Spotlight Match: As Above So Below (Buck Sawin & Brian Killgannon) vs Night Train (All In Bayno & Brett Mettro)
The energy from these two BioPro tandems is really good. The match is solid good guy/bad guy stuff. AASB are backwoods bruisers. NT are fun loving big men. This is a fun little back and forth match that ends when Killgannon eats a double flapjack for the three. This was fun.
Match 1: Colt’n Charles vs Jermaine Marbury
Charles looks like an American Gladiator so this is some good sports on sports wrestling action. Marbury tries to stay elusive but Charles is clearly able to muscle him around at will. Colton looks impressive at times but he is thrown off when Jermaine gets to juking. A quick dodge and a cutter gives Marbury the three here.
Match 2: Selena Hekate vs Nessa Ferrari
Lauren St’ James is announcing tonight and she’s firmly in Ferrari’s camp as a respected rival. Nessa starts well but Hekate gets to beating the snot of of her. Nessa won’t stay down and Serena blames Ref Gina for it. Nessa catches her on the corner with a tornado ddt. Ferrari with a springboard codebreaker and Hekate stays down for the three!
LSJ on the mic. She says she wants to be professional but she has a message for Kylie Alexa. She says it’s time to stick her neck out for Nessa…and puts Ferrari up for a title shot against Alexa next week at Summer Stunner!
It’s time for the Discovery Gauntlet! You gotta win it to stay in it! Jordan Cruz is this week’s challenger. Cruz says he’s the alpha around here. He’s the Apex Mauler.
Match 2: Julezee vs Jordan Cruz (Discovery Gauntlet)
Cruz is all aggression. Julezee is very bendy and quick and gives Jordan a huge problem. He hits a cool inside flip senton for two. Cruz hits a HUGE superplex! This keeps going back and forth. Cruz with a huge move. Julezee with an impressive escape and counter! Julezee with a flurry of slaps and a shining wizard! Kick out! Butterfly Falcon arrow! Cruz kicks out again! What’s it gonna take??? Cruz trying desperately to lock in a pin! Sunset flip into the buckles! Knee strike and a neckbreaker! Julezee kicks out! Crowd hits “this is awesome”! Backslide! Julezee with a trapped headbutt! Ripcord spinning head kick puts the lights out and Julezee gets the three!!! This was a blast.
Match 3: RSP vs Wonderboy Brian Morris
“YOU ARE WOODY FROM TOY STORY” yells RSP. Thanks for the sticker idea, Rickey. You might think Morris would cheat quickly but he ends up in a LONG FORM RSP BEATING. This is a delight to watch. Rickey throws him. Rickey splashes him. Rickey kicks the f*** out of him. Wonderboy looking like toast. RSP finally whiffs a senton and Morris hits an Impaler to get the sudden three. This was a fun nine minutes.
Match 4: Eye Black Jack vs Devin Reno
Jack is here to fight for the honor of BioPro after Reno gave Brett Mettro a post match beating. I kind of lose track of the pacing of this match as I fall down a rabbit hole of calling Reno several flavors of hairless. This is unfair cause the match is my kind of hard hitting slugfest. Jack hits the AA and a Jack splash but Reno kicks out. Reno finally catches Jack and muscle his into a vertical position and hits a cutter for the win. That was good s***.
Reno says this is his year. Especially after he beat the 2025 golden boy. But now he wants another piece of Ichiban. The last lost? A fluke! Reno wants another shot at SUMMER STUNNER.
Match 5: Rain Conway vs Love Doug
Rain has that dog in him. Doug is full of smooches. The match writes itself. And it’s a good time. Rain tries to grind down on Doug but he keeps getting loved on. Rain almost submits him with a deep crab but Doug fights out! the close of this match gets hard as all the gimmicks go away and these two are just FIGHTING. Conway with a defiant shout from corner before eating the BullDoug and the Slice of Love…CONWAY KICKS OUT OF THE DOUBLE FINISH! Doug wants the rebound but Rain pulls him back! European uppercut as Doug slingshots in! Falcon arrow for a close two! Doug blocks the rainmaker! Rebound connects! Doug gets the win but this was a HELL of a showing for Conway!
TJ Crawford runs down to celebrate Doug on the mic and throw flower petals around. Doug really doesn’t TRUST this. Crawford tells Doug that Brad Hollister was gaslighting him. But now Bacon is gone so they can run the world together. Doug grabs the mic and tells TJ to shut up. Doug hates seeing this fight. Doug hates how Crawford has been acting. He doesn’t like the cheating. So he went to Open officials….Crawford and TJ are having a third match next week at Summer Stunner…and Doug will be the referee! Crawford is FURIOUS.
Main Event: Dustin Waller, Christian Darling & 23 Hazard vs Mani Ariez, Brother Greatness & Big Bacon Brad Hollister
Didn’t TJ say that Bacon was gone? He really IS a gaslighter! I’m calling this trio the “Church of Bacon”. Greatness opts to start against BG but he throws water in his face and pummels the holy man. Hazard get in there with Mani and gets the cheddar Bob slapped out of him. Bacon chops the heck out of Darling and gets Greatnes in there with a big splash for two! Six man suplex spot! A trio of ten punches and a triple noggin knocker! A huge buildup between Brad and Mani on who does the dive…Greatness takes the glory! Darling finally tackles BG and hits a big slam for two. Greatness eats the heat for a while. He doesn’t die but he sure looks like a corpse. Bacon with the hot tag and it all goes wild. Bacon is standing tall after destroying everyone, nearly finishing Hazard with a Muscle Buster. The numbers game starts to play on Brad….Waller stunning Bacon with a corner 619! Flash splash misses! Tag to Mani and he’s face to face with Sami Diaz’s angry partner. Areiz catches the lethal injection into a tilt a whirl power bomb! Where the heck is Christian Darling in all this? Mani eats the second attempt at the Letha Injection. Greatness hits a destroyer! Darling boots BG over but Bacon bombs him. TJ Crawford busts out the curtain and Bacon runs out of the ring to give chase. Hazard eats a fireman carry double neckbreaker from Mani and Greatness! Kickout! They go for the kill again but Darling posts Mani. Greatness is left alone and Flash hits a springboard clothesline. Hazard catches a body with that jank hidden blade of his and pins Greatness for the win. 18 minutes of madness.
