5/16/26 Worcester, MA

Beyond Wrestling’s Wrestivus Day 3 kicks off with the first of three shows!

Match 1: TJ Crawford vs Mike Skyros

They tun in and trade heavy strikes at the bell. I’m not SURE who the face/heel is supposed to be here in BST but TJ is definitely a heel in THIS building after Thursday. They have a really good back and forth fight but Skyros counters TJ trying to land a kick at him over ref bills head…Crawford gets caught on the top rope and Skyros rolls him up for the 

Match 2: Prolific (Isaiah Wolf & Tyree Taylor w/ AJ Jones)(c) vs The State Champs (Sal Mistretta & David Moses) (BST Team Team Championship Match)

It starts well for the champs (the ACTUAL champs, not the champs in name) but Tyree seems to get overconfident and lets Sal tag Moses in…and suddenly he’s getting  tag moved to death and Wolf is having to rally the big man to life from the apron. Wolf finally in there and tossing these “champs” around. He even hits a muscle buster on Sal that results in a cannonball into Moses. Cool spot. Wolf is getting overwhelmed until Tyree does a blind tag, pounced one Champ into the other and they hit a double Styles clash on the remaining one to get the three and retain!

Match 3: Shea McCoy vs Kylie Alexa

Shea is definitely the face here but this is Kylie’s house. The crowed is mixed here for sure but I’m firmly in McCoy’s camp for their return to the White Eagle. It’s a good fight but Kylie hits a corner dropkick for the win and Shea is so distraught that Ref Gina carries them to the back from the ring.

Match 4: Shawn Knyte, Sammy Diaz & Angelo Carter (w/ Brother Greatness) vs Ichiban, Kylon King & Aaron Rourke (w/ Andy Brown)

Ok…this match is REALLY confusing for us in Worcester. Am I not supposed to chant “KYYYYYYLE” at King? The match starts pretty normal until Rourke and Carter get in there and just start slapping the disrespect out of each other. The ring explodes and this just turns into pandemonium! Big dive party on the floor sends the crowd into a frenzy. Kylon goes on a hot run and I remember how much fun babyface King can be. Knyte survives a 619/Spinebuster combo and kicks out! This is just a crazy high energy 6-man tag. Everyone trying to get the kill shot in! Carter finally eats an Ichi Bankai and Rourke lands the Molly Go Round to get the win! Wild match. Rourke invites everyone back into the ring to celebrate this fight, all respect and a huge bow from all participants. 

But now Andy Brown wants the mic. Him and Ichiban (The Thicc Ones) are having here. Ichiban had fun. Why can’t Brown have fun? Who wants to dance with the Thicc Daddy? Let’s have an open challenge! The Tower of Power answers the call!

Match 5:  Andy Brown vs Amira

Brown may be instantly regretting his decision to have this match as Amira is running circles around him. He tries to overpower her but she’s strong too! Andy looking winded as he holds onto the ropes for dear life. Andy finally shakes off a couple of lariats and spinebusters Amira into the canvas. A senton for two! Andy with a thudding chop but Amira fires up and fires back! Brown thuds her down again! He goes for a spear but Amira ducks under! They trade forearms but Brown is leveling her over and over! Amira with a backfist and finally hits the German on Andy…kick out! Amira trying to slam the big man but Brown comes off the ropes with a diving forearm and Amira goes to sleep. Really good match here. 

Match 6: Bobby Buffet vs Bobby Orlando

It’s a Bobby fight! Our Mom recognizes this…but he’s the REAL Bobby, Bish! But all the hype in the world can’t compete with the fact that Buffet is at least twice Orlando’s size….and Buffet is here to EAT. Orlando bounces off Buffet. Orlando gets slammed and squashed by his bigger opponent. It’s going bad for mom. He finally hits a Bobby Slam! Buffet grabs his giant fork but the ref grabs it. Buffet with the eye rake and falcon arrow…kick out! Buffet up to the top but Shawn Knute runs out and hits him with a chair! The ref misses it and Orlando hits a sick trick cutter for the three! 

Match 8: Gabby Forza, Jazmyn Hao, Lili La Pescadita vs The Awakening (Amity Levay, Sammi Chaos & Vita VonStarr) 

Ok, I’M torn here. I’m a fan of everyone in this match but the Awakening came out to Pentagram’s “Forever My Queen” (which is on my short wish list of songs to convince the other half of DnA’s Evolution - dnasevolution.com - to cover). Anyways, MATCH. This is a fun time dancy gnome bunch against some very spooky people. Amity isn’t here to dance. It’s time to fight! We get a trio of delay vertical suplexes that leaves Sammi Chaos last women standing….but then she gets baited into running through the ropes! Big dives from the fun bunch! Hao hits a F5 sitout bomb. Amity is taking the majority of the punishment here. Chaos is definitely the one helping the pendulum swing back their way. Vita tries to stretch Pescadita but can’t get the tap. Amity jumps off Sammi back to smash Lili. Gabby and Hao are stuck on the apron through all of this. Forza finally gets the tag and Amity is the one stuck in the line of fire. Gnomie with a stampede and Vader bomb! Blind tag to Sammi, who clears the ring. Amity gets double tossed by her partners to her opponents on the floor! Sammi gets caught up on the top rope and Gabby/Lili superplex her down! Vita doesn’t let that pin happen! Hao with a sharp headbutt! Top rope blockbuster! Amity tries to save it but they have a superplex for her too? Sammi makes it a double bomb instead! Vita wipes out Hao. The Awakening lines up all three of their opponents and hit a double backpack splash on them all. Amity sits proudly on top of the pile of dead mean as they get the three. This almost went off the rails but that was a FUN finish. 

Main Event: Charles Mason vs Dustin Waller 

Like Kylon, it’s weird to see Dustin as a baby face RIGHT NOW. They have a ton of belts between them and NONE of them seem to be on the line. Waller and Mason have durags for each other. Mason at least has the common sense to choke Dustin with his.  The match bounces between their particular styles: Dustin going 100mph and landing some crazy shots, and Mason going 10mph but brutally tearing at Waller’s flesh. They battle to the apron. Mason likes these chops TOO much. He bites on Waller. He spikes him into apron. Dustin trying to speed this up. Trading rollups over and over, Dustin finally gets the leverage he needs and gets the three! Mason tries to storm off but he allows Dustin to put a durag on him…and they shake hands? Mason chomps at the hand again! There’s the psycho we know.
