Hope you enjoyed the PLE.  I found it to be pretty decent, nothing that blew me away but it had logical progressions in storylines.

I liked the storyline progressions as well.  To me that is at least as important as the matches and the stories told in them.

With Drew interfering and Aldis confronting him backstage, I’m guessing the punishment will be a multi-man match.  Do you see any other logical way to go?

I won’t lie, I am concerned for Drew’s spot at Mania.  My fear is that Aldis (well, Paul Levesque via Aldis actually) will do something to screw him and Drew won’t be going into WrestleMania as champion.  I look at what is the obvious match for Cody at Mania if he isn’t in the Title picture?  There really isn’t one.  But if Cody takes the belt off of Drew, he and Randy Orton IS a WrestleMania story.  Given the fact that Jacob Fatu has been chasing Drew for a while now, I have a bad feeling that Drew will lose the Title and then face Jacob.  That isn’t a shot at Jacob either, I have loved the guy all the way back to MLW.  It’s just think that McIntyre has earned the right to go into Mania as champ and I hope like hell that he doesn’t get screwed over.

I can’t say this very diplomatically, so I’ll just say it.  I think Becky Lynch’s in-ring work stinks.  Great character and promo skills, but I’ve gotten to a point that I can’t stand her matches.  

We disagree on that one!

Who do you think got the bigger pop -  Seth Rollins or CM Punk?  

I think it was Punk, but Rollins got a big one as well.

And given that Rollins will be the babyface against the Vision, would it be good to see him maybe do something to really cement his babyface position?  Otherwise,  it’s just a case of a heel getting booted out of his gang and we’re supposed to cheer him. 

I hope like hell that they aren’t lazy and actually do the work to explain how Seth saw the error of his ways.  I really hate when companies just turn someone heel or face without a story behind it.  I am guessing Seth will take on Logan Paul, who most people loathe, at Mania (unless Bron Breakker makes a return).  I hope Seth cuts a promo tonight that gives us a viable reason for a change of heart.  The fans love to sing his song and cheer him anyway so they should just appreciate that and give the people what they want.

Do you think Rhea getting the nod is another strategy to combat the less than optimal ticket sales of WM?   On paper, I’d rather her against Jade than Stratton, but as you’ve stated, Stratton made the most storyline sense.

I do, plus I think that they feel given her stature, she deserves a top match at Mania, which she does.  Honestly, given that she hasn’t been in the top tier for a while, and also that she is insanely over, I won’t bury them for doing this.  But yes, I would have preferred Stratton trying to get her belt back.
