Orton, Cody has to punt kick Randy, doesn’t he?
You would think so!
I was really hoping Balor would win the MITB qualifier, but it seemed that Gunther & Punk were the two guys who are teflon enough to take the pin. Balor’s non-verbal exchange with Punk post match certainly leaves the feeling there is unfinished business. How do you feel they will/can best use Balor going forward?
I think he will be in that upper mid-card spot. I think they needed Punk in the match to give it credibility. If he doesn’t win it, whoever does got a win over CM Punk, which will mean something if it’s a younger talent.
I think Finn is a lot like Orton; the fans really seem to want them to get one more title reign.
I think that they want it for Orton more, but they do like Finn as well. Down the road he just may get that run again.
