By Mike Johnson on 2026-03-23 15:30:00

The GoFundMe campaign to support the late Dennis Condrey's family is now over $33,000.  If you'd like to donate, you can do so at this link.  A lot of people from the pro wrestling world have donated including Tony Khan, The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, FTR, Chris Jericho and more.   Dax Harwood launched the campaign and should be commended for doing so.  I'd like to thank everyone for the kind words about my Condrey article over the weekend, but obviously, it's one I wish I never had to write.

The Memphis Grizzlies hosted their annual Wrestling Night this past Friday 3/20.

Labor of Love Wrestling returns to Philadelphia this Friday 3/27 with Matt Mako vs. Kidd Bandit, Brian Johnson vs. Cheeseburger, Allie Katch and more at Thunderbird Hall.

Author Lizzy Flanagan will be signing her new book on Gino Hernandez this Saturday 3/28 in Collingswood, NJ at Time Lapse (689 Haddon Avenue) from 2 - 4 PM

Naptown All Star Wrestling returns to Indianapolis on 3/29 with TAKA Michinoku making a rare Stateside appearance and more.

The latest Gotham Wrestling at Levity Live in West Nyack, NY will be next Tuesday 3/31.  Little Guido will be appearing as he's the promotion storyline Commissioner.

Tommy Dreamer will be wrestling for Remarkable Wrestling in Whitestone, NY on 4/25 at the Dwarf Giraffe Athletic Hall, a benefit for the venue.

The Glamour Girls, Judy Martin and Leilani Kai, has been added to the list of vendor guests for this July's TMart Promotions The Gathering in Charlotte, NC.

Donnie Laible, who used to do the news updates on John Arezzi's old radio show in the 1990s, has released a book titled True Confessions of a Pro Wrestling Junkie - A Survivor's Tale of the Wild, Whacky, and Weird World of Heroes and Villains.  Promotional material notes the book is, "An insiders account of pro wrestling, beginning in the territories days of the 1970s through 2000. Writing stories and contributing photographs for all the wrestling newsstand magazines, and then realizing my dream as an in-ring performer has many highs and just as many lows associated with the backstage bullying going on. As a masked manager - The Bug, I accompanied Nikolai Volkoff, Rick Martel, The Honk Ton Man to the ring and during televised interviews. My friendships with Lou Thesz, "Hotstuff" Eddie Gilbert, Big John Studd, "Kangaroo" Al Costello, and "Killer" Kowalski allowed me to listen and learn of their adventures, as well as pitfalls they experienced. A frightening event after an evening in Boston after an ECW show forced me to turn my back on the wrestling business for good."

Marc Raimondi's book Say Hello to the Bad Guys: How Professional Wrestling's New World Order Changed America will be getting a paperback release.

McKenzie Mitchell will have a book signing for her new book on professional wrestling fashion on Wednesday 4/8 at Bookends in New Jersey for Threads of Triumph: Professional Wrestling's Most Iconic Looks.  For additional infiormation, click here.
