By Adam Cardoza on 2026-03-05 22:14:00

Wrestling Open

3/5/26 Worcester, MA

Spotlight Match: Brian Morris vs Erik Chacha

Morris immediately tries to exit the match when Chacha comes at him too hot. Erik flies out and drags Morris back into the fight. Chacha endures a beating and starts to rally back with a series of kicks and knees. Morris looks rocked and Chacha rolls him up for the three! We are CONFUSED….but Chacha pinned the Open tag champ! Morris is looking rough on his way out, hope he’s good.

Match 1: The Vibe (Mani Ariez & Sammy Diaz w/ Brother Greatness vs Christian Darling & Tyler Jordan

The Vibe charges the ring and takes the fight to these DWEEBS. It is ALL Vibe until Darling and Jordan run interference on the ref. Mani takes a hell of a beatdown, he hits a uranage on Jordan but Darling cuts off Sammy on the apron! A spinebuster almost puts Ariez down. No such luck. Sammy finally in there. He keeps hitting killshots but Jordan won’t die. Darling with a powerbomb to Sammy. He tries again but he rana’s Darling into Tyler. Sammy with the rollup for the three! Darling promises this is NOT over.

Match 2: Pedro Dones vs Jay Tunis

The Upgrade is back! We’ve called him a downgrade. We’ve called him robocop. We’ve called him a cybertruck. Dones is having easy work of this kid until Tunis throat thrust him in the corner. He mocks up and tries to punch and choke Pedro until he chops and that’s a mistake. Dones boot washes him in the corner and hits a running headbutt for the win.

Pedro thanks us all for having his back this past five years. He thanks us for giving him and his son that moment two weeks ago. This is just the beginning…and Pedro is keeping his eyes open for people who want to disrespect OUR house.

Match 3: Simply the Best (BRG & Oxx Adams) vs The Haven (Shawn Knyte & Jay Onyx)

After a lot of talking, BRG gets the crap beaten out of him by the Haven. He finally tags Oxx and the pendulum swings hard. BRG is happy to beat on fallen opponents…Onyx sends Oxx to the floor finally and tags Knyte. It’s great until Oxx just chokeslams both members of the Haven, stacks them and lets BRG pin them both. Booooo!

Match 4: 23 Hazard vs Bobby Buffet

Welcome Back, Buffet! Hazard taking shots to the gut of Bobby but that gut is made for eating punks like him. Buffet just killing Hazard. Hazard with a kick to the leg and cuts Bobby down. Someone feed Bobby a bit of pizza and he has a Popeye moment until Hazard locks up the legs. Buffet hits a falcon arrow and a splash but his leg prevents him from covering quick enough. Hazard with a hidden blade out of nowhere and gets the win.

And now it’s time to find out…who attacked Tyree Taylor last week….NO ITS RAY JAZ!!!! Booooooooo!!!!! He’s upset that he can’t get a call back from Wrestling Open lately. He was 49-0! He’s kicking the door back open and here to end the myth of Tyree Taylor. I have to admit, I’ve missed the sheer vitriol of booing Ray Jaz.

Match 5: The Residency (RJ Rude, Rex Lawless & Nick Robles) vs Big Business (Big Bacon Brad Hollister, TJ Crawford & Love Doug)

The Residency does have a prayer for much  of this…until TJ hurts his ankle and Doug gets caught tending to his partner. It’s three on one heat to the Cupid. Residency keeps Crawford down until Doug can finally get Bacon! Holllister going hard and almost puts Rex Away with a powerbomb but Robles prevents any more damage. Bacon looking at a three on one but Crawford makes the save! Bacon and Doug put Robles down with a Business is Booming for the win!

Doug on the mic. He has to pick his partner for the tag title match against the Stetson Ranch. He tells TJ that they’ve been tag partners for ever…but he’s choosing Bacon. If TJ is the leader of Big Business, he needs to be the one who stands on his own and wins gold on his own! TJ is sad…but agrees. But he’s also beat up. He hurts. His ankle is messed up. He needs DOUG to step up.

Main Event: Bobby Orlando(c) vs Fancy Ryan Clancy (for the Wrestling Open Championship)

Last time they clashed, it was a double pinfall. Clancy has been whining for weeks about how the system has constantly screwed him. Now he puts up or shuts up. The crowd is wildly split on this, despite Clancy’s recent trend towards complaining. He tries to tell Bobby that he’s not acting like a champion…Orlando shows him WHY he’s been holding this gold. Of course, Clancy pokes the eye and that lets him take lead. As split as the crowd is, the match is just as back and forth. Neither man stays ahead too long, it’s super even. Bobby and Clancy getting the ol’ Boo/Yay as they duke it out. Clancy sent to the floor and Bobby dives after him! Double clothesline double down, crowd loud af. Clancy tries the dropkick, Bobby out of the way. They both try crabs but the ropes are within reach. Clancy with a hotshot and a side Russian but Orlando kicks out! Clancy is frustrated, drags Bobby Jr into the ring, stomps the goat out and throws it across the room. OH noooooo! Orlando is furious and comes running. Superplex! Clancy kicks out! They both barely make it to their feet. Slow punches back and forth. They are exhausted. They fire to life with the crowd! They almost double pin each other again! Back forth they go! Clancy misses the dropkick again! They go back and forth trying to pop each other up until Clancy lands the dropkick…he rolls into the pin exhausted. One. Two. Three. We have a NEWWWWWW Wrestling Open Champion! An 18-minute war between these two and Clancy can finally say I told you so.

Your new Wrestling Open Champion and first two-time champ: Fancy Ryan Clancy!
