The Ted DiBiase Jr. trial is still ongoing. Prosecutors filed a motion today to present evidence of loans and deposits made into DiBiase's bank accounts. WAPT-TV reported there was testimony today that DiBiase had an office at the Mississippi Department of Human Services headquarters in Jackson, even though he was not a state employee.
