The New York Post reported today that Cincinatti Bengals players Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins were fined $90,000 by The NFL for a new celebration they had done that utilizing The Rock's signature move, The People's Elbow:

Higgins was fined four times and Chase twice with the total reaching $89,556.
“We got fined for the people’s elbow stuff,” Chase said. “I would love to appeal it. It’s something we made up, and then everybody else saying what it is. Everybody gonna have their own opinion of what it looked like.”
