The Cauliflower Alley Club announced today that former WWF star Slick (Ken Johnson), 68, is currently recovering from open heart surgery after suffering a heart attack.
Best known for his WWF run, Johnson, as Slick sang the immortal Jive Soul Bro song on Piledriver: The Wrestling Album II and managed, among others, Kamala, The One Man Gang, The Big Bosman, Butch Reed and The Bolsheviks. He spent most of that run as a heel but towards the end, was turned babyface as Rev. Slick, playing off his work as an ordained minister.
