This week’s episode of Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Mayhem is from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. Our commentary team is Don Callis and Mauro Ranallo.
Shotzi Blackheart and PCO w/Destro vs. Kris Chambers and Taylor Rising.
PCO and Kris start, and Kris tries to get in shots, but PCO fires back. Kris tries for a leap of some kind, and PCO gets a backdrop on him. Kris rolls to the floor to escape. Kris gets on the apron, and PCO slams into him, knocking him to the floor. Taylor gets into the ring, and PCO stops short of his dive. Shotzi sends Taylor to the floor. When Kris returns to the ring, Shotzi gets a kick, and PCO gets a slam. PCO then slams Shotzi onto Kris.
Shotzi is tagged in, and she dives onto Kris and Taylor on the floor. PCO then dives onto Kris. Taylor and Shotzi fight at ringside as we go to a commercial.
When we return, Taylor hits a headscissors takedown on Shotzi. Taylor keeps the headscissors on, and Shotzi bridges back to escape. Taylor gets a side slam for two. Shotzi gets a hangman's neckbreaker on Taylor, and both women are down. They crawl to their corners.
Kris tags in and Shotzi gets a series of clotheslines before a suplex into the corner. Shotzi then gets a senton on Kris in the corner. Kris tries for a spinning slam, but it looks like Shotzi reverses it and covers Kris for a two-count. Shotzi slams his head into the top turnbuckle and charges at him, but Kris avoids her attack. Taylor tags in and gets a snapmare followed by a kick to Shotzi's back. Taylor slams Shotzi to the mat.
Shotzi knocks Kris off the apron, but Taylor takes over and starts working her over. Shotzi gets a small package for two. Taylor gets a series of blows. Taylor starts yelling at the ref, and while Shotzi goes to another corner, when Taylor charges. Shotzi gets a headscissors and hangs over the top rope. Taylor goes to the top, and Shotzi joins her there. They fight on top, and Shotzi gets a superplex. Shotzi goes to the top and gets a senton from the top for the pin and the win.
Winners: Shotzi Blackheart and PCO
Dan Maff shows up after the bell and hits a Death Valley Driver on her. The referees hit the ring to protect Shotzi.
We get a video of the return of Josh Alexander’s injury and return.
Rudra vs. The Already in the Ring D-Man Parker
Rudra is the former Bhupinder Gujjar, and his name comes from Indian mythology for a God who was the Mightiest of the Mighty and connected to Shiva.
Parker gets a side headlock, and Rudra shoots him off and hits a shoulder tackle. They run the ropes, and Rudra gets a leaping roundhouse kick. Rudra charges into the corner. Parker rakes the eyes and gets an uppercut and a snapmare followed by a kick. Parker hits the slap shot. Rudra gets up behind him and laughs at him. Rudra gets a spinning forearm and a leaping knee strike. Rudra gets a spear from the second turnbuckle for the pin and the win.
Winner: Rudra
Dan Maff issues a challenge to PCO; PCO shows up, and they brawl in the back.
We get a video for Judas Icarus and Travis Williams to introduce them to their audience.
Psycho Mike vs. Steve Maclin
Maclin attacks Mike on Mike’s way to the ring. He runs Mike down to the ring and slams him into the steel steps. Maclin rolls Mike into the ring and beats Mike down in the corner. The bell rings, and Maclin stomps down on Mike in the corner and then whips him to the ropes and hits a back elbow. Mike gets in a pair of shots before Maclin knocks him down. Maclin hits a suplex and poses for the crowd.
Maclin lays in chops in the ropes. Mike dodges a chop and starts firing back. Mike charges into the corner, and Maclin gets a big boot. Mike hits a spinebuster. Mike gets a trio of hip attacks in the corner and then gets a pump kick. Mike gets a clothesline and calls for the bodyslam.
PCO and Dan Maff fight from the back and come to the stage. Mike pauses to watch the fight, and security tries to pull Maff and PCO apart, but fails. The fight goes to the back, and Maclin hits the K.I.A. on Mike for the pin and the win.
Winner: Steve Maclin.
Maclin grabs a mic and sings the first song of the Canadian National Anthem. He says the best wrestlers come from Canada and mentions a few names, ending with Adam Copeland. He says if that is true, why did they become stars in America? Because Canada is a feeder system for the US. The crowd chants MLP. Maclin says Canada produces wrestlers, but America produces legends.
We get short promos from the women in the next match.
Next is a promo from Rohan Raja about how he feels losing the PWA Champion’s Grail. He says he went to Mexico and wrestled in CMLL to find a purpose.
Gisele Shaw vs. Dana Luna vs. Nikki Storm vs. Priscilla Kelly - Winner’s Choice match
Shaw starts by kicking Storm and slapping Kelly. Kelly gets up to fight back and hits a backstabber on Shaw. Luna then follows with a clothesline on Shaw. She grabs a headlock on Kelly, who shoots her off. Luna gets a shoulder tackle and then a charge into the corner. Luna gets an exploder suplex on Kelly for two.
Luna works Kelly’s arm, and Kelly escapes for a shotgun dropkick. Kelly gets a wrecking ball dropkick on Luna, sending both of them to the floor. Storm then comes off the top with a crossbody on both of them. Shaw attacks Storm as we go to a commercial.
When we come back, Luna and Shaw are throwing hands in the middle of the ring. Shaw gets a falcon arrow and holds on for a two-count. Kelly gets into the ring and blocks blows from Shaw as she lays in her own. Kelly gets a kick and a knee lift. Storm gets in the ring, and Kelly clotheslines Storm. She clotheslines Shaw and kicks Storm before going back to Shaw for another clothesline and a blue thunder bomb for two, broken up by Luna.
Luna gets a powerbomb on Kelly. Storm goes after Luna and hits a swinging neckbreaker. Shaw then hits a springboard cutter on Storm. Shaw gets Shock and Awe on Kelly, but Storm hits Shaw with a flying kick before Shaw can cover Kelly, and everyone is down. Storm is up first and goes to the top. Luna joins her on top. Luna knocks Storm to the floor. When Luna comes down, Shaw gets a spear on Luna.
Kelly gets a rollup on Shaw. Shaw gets a jackknife pin for two, and they go back and forth with two-counts. Shaw gets a headbutt, and Kelly is able to trade waistlocks and gets a German suplex. Kelly gets a sliding kick and covers, but Storm distracts the ref and breaks up the pin. Storm grabs the pin on Shaw for the pin and the win.
Winner and gets a match of her choosing in the future: Nikki Storm.
