TNA LOCKDOWN UPDATES FOR CHICAGO THIS SUNDAY

By Mike Johnson on 2026-08-18 21:37:00

In regard to questions we have received about TNA Lockdown in Chicago at the Credit Union 1 Arena only having a capacity of about 2,000 fans, PWInsider.com has confirmed that the current plans call for more than double that if the company hits capacity.  Floor seats are sold out, as are other sections.

In asking around, TNA sources were confident Lockdown would be the company's biggest show to date for 2026 and they also stated the company was working to open additional seats.  One source stated, "As many seats as possible."

The venue, formerly the UIC Pavilion, famously hosted NWA Starrcade '87, the AWA's lone PPV Superclash III and other events over the years.
