I always thought Sid Vicious was a good wrestler. He was big, strong, and had the powerbomb as his finisher. He definitely, belongs in the hall of fame. Sid, should have been inducted in earlier years to the hall of fame.
I do too. Sid was a one of a kind talent, for sure, and a really nice guy (at least to me). Sadly, back when there were limited sources of wrestling news, on editor in particular buried Sid because of, well, whatever his reasons were. It’s a shame. I am with you. Sid definitely deserves to be in The Hall Of Fame.
I saw something tonight on RAW that made absolutely no sense. Before Evans and Waller, they posted their WWE 2K ratings, which I think were 78 and 73. I understand that it's all basically opinion for a video game, but why would WWE show something that basically tells us they see these guys as midcard? If their scores are in the 90s, great, but this doesn't make any sense.
I saw that too and felt the same way. I get that they are trying to push the game and all, but this isn’t The NFL, who does the same thing with Madden ratings. It’s a worked business! It’s better to not publish any scores than to show us numbers that low.
Do you see WWE considering going back to one night Wrestlemanias in the future if this year’s slow ticket sales become a pattern? Sure two shows 2/3’s full each makes more money than one sell out. But would the optics of one sellout be better? And as a fan what would you rather see….One great show or two good ones?
At present? No I don’t. The optics of shrinking the event are worse, at least at this point in time, then doing two nights and papering seats when need be. Down the road? We will see, but for now I don’t see it happening.
The booking of the Wyatt Sicks on Smackdown has been terrible from day one to begin with, but this feud with the MFTs has been stretched like a penny into copper wire. How many more times do we watch Uncle Howdy reclaim the lamp, get blindsided and Solo walk away with it?
First let me say that I like all of the talents in The Wyatts. I am a big Solo fan and like the other guys in his group. With that said, this feud is literally the only thing that WWE is doing right now that I don’t enjoy even a little bit. Please, END THIS NOW!
