By Mike Johnson on 2026-05-29 09:21:00

Sorry for this being late.

TNA Impact opened with the conclusion of the entrances for the men's Champions Challenge match. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt were on commentary/

Champions Challenge Match: TNA Champion Mike Santana, TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali, TNA Tag Team Champions Brian Myers & Bear Bronson, and TNA X-Division Champion Cedric Alexander vs. Frankie Kazarian, Eric Young, Leon Slater, KC Navarro & Elijah

The Champions Challenge concept was explained, with any challenger pinning a champion earning a future title opportunity.

Elijah and Myers started the match. Elijah walked the ropes Old School-style before taking Myers down. Following the first commercial break, Santana and Elijah engaged in a respectful exchange that ended in a stalemate before Eric Young jumped Santana from behind.  The pace increased when Ali tagged himself in. Elijah blasted him with a pop-up powerbomb before the match broke down into a ten-man brawl. Slater wowed the crowd with a corkscrew dive over the ringpost onto the field of wrestlers at ringside.

Back from another break, Santana tagged himself in rather than Ali and cleaned house. Tension continued between Santana and Ali throughout the match. KC Navarro scored near falls on Ali after a draping kick and satellite DDT.  The final stretch saw Slater connect with a Swanton 450 on Ali, but Alisha Edwards placed Ali's foot on the bottom rope. Ali attempted to use his title belt but was stopped. Slater then superkicked Ali and selflessly tagged in Navarro, who hit Blessing in Disguise and pinned the International Champion.

Your winners, Frankie Kazarian, Eric Young, Leon Slater, KC Navarro & Elijah!

KC Navarro earned a future TNA International Championship match.

Gia Miller interviewed Arianna Grace and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo. Grace complained that Santino Marella had cost her opportunities, while Stacks vowed to send Marella and his Cobra sock puppet to a retirement home.

A vignette aired featuring The Righteous warning The Hardys about next week's "Wicked Garden" match.

Tessa Blanchard vs. Harley Hudson

Hudson, who has a great look, came out aggressively and nearly stole the match early with a series of quick pin attempts. Blanchard quickly shifted her focus to Hudson's knee, repeatedly stomping and twisting the leg around the ropes.  Hudson mounted a comeback with a fallaway slam and corner offense despite the injured leg. She connected with a running knee strike and later countered a suplex into a neckbreaker for a near fall.  Blanchard survived the rally and eventually targeted the damaged knee again before planting Hudson with the Buzzsaw DDT for the pinfall.

Your winner, Tessa Blanchard!

Injury Report: Steve Maclin remains unavailable and has "avoided medical evaluations."    Jada Stone is sidelined following last week's match.  Moose remains out after a backstage attack.  Santino Marella and Channing Lorenzo were medically cleared.

Backstage, The Elegance Brand's Concierge warned Knockouts Champion Lei Ying Lee not to cost them their Champions Challenge match later in the evening.

Santino Marella vs. Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo (with Arianna Grace)

Santino dominated early with amateur wrestling and judo-based offense, frustrating Stacks repeatedly.  Stacks eventually took control after targeting Santino's mid-section and slowing the pace. Santino rallied and prepared to use The Cobra, but Arianna Grace jumped onto the apron and removed the Cobra sock from his hand.  The distraction allowed Stacks to quickly roll Marella up.

Your winner, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo!

After the match, Grace berated her father while Stacks attacked him. Indi Hartwell ran out for the save and demanded a mixed tag match.   Daria Rae interrupted and instead announced Hartwell and Marella would face Grace and Stacks next week.

A backstage segment aired featuring AJ Francis intimidating a production staffer over paperwork and promising "Money, Money, Money" before walking away.

Fabian Aichner vs. Eddie Edwards (with Alisha Edwards)

Aichner impressed early with his athleticism, including a crossbody and several power offense sequences.  Edwards weathered the storm and gained control with strikes and methodical offense. Alisha repeatedly became involved at ringside before being caught attempting to use a kendo stick and subsequently ejected.  The match escalated when Aichner delivered a butterfly superplex and nearly scored the victory. Members of The System then appeared at ringside. Aichner wiped them out with a dive and followed with a slingshot DDT before applying his La Fina submission.  Before Edwards could tap, Myers, Bronson and Alexander attacked, ending the match.

Your winner by DQ, Fabian Aichner!

Following the bell, The System continued the assault. Cedric Alexander finished Aichner off with a Lumbar Check befor The System stood tall.

Knockouts Champions Challenge Match: Knockouts Champion Lei Ying Lee, Knockouts Tag Team Champions M By Elegance & Heather By Elegance vs. Xia Brookside, Mara Sade & Elayna Black

The challengers controlled much of the early action through quick tags and teamwork. Mara Sade particularly impressed, scoring several near falls against members of The Elegance Brand.  The champions isolated Sade for an extended period, with M and Heather repeatedly cutting off tags while refusing to allow Lee into the match.  Eventually Sade escaped and tagged Brookside, leading to the anticipated showdown with Lee. The Knockouts Champion cleaned house with an exploder suplex and Warrior's Way, but Elayna Black broke up the pin attempt.  Chaos erupted late when Mr. Elegance attempted to interfere. Keith Jardine responded by applying an ankle lock to him at ringside. The distraction created an opening for additional interference against Lee.  Brookside capitalized, planting Lee with a DDT and scoring the pinfall.

Your winners, Xia Brookside, Mara Sade & Elayna Black!

Xia Brookside earned a future Knockouts Championship opportunity by pinning Lei Ying Lee.

The winning team celebrated as Impact went off the air.
