JOHN CENA'S ANNOUNCEMENT WAS....

John Cena announced a future WWE event "The John Cena Classic" based around the theme of WWE main roster stars vs. NXT stars.

Cena said they will introduce a new championship he is putting his name on. 

He's going to strive for a "certain level of excellence" and will do everything he can to make it special for the event.

Cena said the audience will get to vote to crown the champion of the John Cena Classic. 

Everyone competing will be eligible so even if a star doesn't win, they can still earn the respect of the audience and win via the voting for the title.  

They did not mention where and when the show will take place.
