Cathy asks about Punk now.

Cody says you would make a lot of acquaintances, but not friends.  This is not like Cody, Kevin, or Randy.  This is competition.  They are not going to do the thing that annoys everyone and they will find out who is the best at SummerSlam.

Cathy asks if he thinks that Punk is jealous of him.

Cody says he doesn't want to use 'jealous' because how could the WWE Champion be jealous.  Live rounds have been thrown but we are trying to figure out who is best for WWE.

Cathy asks if this will affect their friendship.

Cody says it will affect the dynamic because of what they have to do.  He says he hopes Punk knows nothing has changed other than knowing who the best is.

Joe talks to Punk and asks about his mindset.

Punk says the day is here so what happened in the past does not matter.  He says he lives for the moment.  He says he is at his best.

Peter asks about the friendship and if it will affect the match.

Punk says he doesn't think it has affected either of them.  Tonight is all business.  No matter who is against him, it is just another man.

Corey asks why is tonight different than Wrestlemania.

Punk says today is the 20th anniversary of his WWE debut.  He didn't expect to be champion 20 years later.

Punk says he would do anything to win.

Big E asks about giving others an opportunity and if he is overlooking Cody.

Punk says he has planted seeds for future contenders but they might be Cody's.  Everyone should want to be champion and welcome all challengers.  He says he wants everyone to want what he has.  He says he isn't trying to limit anyone.

Byron asks Page how will he make history.

Ethan says he will make history this weekend.  This will be the last SummerSlam without hm on the card.

The panel and reporters discuss what they are looking forward to on tonight's show.

We take a look at CM Punk and Big E in the gym.

Big E asks if he is in the best shape of his life.

He says he is at his best at age 47 and wants to be 1 percent better every day.

Big E asks if it is egos boiling over or something worse?

Punk says he hopes it isn't worse.  When you are in the locker room, or when Cody is on his bus.  They want to be the one in charge.  He doesn't care about the quarterback stuff, he scores touchdowns.

Big E asks what will people be talking about after the match.

Punk says he knows what can happen and he doesn't want his hubris to be the reason for the loss.  People are going to say that they need to see it again.

We move inside the stadium and we go to Cathy with Paul Levesque.

Cathy asks about Hell in a Cell.

Paul says Brock is the last guy you want to be locked in Hell in a Cell with, almost as much as Oba.  This will be extreme and brutal.  It will be violent.  Two giant humans tearing it up.  He says he can't wait to watch.
