Any update on the 2 Cold Scorpio case?

He is still slated tol stand trial this August.  There is a pre-trial hearing in July and unless there is some sort of plea agreement, I don't expect we'll hear much until this summer.

I have a weird question.  We know Sunny is in jail in Florida but what happens to the charges she had in New Jersey and elsewhere?

I honestly don't know.  My gut feeling is that the prosecutors in New Jersey will just let those charges go since she is going to be incarcerated for so long.  I can't imagine they then decide to prosecute in 2039 but you never know.  I don't believe she had any active charges elsewhere at the time she was found guilty in Florida.

If Billy Jack Haynes wasn't fit to stand trial, how is he now going to be able to stand trial?

He wasn't mentally fit and they referred him to medical treatment and to be analyzed by experts.  I don't know what the change was - whether it was medication or something else - but the experts assigned to the case made the ruling that Haynes is now mentally competent to stand trial.

Is Jeff Hardy still under probation in Florida?

No.

Where did Victoria Crawford in TNA come from?  She looks familiar.

She should.  She wrestled for years as Alicia Fox in WWE.
