WWE results from Petersberg, Virginia:
Zaria (c) defeated Lizzy Rain to retain the NXT Women’s North American Championship in the opening match of the night.
Birthright (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Uriah Connors) w/ Lexis King and Arianna Grace defeated Dorian Van Dux and Sean Legacy.
Arianna called out anybody from the back after the tag match to face her. Jaida Parker answered the impromptu open challenge from Arianna and defeated her.
Saquon Shugars defeated Mason Rook and Tristan Angels in a Triple Threat Match after Shiloh Hill distracted Tristan on the video board and cost him the match.
NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo / Cruz Montana defeated NARAKU / Grayson Waller in a tag team match just before intermission. Grayson, before the match, called out Zilla Fatu to confront him on Tuesday.
Lexis King was supposed to defend the Speed Title against EK Prosper but cut a promo before the match saying he wasn’t cleared to compete and gave two whole lists with reasons why, heeling it up for the crowd. NXT GM Robert Stone appeared on the screen and said that while Lexis was injured, he was going to give the crowd a match and announced that EK would now face Uriah Connors with Birthright banned from ringside. EK Prosper went on to defeat Uriah Connors.
Kendal Grey (c) defeated Kelani Jordan and Kali Armstrong to retain the NXT Women’s Championship in a Triple Threat match.
Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk and NXT Tag Team Champions Myles Borne / Tavion Heights defeated The Vanity Project w/ Myka Lockwood with some help from Jaida Parker in a Six-Man Tag main event. After the match, Punk cut a promo showing love to VSU after the early Saturday morning shooting, saying the locker room was a family, and mentioning it was EK Prosper’s birthday. EK and the rest of the roster came out, and they sang "Happy Birthday" to him, but were interrupted mid-song by Tristan Angels. Angels came out and talked trash to Punk, EK, and the rest of the roster, but ended up getting a GTS from Punk, followed by EK hitting a Frog Splash on Tristan through a table to send the crowd home happy.
