Is WWE starting to get into AEW too many belts territory with the AAA Titles?
They are getting there, for sure. I hope they are careful with that because too many Titles makes most of them less, not more, important.
Have you noticed that Alicia Taylor says the word “champion” as “chumpion”?
Yes, I have. It’s very noticeable. I guess she is trying to make the word her own.
So now WWE is counter-programming AEW’s All In PPV with a day of NXT and AAA? Is there any world where they could claim they aren’t doing that to hurt AEW?
Could they make that claim? Sure, they could! They could say that they are putting their business in a place to be more successful and that they don’t worry about what anyone else is doing. That may even be true to a degree. But, there’s no part of me that believes that they weren’t aware that All In was the same day, especially since they are starting the show at noon.
Does this Club WWE, "getting closer to your favorite stars", seem a little worrisome considering some fans' attitudes about getting closer to the stars?
Every single time I hear that commercial I think the exact same thing. Given the issues that they have had with fans and their talents in the past, this seems like it could be an opportunity for a nutcase to gain access to the talent. I really hope that WWE puts the proper safeguards in place if/when they allow fans access to the talents.
