Why does Cody get a automatic number 1 contender match as he lost fair and square in a match he requested? To me he should move to back of line and have to work his way to a title match.

The rematch rules have been lax for a while now.  Sometimes the champ gets an immediate rematch, sometimes he/she doesn’t.  It all depends on what they want to book.

Why does the winner of said smackdown number 1 contender match face the smackdown champion for the Smackdown title on Raw?

The real answer is that they can do whatever they want.  In this case, it makes sense because Adam Pearce is charge of both shows right now so he can do whatever he wants.

Just wondering why there is a new format to the Q&A. It seems one person reviews the show with their thoughts and you agree/disagree?

People send questions. I choose the ones I think are most interesting to the readers.  I think that commenting on the shows is interesting.  It’s that simple.

So, I saw the question about being concerned about Club WWE & fan interaction, and as someone who's had to traverse the backstage area at an NXT event while talent was present, I can tell you that the WWE's private security is no joke. I'm sure these people would be at any Club WWE event as well, and it seems like the bad fan interactions have happened away from events: on the street, at the hotel, during transit to the venue, etc. I don't see why WWE doesn't use that security team there as well. I know traveling the world and going sightseeing is one of the perks of being in the WWE, but it seems like security should be accompanying the talent wherever they go, especially internationally. Since these bad dudes/dudettes are already on the payroll, it's not a cost issue, so why don't they?

The only answer I can come up with is that it is indeed a cost issue.  I would like to see the wrestlers get more security away from the events but I don’t see it happening.  In addition to the cost factor, the talents are also independent contractors and giving them security details could blur the contractor/employee line.
