UPDATE ON SHAWN CHAN

Since there seems to be confusion about this, a clarification on Shawn Chan, who was found not guilty by reason of insanity of the charge related to Chan allegedly stalking Liv  Morgan.

*While he was found not guilty, Chan remains incarcerated in Hernando County, Florida.

*Chan will not be released as he is a Canadian citizen.

*The Judge presiding over the case has ordered United States Marshals facilitate Chan being transferred into ICE Custody.

*Once that happens, he will be deported.

For those concerned, Chan will not be allowed free in the United States.
