As it stands right now on Wednesday afternoon before Backlash, there are only 5 announced matches. 2 of those matches will be on ESPN2 during the 6pm hour. Am I to believe that there will only be 3 matches on the PLE itself? Give us more WWE.

They also have John Cena’s announcement so that’s another segment.  They could always add something on Smackdown but keep in mind that Triple H has always liked the five match concept that he used for NXT Takeover events. As an aside, I was away on Monday so I watched Raw on Tuesday.  It was only two hours and 17 minutes so less is more sometimes from the company’s perspective.  Personally, I only want more if the more is worth watching.

I got a feeling there will be a scapegoat as to why Wrestlemania 42 ticket sale will be terrible. Mostly not HHH’s fault, but his creative wasn’t exactly firing on all cylinders until after the Royal Rumble. I think this will be the beginning of the end of HHH as creative director. TKO board’s meddling won’t get better. Maybe Rock uses his status on the board to get his buddy Brian Gewirtz as the creative director after HHH is gone. If business isn’t good, crap always rolls downhill and HHH isn’t exempt from that. Do you think HHH is on the hot seat?

Well, he just signed a new contract, which is a good thing.  But as we see all the time, people with contracts still get fired.  At the end of the day, it comes down to dollars and cents with TKO.  And given the parameters that the booker has to work under, which you mentioned above, I don’t know if Gewirtz would want the job.  It’s hard to work under the Board meddling, the high ticket prices, etc that TKO imposes on the booker.

I have read that The Rock makes millions of dollars as a board member of TKO. My question is, what does he do to earn his salary? He rarely appears on television and did not even promote WWE on social media during Mania week. From what I've read, he does not make creative decisions. I'm actually not being facetious when I ask this question. Thanks in advance!

Ari Emanuel and Nick Khan think he is worth it.  I am with you, I am not sure I could justify that expense if it were my company.  Rock doesn’t appear often and I don’t know what he does to earn that kind of money.

The more things, the more they stay the same?  It seems as if Jimmy and Jey will again run interference and assist in Roman keeping his title at Backlash on Saturday.  Will this be a case of Deja Vu all over again?  And what's in it for Jimmy and Jey to follow this path?

I hope not.  As I said with Mike Johnson yesterday, The Bloodline is one of the greatest stories WWE has ever told.  But, you can’t go home again and do a rehash.  In order to go back to The Bloodline and have it work, it needs to go in a new direction.  We shall see if they do that.
