Is Steve Maclin actually done with TNA or is this part of a storyline?
No, he wasn't actually fired. For that to be true, your idea would be that he was fired, stayed around for the TV taping the next day, then he showed up and beat up Mike Santana after he was fired? Come on. Complete storyline.
How bad at the Bron Breakker and Chelsea Green injuries actually?
I can't speak to the severity of either, just that Green was hurt and Bron underwent surgery. It's actually in WWE's best interest to promote them as major, serious issues so when they are actually ready to return, they can do an angle to surprise people or in the case of Bron, claim how super human he is.
I've seen a lot of chatter online (not here of course) about how Sami losing at the Rumble means he'll "never be taken seriously as a top guy," "they missed out on their last chance to push him" etc. It seems like a lot of people are missing the big picture. Drew had to win, obviously. Sami doesn't fit into the main storylines at the moment. More importantly, Mania is in Saudi Arabia next year... wouldn't it be a logical thought to heat Sami up all year, keep Drew champ, and have him finally beat Drew for the belt in Saudi where he's massively over?
I would advise you to ignore chatter online. The only thing that matters is what WWE wants to do. If they want to spend a year building to Zayn challenging at Wrestlemania in Saudi Arabia, they can easily do so, no matter who is champion. Zayn is obviously very versatile and someone WWE can always lean on. His day isn't done and anyone who thinks otherwise is just having a kneejerk reaction in the moment without remembering this is all one ongoing, neverending soap opera.
Any update on Kevin Owens training to return to the ring?
I have not heard anything regarding his update beyond he was recovering from the neck surgery. It's possible he's been training to return, but as of today, I have not heard anything about it. His return should be secondary to making sure his recovery is right so he can have a good quality of life.
What is Candice Michelle's role in TNA?
While she has not yet appeared on television beyond a cameo sitting in the audience on the debut episode of Thursday Night Impact, Michelle has been at recent tapings and even made signing appearances after them. When we've asked TNA sources if she is signed to the company, they have been tigh-lipped. So, no official update beyond we are told she is again scheduled for this weekend in Nashville.
