After a successful weekend of events and several new champions crowned, Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling will make their United States live event debut Wrestlemania 42 weekend in Las Vegas at The Palms Theater with Multiverse. Set for the show already is Mistico & Mascara Dorada & The Amazing Red vs. The Rascalz. For ticket details, click here.
As we reported over the weekend, MLP has signed a deal to air nationally on TSN in Canada. This was something Scott D'Amore and his team were working on for some time and was part of the reason the company hadn't run the first few months of 2026. They were focusing their energies on the TV deal. The series will be titled MLP Mayhem and will premiere in July. We are told it will have a weeknight timeslot.
Former WWE exec Lou D'Angeli, who formerly worked with TNA, Cirque du Soliel and the original ECW, has joined the promotion.
MLP's first TV tapings will be 6/12 and 6/13 in Windsor, Ontario at St. Clair College. They will also tape 8/7 and 8/8.
Tony Khan was backstage at the gorilla position with Scott D'Amore during the Global Wars event on Friday.
