A WRESTLER’S UNION, LOGIC VS. WRESTLING LOGIC, WHERE’S PUNK AND MORE

Where is CM Punk?  Why isn’t he on Raw?

Well, he was at the Rousey Carano fight over the weekend but for whatever reason, Creative has put him on ice at the moment.  He’s healthy and could be appearing on Raw, but he hasn’t been used.  There are definitely theories making the rounds as to why, but until we can confirm a reason all we can say is that he is not being used right now.

Who from the most recent WWE cuts is most like to pull a Matt Cardona and excel on the indies?

It’s hard to say because it takes hard work and commitment to the cause to make that happen.  Cardona worked his ass off to get to the point where WWE brought him back.  He dedicated himself to the indy life, which isn’t always easy.  I honestly don’t know who among those that were let go would do what Cardona did.

Why would anyone want to be in the Owen Hart men's tournament when Instead they could challenge Darby on their own? He's giving out title shots to anyone who asks why not just challenge him instead of going through this tournament ?

From a logic standpoint, you are absolutely right and it’s not a unique situation to AEW.  WWE does similar things.  They would tell you that people want the prestige of winning the tournament, plus earning the shot instead of just asking for it.  But yes, if a person is a heel, why not just challenge him?

What has always been the biggest obstacles for a wrestlers union? The office? Regardless it should have been done decades ago. Your thoughts?

The biggest obstacle has always been the wrestlers themselves.  Obviously, WWE doesn’t want their talents to organize.  It’s against their best interests, but if the wrestlers were to commit as a group, they would gain power against TKO.  But, as history has shown us that never happens.  It would take the top talents to be on board to make it happen as they have the most to lose by organizing and as we saw with Hulk Hogan telling Vince McMahon about the plans to organize decades ago, top talents tend to look out for themselves first. Wrestling isn’t like team sports so top talents don’t need “the rest of the team” to get ahead.
